Yelp
A place in Santa Monica... Extremely cutesy, but also a touch lackluster.
Open to all and any with structure parking on Broadway as well as Colorado you can only enter from heading South as it's a one way street.
Valet parking is available on Second Street between Broadway /Colorado Avenue for the Shopping Place/Center itself.
There's local events, a concierge, load of maps, department stores, name brands, directories, public restrooms (though super tiny - two person use at a mall...).... and a direct path connecting to the Third Street Promenade, though very much considered its own slice of S.M.
Cayton Children's Museum is very popular for families. The ARTE Museum will mostly like will draw in a bigger crowd being such a hit in Las Vegas already as well. It's been pending since 2023.
Expect Nordstroms, the Cheesecake Factory, Hugo Boss, Forever 21, Louis Vuitton, Nike, the Pandora store, jewelry, restaurants, accessories, all those essential mall-esque kiosk (cell phones, shades, coffee, etc)... Plus so much more... Good deals, bargains, even a Tesla store on site plus Supercharging stations in the Broadway parking structure for EV users.
Some cool ongoings are the Sounds of Santa Monica live music, local events including the upcoming job fair in the fall. Something I believe and hope they do seasonally.
This three level open air emporium is bigger than it looks, but just not lively - especially the last few years plus. Hoping they bring some fun event attractions and on goings in the future with Halloween, plus Dia De Los Muertos coming up.
Worth a trip and close to the Downtown Santa Monica Metro Gold E Line station, bike parking close by as well.
