We had a fantastic experience at Interior Alaska Fish Processors! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the guy guided us through their selection of smoked fish and meat. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! While this isn’t a big store with endless shelves and variety, they offer a carefully curated selection of ready-to-eat smoked fish, meat, sausages, and jerkies. For those who enjoy these kinds of foods, this is hands-down the best choice. They’ve truly mastered the art of smoking - perfectly balanced and never too salty. Highly recommend!

Dakota may seem standoffish, but he knows his stuff. Ask questions and he will answer the best he can. I highly recommend picking his brain or asking him for help. Very nice and knowledgeable, but seems shy. I've been back a couple times because of his knowledge.

Excellent smokehouse!!! Really great fish, moist and good flavor. They also have delicious jerky and sausage so don't forget to stock up if you're in town for a trip. Remember you can take as much as you can fit in your suitcase if you're flying domestic! 😂 Special shout out to Dakota who was nice enough to explain the smoking process, and give us some tips on local activities/ hunting and delicious things to eat. Hope you enjoy the curtido buddy!

Best Smoked Salmon my wife and I ever tried!! Dakota was great by showing us all the different salmon flavors, sausages available, telling how the business is family owned and even providing a little taste before we actually buy! We'll definitely come back

Awesome place. The salmon was delicious and we got samples before we asked. The staff was really generous with the samples. We even got to try the buffalo meat sticks which were just as good as the salmon. The sausages there were really good. I would definitely come back again.

Stock was wiped out. The gal working said she needed to get back to stocking when I walked in, but she never got back to it…. I did find a couple of items to purchase, but those empty freezers are a sad sight indeed.

Paid almost a $1000 for Caribou to be processed told I'd have it mid October. The entire month came and went everytime I call they claim it will ship next week. Almost 2 months later and out almost a grand still nothing absolutely shameful. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
