We had a fantastic experience at Interior Alaska Fish Processors! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the guy guided us through their selection of smoked fish and meat. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious! While this isn’t a big store with endless shelves and variety, they offer a carefully curated selection of ready-to-eat smoked fish, meat, sausages, and jerkies. For those who enjoy these kinds of foods, this is hands-down the best choice. They’ve truly mastered the art of smoking - perfectly balanced and never too salty. Highly recommend!

Best Smoked Salmon my wife and I ever tried!! Dakota was great by showing us all the different salmon flavors, sausages available, telling how the business is family owned and even providing a little taste before we actually buy! We'll definitely come back

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered different samples and answered all my questions. I was able to bring frozen salmon in my check in bag.

Awesome place. The salmon was delicious and we got samples before we asked. The staff was really generous with the samples. We even got to try the buffalo meat sticks which were just as good as the salmon. The sausages there were really good. I would definitely come back again.

Excellent smokehouse!!! Really great fish, moist and good flavor. They also have delicious jerky and sausage so don't forget to stock up if you're in town for a trip. Remember you can take as much as you can fit in your suitcase if you're flying domestic! 😂 Special shout out to Dakota who was nice enough to explain the smoking process, and give us some tips on local activities/ hunting and delicious things to eat. Hope you enjoy the curtido buddy!

I rarely give 5 stars but this family owned business was Phenomenal. Obviously popular as people were coming and going through as I was still deciding what to bring home. Koda, was extremely helpful and personable and I learned a lot from him being that it's his family's business and coming from a rich and long history of being a Native Alaskan. Both locals and visitors alike were coming here to grab both their Salmon and Sausage products. I'll be back if I visit Fairbanks again.

The Jerky tasted like a hot dog And the staff wasn't helpful, but they ship to other states which is convenient

Came here to try the salmon jerkies and love them. The lady here gives free samples. I personally like the honey, lemon pepper and garlic chilli flavor. Highly recommend this place and they are great gifts to buy for your friends and families back in your hometown.

We were looking for king crabs while in Fairbanks, and a few locals recommended this place. Not only the seafood is excellent quality, the meat product is great as well.

Just had brown bear made into hot dogs. Excellent, like the black bear jerky they made a few years ago. I don't understand the "not recommended" review; these folks have treated me well both times I've been in there.

The worst customer service in AK. Not only does the place look sketchy, their prices are higher than most processing facilities. I was willing to accept their prices but the way they treated me was outrageous.
