Stopped into the new wine room and Kate did a fantastic job sharing information on how the place runs. Sounds like Farmington just got a great new spot! Plenty of selection from your sweet whites, to deep reds including an option for more selective bottles to choose from if needed. There is a menus for charcuterie boards that also includes an option to build your own.

Me and my wife had a great time at Santé! Great selection of wine, great atmosphere, delicious charcuterie (recommend the duck!.. and hot honey goat..), and friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend.

Clever way to portray the wine collection. The self serve is very user friendly and they have some amazing wine collection. The regular bar for a wine tasting place is definitely a cherry on top.

Super cute spot to grab wine, Beer or Non Alcoholic spirits with friends. NA Aperol Spritz was beautiful. You can build your own charcuterie with generous portions. They have a great system where with a card you can walk around and taste different wines or pour your own glass. Great addition to Farmington. Salud.

My first visit and I WILL BE BACK, and with friends. Sante' Is an amazing concept! Being able to browse the wines and either taste, pour a flight, or pour a glass allows the customer to try various offerings, but feeling no pressure! Cassie was amazing and a true find for this establishment :-) I will be back for the "bone dry riesling", and can't wait to try the fish dip! AMAZING!

My dad and I stopped in to Santé this afternoon and we had a wonderful time. The service was outstanding and they were very patient with my dad who has Alzheimer’s. The owner even gave us a complimentary tasting of their first batch of citrus cello. It was so delicious! We will definitely be back!

A unique wine tasting experience. You open a tab with a credit card, and use the self serve dispensers along the wall to taste wine. The dispensers give you 3 tasting options with a glass being the largest portion. Cassie was a great server and encouraged me to try a new wine that l really enjoyed.

So after a few visits, I have to say I don't think I can afford to come back. For just flights, it's horribly expensive :( I get everything is but unfortunately this is just off my radar

Such a nice atmosphere in here, and I believe we met the owner while we were there and being able to speak of his dreams while we enjoyed wine even on a busy Friday was so wonderful! It's so fun being able to select a wine you're interested in, and even read about it while trying a little taste. The approach was pretty seamless and they even have prosecco (my personal fave) as a drink you can get by the glass as well. Such a fun spot for a date night, or a nice out with friends!

We had some great wine here. Our server was very knowledgeable about everything they had to offer and we had a delicious charcuterie board outside one their patio seating. A truly wonderful experience.

What a much anticipated, lovely addition to downtown Farmington. While craft breweries and coffee shops have become plentiful in the area, a wine bar has been a much needed addition and Santé winery has finally welcomed the area to fill the wine shaped void. They're located in the former Browndog Barlor next to 1Up Arcade and Basement Burger Bar. The atmosphere is charming, chic, and cozy with warm red walls, plush leather booths and welcoming staff. The wine bar is setup similar to popular craft beer self-pour taprooms like Elephant & Co. Taproom and North End Taproom. Santé has a self-pour wall of over 32 rotating taps of various wines from chardonnays, cabernets, and rosés, to ports and ice wines. They give you a lanyard with a card attached that you can scan at any of the pour stations and select whether you would like a 1 oz, 2.5 oz, or 5 oz pour. No need to worry about pouring too much or too little as the machine does all the work for you once you make your selection. The touchscreens at each station allow you to browse the various regional wines with descriptions of flavor profiles and tasting notes to help you make your selection. I chose to make my own flight to try several various 1 oz pours. My favorites were the Carmenere Reserva, an earthy Chilean red with notes of red fruits and black pepper, and also the Pelee Island Vidal Ice Wine. They also have the option to purchase a full bottle to take home if you find a wine that you love and have over 100 wines to choose from. Santé also will offer a full charcuterie menu to snack on while sampling your wine as well as seafood selections including white fish, mussels, and crab and artisan cheese plates including honey goat cheese, brie, and tomato herb fomage. I sampled several cheeses and fresh salami, prosciutto, a delicious jam with crackers and other offerings from their charcuterie menu and they were all super tasty. The staff and owner, Clint, were all so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable offering selections and recommendations and were attentive and helpful. Clint said they would also be hosting various wine tastings and events throughout the year where you can not only sample the wines but learn more about the wines from their knowledgeable staff. Love this addition to downtown Farmington and can see myself coming here for girls night out with friends or date nights. Really enjoyed the wines I tried and the experience here. Can't wait to return.

What a nice addition to downtown Farmington!! I stopped in by myself for a visit at 2:15 . They had a nice selection of nonalcoholic options as well as 30 something wines that you could taste in the self- serve station . They also serve cocktails and spirits, which is a nice option. Bartenders were extremely attentive and it was refreshing to see them taking care of everyone's needs, not just scrolling on their phones during downtime. They have a very unique selection of charcuterie options. I can't wait to go back!

The self serving wine station let me determine what I wanted before I committed. The charcuterie was amazing. I was reluctant to try the honey hot goat cheese... but it was delicious. The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is super friendly and Lena the Sommelier really knows her stuff. Can't wait to come back
