I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Sandy since I was in middle school. I was on the basketball team in which Sandy coached. When it came time to search for a home I knew I had a coach/friend that I could rely on. I went from searching for a multifamily home to a single family home to then focusing in on a house on the water. Throughout this long journey Sandy remained very patient and respectful of my requests. We went through around 30 homes before landing on one. Sandy took the time to explain and go through each and every home finding pros and cons along the way. I’ve learned a ton from him. He would educate me on the different type of homes, utilities, and even the local laws. The two most important characteristics he holds is his honesty and trustworthiness. After every showing, we would take a few minutes to talk about what we gathered from the open house. You would never feel like you were being rushed through a home or even pushed into likening a home that deep down you knew wasn’t the one. Sandy was always on time to showings, always available, and accommodating. Even during family events on the weekends, he would set aside time for us to speak. Throughout the process of purchasing the house Sandy was always on top of the paperwork and phone calls he needed to make. I could go on and on but I’m not trying to turn this review into a short story. Sandy is a true professional who has your best interests. I would highly recommend him and his team everyone!!!
