Google
Delicious. Extremely fast service, tastes fresh. Spice level is on point (I got a 4/5 spice level and it was appropriately spicy). Will definitely be back again.

Google

Sharmini D.

Google
It was around dinner time and noticed this place as we were driving by Decided to take a chance and stop in for to go Ordered chicken pad Thai and 2 chicken tom kha soups. Service was quick and efficient. Food was good. Glad to find a good option for Thai food nearby

Google
It was so good from the first bite that I forgot to take 📸 pictures. Had Pad Thai and Drunken Noddles. It was delicious, excellent flavor. Reasonable price. Meat portions were everywhere in the dish. 🍜🤤😋 #PadThai #DrunkenNoodles #Food #Meat #Dinner

Google
We ordered chicken Laab, lao sausage, egg rolls and sticky rice. Very authentic and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Chicken laab was well seasoned and fresh. The sausage was portioned well. Not too fatty or too much herbs. Egg rolls were okay and not bad. Felt like we were eating at Aunty and Uncles house. They also made us some Jeow when we asked if they had any. Food came out pretty quick. We dined in since we weren't from the area. Would definitely hit this place back up again.

Google
Do not go here, they will charge you twice for their mistakes. I ordered over the phone a Pad See Ew but when returned to work with my order, they gave me a Pad Woon Sen. Called again about the error, they said they would make the Pad See Ew, never said to bring in the old order. I came back again, they said they had to charge me for Pad See Ew again since I did not bring in the original order. Terrible communication, did not want to pay for my order twice. Food was good but I paid close to 40$ for one order because they cannot communicate when there is an error between staff.

Google
Finally decided to try....Take-out. Service was friendly. *Saplai Wings: cooked over hard but were good *Chicken Pad Thai Spice Level 2: good, they are light on the quantity of chicken *Lao Shrimp Fried Rice Level 2: had that wok 🔥 roast taste I liked that nice n light seasoning shrimp cooked perfectly *Sticky Rice: funny it cam in a zip lock but it was yummy. The ambience is nice I would possibly dine-in next time.

Google
An enjoyable little restaurant with friendly service. We had the Pad Thai; it was sweet, savory and cooked in the Thai fashion. You can taste the tamarind in the pad thai which I’ve always liked. In addition, we had a Lao papaya salad; it was good but I wished wasn’t so tamed in my opinion. I am so used to the strong wafting smells of homemade salads but we can’t have it all :). The orange chicken was well made and crispy. The orange flavors paired well with veggies and rice. FYI. You order in the back.

Yelp
I got their Thai Tea and their chicken egg rolls to share. The Thai Tea had a very authentic taste; however, it was very sweet even for someone who usually gets regular sugar with my boba drinks. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious as well but there was not a ton of filling with more veggies than chicken. The service was great and our food came out quickly despite there not being many workers there so please be patient with them! The establishment itself is fairly small and does not have too many tables to sit at but it seemed like most guests preferred take out rather than dining in.

Jaymes N.

Yelp
The food was good. I ordered papaya salad and pad thai chicken, both level 5 spicy. The pad thai was really good and spicy. They might have forgot the chilis for my papaya, it was all sweet. No sour or spicy either. I would eat here again though.

Yelp
Food was great. I typically get pad gra pao at Thai restaurants as that dish should be hard to mess up. Many Thai restaurants add weird ingredients to it that you would not see in Thailand and so it's a good way to tell if a restaurant is authentic. They have it here but the menu shows it has broccoli in it, which is not typical in Thailand so I skipped on it. However, it is a Thai/Laos combo spot and I know nothing of Laos so I can't judge too much. The dishes we got were really good and fairly close to what you'd expect in Thailand. Delicious! The atmosphere was nice. The food came out SUPER quick. The service was great. I've not nothing bad to say. I would absolutely come back here.

Yelp
Very friendly staff, fast service. We stopped in for a quick bite for the first time today. We enjoyed both dishes - medium spiciness still packed a punch. We will be back

Yelp
Great find and worth the time. This has to be the best peanut sauce in town my wish is that the Massaman curry had cashews in it

Jon M.

Yelp
Pad Thai was excellent! Spring roll with shrimp was pricey and plain!! I might comeback but overall I rate this place good not great!
google avatar

Michael S.

Yelp
Great food! Amazing service! The ambiance is great too! Try the orange chicken, and a mango tea with strawberry boba

Yelp
We have wanted to check out this place after reading several reviews. We came on weekday and it was relatively quiet. They also seemed to be doing a lot of To Go Business. We ordered the Pad Thai and Basil Fried Rice. We got 1 level below the spiciest but the next time, we might try the Thai level spice. Both dishes were very tasty. The atmosphere is casual/hole in the wall. The service was fast but I have read some reviews of there being a wait when it gets busy. It is a relatively small place if you decide to eat there. Another reviewer mentioned having some cash on hand in case their internet connection goes down. The food was tasty and we will come again.

Yelp
Delicious! Stopped here for the first time today and asked the server what he recommended. One of his recommendations was basil, fried rice, and I added shrimp as my protein. It was so fresh and a large portion. I even had some leftover for lunch the next day. Highly recommend give this place a try!
google avatar

Rushi M.

Yelp
I went for a late lunch so it was quiet. Service and food was really good. No complaints. I had the garlic chicken.
google avatar

Elina R.

Yelp
The food was amazing as well as the service. We got the pineapple curry and Lao sausage as well as the mango sticky rice and it was some of the best mango sticky rice I've ever had; the mango was perfectly ripe and sweet.
google avatar

Sheila K.

Yelp
We tried this place out for the first time tonight and it was SO GOOD! The service was great and the food was truly delicious! We ordered the egg rolls, dumplings, chicken panang curry, Thai garlic beef, and beef ramen. We will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is the gem that Euless didn't even know it NEEDED!!! This Thai restaurant delivers Fresh quality food that is *chefs kiss*! Since stumbling upon this place we have not been able to get over their food especially the orange chicken, they make the sauce , & it is so good! Really friendly customer service and experience. We will definitely frequent often And this mango and sticky rice!!!! Listen I never had it before tonight but this will definitely be on my order next time!! So good!!
google avatar

Rita B.

Yelp
Great food and service! We love spicy food, but level 2 was just right to enjoy the flavor too. Will go back again!
google avatar

Kendall H.

Yelp
Good food and VERY fast service! Lots of food and tea options. The Panang curry was very good with lots of veggies and protein
google avatar

Christine C.

Yelp
We came when their internet was down/the cash register wasn't working and the employee kept complaining about it, over and over again. We had cash and were able to pay, but either fix the issue or give it a rest... we watched him turn away subsequent clientele. They really should've figured out a workaround, especially since he kept complaining to his mom about it. Very off-putting. The food was good. Might go back, but there are several decent SE Asian food choices in the area, so likely won't work this place into our regular rotation.

Mallory M.

Yelp
We eat Thai 2-4 times a week so we have tried many of places and so far, this place is my fav for my drunken noodles! I always get Thai spicy (I don't ever feel like they make it wild) if you can't handle the heat do not order thai spicy here. You've been warned! We will be back!
google avatar

Dee B.

Yelp
Nice casual spot with comfy seating and nice decor. I had Papaya Salad and chicken spring rolls. I ordered a level 4 for spice/heat and it was really spicy. I have spice all the time, so if you like heat, this is the place for you! There was still great flavor even with the heat. It was very fresh and I would definitely order it again. The spring rolls were smaller than I'm used to, and they kept falling apart and I ended up using a fork like a salad. Maybe a double wrap might help? They were ok, but I would try something else next time. I've had the authentic food in Thailand and this takes me back to those great street vendors and restaurants. Staff was very nice and excellent at explaining the differences between Lao and Thai dishes. Looking forward to trying different items next time!

Yelp
Okay so I have another Thai food fave!! I have yet to try the Laos side of this cuisine but I will be doing so soon. So far the few times I've ordered my favorite Thai from here (pad woon sen with chicken) it has been on point. There are times when I do not want it super spicy so you can order spice depending on level. A lot of places do not get it right (and go overkill on spice regardless of how zesty you want it) but they prepare it just right. And I love that!! Veggies are always fresh too and the chicken is seasoned perfectly. Their sticky rice is also wonderful. Prices are reasonable as well. This is food I would travel far for, but I'm thankful it is convenient to my day. Cannot wait to try many more dishes! Then I will be updating!

Yelp
Oooh, this will become a mid-cities favorite of mine for sure. The food is really good and the portions are comparable to what you'd get at most Thai restaurants, and it's all cooked to-order and served so fast. What's not to love? Like any fast-casual spot, you order at the counter and can either dine-in or take your goods to-go. This is definitely a spot that deals with a high volume of delivery and to-go orders, super casual and everything is served in disposable containers. Inside the restaurant is small, simple, and clean.. nothing exciting but plenty comfortable. I recently had the Tom Kha soup, a chicken and coconut milk soup with galangal, kaffir lime leaf, lemon grass, mushroom, onion, and cilantro. Nothing beats a good Tom Kha, and this one is goood. It covers all the bases -- it's tangy and sour, it's got rich umami depth and savory chicken, sweet creamy coconut, all the bright herbs and citrus stuff... Ugh. Genius! While I could certainly eat it every single day (and you can add noodles for $2), the Pad Thai, Thai papaya salad, and panang curry are next on my list.

Yelp
It was AMAZING. Thai food is always a little pricey, but this was well worth it. We tried the spring rolls, pork dumplings, parang curry, pad kee mao and the sticky rice dessert. All absolutely amazing. Out fresh. We will be returning.
google avatar

Kathy C.

Yelp
First time visiting here and really loved the dishes I ordered. Ordered a few items for coworkers and I to enjoy. We got the ramen noodles that were delicious, ordered it with tofu, perfectly cooked and flavorful. Also got the side of fried rice and pork riblets, both were delicious. Will definitely come back and try other items.
google avatar

Yelp
Glad to see a Lao Thai place closer to home. Ordered pick up via Yelp, which was seamless. When I arrived, order was just coming off the line and the attendant waited to make the Thai tea until I arrived so it wouldn't be watered down...really appreciated that thoughtfulness. Ordered crispy egg rolls, two order of wings and combination drunken noodles. We enjoyed everything! Wings were crispy and flavorful, and noodles were spot on. I only went with spice level #2, but could've used more spice so will up it next time. Overall, solid Lao & Thai option in the mid-cities.
google avatar

Beatrice L.

Yelp
We tried only boba tea and it was good. Personally I like the slushy boba drink better!
google avatar

Kat N.

Yelp
Good food, a little bit spicy so be careful if you can't eat spicy. Great service and friendly staff.
google avatar

Titus V.

Yelp
Good Thai food but very expensive. The service has always been great and the food is always excellent.
google avatar

Lisette T.

Yelp
Came in for some Boba and ended up ordering some dumplings as well. The food was really good and so was the drink. The guys provided great service and where super helpful. The place is nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back to try other things on the menu!
google avatar

Keota I.

Yelp
Didn't know what to expect but to my surprise this place is amazing! Authentic food along with fast and friendly service. Slightly noisy being the kitchen is just in front of the seating. Will be back for sure and highly recommend this place.
google avatar

Linda N.

Yelp
This place has potential but to charge me $15 for a Pad Thai with barely any chicken in it is a negative. All I got was cut up 5 baby pieces of chicken lol. the rest were noodles. Hopefully they can take this review into consideration and don't skimp on the meat. 3 stars for at least getting the flavor on point.

Yelp
This is the best Lao and Thai food around the metroplex. You absolutely get portion food!!! I'm her every single day and night This is the best Lao and Thai food around the metroplex. You absolutely get portion food!!! I'm her every single day and night.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the drunken noodles. Good portion size. Vegetable rolls were ok. Price was fair.

Yelp
Amazing food and service! Best Tom Kha and Pad See Ew we have ever had. You have to check this place out.
google avatar

Boomer S.

Yelp
Great food and great service. I had the laad na with pork, and it tastes just like home cooking. Spicy level 3 is just enough to get a glisten of sweat on your forehead and your nose a lil runny. Oh so Good!! Also tried the Lao papaya salad and it was delicious too. The restaurant is clean and you can peer into the kitchen to see all the culinary magic happen.
google avatar

Yelp
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I will travel 30 minutes for this place. The fried rice with the chicken wings every time.
google avatar

Hope K.

Yelp
We love getting food here! We surprised the kids with it and they were all incredibly excited! Keep up the good work! We'll definitely be back, I just wish we lived closer.
google avatar

Gianna R.

Yelp
I had the fried rice and egg, the crispy eggrolls and the tom kha soup. The soup is AMAZINGGGGGG. When I went in nobody really greeted me but it was fine i got my food quickly and left. The eggrolls were really good as well. The fried rice was okay I think they burnt it or something because it tasted the way cigarettes smell.
google avatar

Christein B.

Yelp
The food and customer service here is absolutely phenomenal! Great food and great people, the drunken noodle is one of the best I've had, and it came out really quick. Thank you Kathy and James thank you guys for the amazing experience

Mary P.

Yelp
Love the food Drunken noodles and Lad Na was both Very flavorful. Cathy was our server she's amazing Fast and friendly service.

Blake H.

Yelp
RECOMMEND!!!!!! This place was amazing, I got the drunken noodles and I ate the whole plate, I got spicy level 2-3 and if you can't handle spice I would recommend a lower level of spice, also got the fried egg roles and very fresh. Everything came out in a reasonable time and can watched them cook it front of you.
google avatar

Cynthia A.

Yelp
Great food, great service and they are so helpful to explain to people if ya don't know what to expect.
google avatar

Khiana C.

Yelp
The hole in the wall HEB area needed. Authentic Laos street eats cooked and served fresh upon ordering . Prepare to wait at least 20 minutes, but we'll worth it. Some of my faves include the riblets, sticky rice, wings, papaya salad and dumplings. Wings have since gotten smaller since the opening and the portion of riblets have also decreased but none the less a mouth watering experience that I indulge in a few times a month.
google avatar

Ashley J.

Yelp
Very first time trying this place. I was just craving Thai Tea. It was so extremely sweet, sugary / syrupy tasting that I could not finish it and wasted my money on it. Unsure if this was a fluke or not but I won't be back to try it again.
google avatar

Yelp
It first, I was just looking for some fast food Asian restaurant to supply my rice cravings. Then I came across Saplai Lao & Thai Express and I got excited!! (Saplai meaning very delicious in Lao) Being that I'm Lao, there was no way I was going to pass on some sticky rice! I walked in the front and saw a sign that directed me to the back of the restaurant to order my food. I was greeted by a friendly girl behind the cash register named Air (pronounced A-huh). She asked me what I wanted to order. At this point, I haven't had a chance to look over the menu. I told her I wanted authentic Lao food and I was recommended to order the Larb Salad, Saplai Wings, Pork Riblets, Lao Papaya Salad, Lao soup (off menu) and the Lao Spicy Pork Sausage (hehe). I said yes to all except the Lao papaya salad simply because it was just way too much food!! When the food came and I took my first bite of the Larb Salad, I was instantly transported to my mom's kitchen as a child. And every bite that followed took me back to my native country. Needless to say, I'm a fan. As I was eating my food and enjoying my journey I noticed customers coming in and order items on the menu that were generic Thai dishes overlooking the main point of the amazing restaurant. LAO FOOD!!!! The point of this post is HEY PEOPLE! TRY THE LAO FOOD!!!! Be adventurous!!! This restaurant would not let you down!! Enjoy you food journey!!
google avatar

Mathew A.

Yelp
I've been looking for an authentic Thai/Laos restaurant near my work for the past 2 years. Extremely delighted when I found Saplai. Their authentic dishes are delicious and I can easily say that they are in my top 5 Thai/Lao kitchens in DFW.
google avatar

David M.

Yelp
This is my new favorite place. Lots of new to me menu items and some well known classics. Today (my third visit) I had the Riblets street food, Panang Curry with chicken and the Crunchy Rice Lettuce Wraps. The lettuce wraps are the best I have ever had, the crunchy rice balls are addictingly good. I have had the Panang Curry 3 times, and I can't decide if I like the pork or chicken more. Panang is my go-to dish at new places and Saplai has deep rich flavors I never knew existed, seriously mouthwatering. The portion sizes were large, me and my friend both had left overs to take home. I haven't tried their soups yet, but they are next on my list. Also, let me warn you about the spice level, it's SPICY. I love spicy food and I'm not brave enough to go over a 3. On most 5 star spicy scales it takes a solid 4 to get me sweating, but not here. Not feeling the heat? Keep it to a 1 or 0.
google avatar

Lisa H.

Yelp
The value of the food and what you get DOES NOT meet the price!! I'm extremely dissatisfied and will never order from here again.
google avatar

Branka D.

Yelp
Food and service was amazing, we will definitely be back for some delicious Lao/Thai Food. Craving satisfied after a long day of work. Lao Spicy Papaya and Nam Khao is a must.

Neil G.

Yelp
The food was FANTASTIC!! Really, really good!! I got the Panang Curry Chicken (pictured). So good!!! It comes with a side of rice (not pictured), which was cooked perfectly. I ordered mine to go, and it was ready in about 5 minutes. Yet it was still cooked to perfection. So that's nice that it's not a long wait. It's a family owned place that's only been open a few weeks. Place is small, but cozy. Word of warning: they ask you how spicy you want your food, on a scale of 0 to 5. I like it spicy, but not too spicy, so I said 3. The person convinced to me to change it to a 2, and I'm glad I did! Even 2 was almost a little too hot for me. So maybe start with 1 if you go. LOL (Menu is also pictured.)
google avatar

Mina L.

Yelp
This is the best Lao and Thai food around the metroplex. You absolutely get portion food!!! I'm her every single day and night
