"Worth a visit for its stylish historic interior alone, Sapori promises a wonderful parquet floor and an impressively high painted ceiling complete with stucco work. The Italian menu includes tasty stone-baked pizzas" - Michelin Inspector
Beautiful view from the restaurant. The service was quick and attentive. The desserts however were too sweet and not well balanced. If you like pizzas with tomato sauce double check the menu!

We had excellent Calabrese Pizza - with Burata. Service was top notch with very inviting outside layout in center of Interlaken.

A restaurant to go to if you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary. The whole atmosphere was very grand as the decorations are very unique and has the antique style / vibes.
Food was decent, portion size is quite huge so you can definitely share if you have small appetite.

🍽️🍝Ristorante e Pizzeria Sapori☕️🍕
The decor and location of this restaurant were great. Everything we ordered was perfect, I personally liked the pizza and risotto the most. It’s recommended to make a reservation in advance if you’re having dinner on Friday or Saturday nights.

Great food - we were a group of 6 and had 3 pizzas with 3 mains
Duck risotto was delicious. Food portions were sizeable and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended. Only downside was the wasps which kept flying around us during the meal as we were sitting outside

We had the perfect birthday dinner for my husband at Sapori. Service by Sofia was impeccable and ambience was amazing. The restaurant also prepared a little something for my husband’s birthday, which was a really lovely touch!

One of the best meals we had in Switzerland. Fantastic pizza, plenty of good options on the menu, high quality ingredients, great drinks, and friendly service. I didn't have the pasta, but I saw others eating it, and it also looked great.
Also, if you need gluten free, they have plenty of good options as well.
I'm sure their desserts are good as well, but we got great gelato from the stand right by the hotel.

Yelp
Superb restaurant with outstanding service, amazing food, and classic atmosphere in an ideal setting. The experience of dining at the Sapori was one of the highlights of our European trip in May 2024. A unique and wonderful experience for this American tourist.

Yelp
Get the pizza. It's amazing. The "fresh" salad had canned veggies, the pasta was thick and vulgar, but the pizza was stunning.

Yelp
Gluten free pizza and pasta options. My husband for the gluten free fettuccine bolognese and I got the marinara gluten free pizza. Crust was better than some I've had in Italy. Has a thicker dough and crunchy crust which was nice. I was not a huge fan of their marinara sauce. They also brought gluten free bread to the table.

Yelp
Michelin grade service in a beautiful venue that will excite those in the Instagram business.
We stopped by for lunch to grab a quick pizza before our hiking trek. Little did we know we stumbled into a rather upscale restaurant with over the top customer service. Heh, I'm not one to complain, it was good, perhaps too good with the mindset I was in. No lunch menu, same as you would get for dinner. We grabbed two appetizers and a pizza, all 3 were absolutely delicious. That pizza dough was wowzers, I couldn't stop chewing on it and wanting more, so good. Best dough I've ever had. Paired the t with a glass of wine to chase it down. Prices were good considering the service, ambiance and food. Much better value than some of the other tourist traps in the area.
Pictures of the venue don't do it justice , you'll have to see it for yourself in person. It's grand and historical. Service is best in class. I would be interested in retiring for dinner to try some of their other entrees.

Yelp
We drove by the beautiful Victoria Jungfrau Hotel and happened to be searching for food. Luckily, the restaurant seated us despite being less than an hour before lunch hours are over.
The ambiance is very upscale in the restaurant, just like the rest of the hotel. The golden colors across the ceiling and mirrors elevated our lunch experience. Comparing to other restaurants we had been to, we expected higher price point from a hotel restaurant, and was pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't significantly higher than a non-hotel restaurant.
I had ordered the Amalfi pizze (regional), and husband the Giganti neri al salmone. His pasta dish was not quite worth as it only came with ~5 pieces? Definitely not filling AT ALL. My pizza, however, was AMAZING. It was the thinnest pizza crust I've ever had, and the burrata cheese topping was so very fresh.
Upon talking with our server, I later found out that the restaurant was crowned the top 5 in Italian pizza in all of Switzerland - no wonder!

Yelp
Had an absolutely amazing experience here. We booked our reservation online, it was very easy. When we booked we mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. They decorated the table nicely with rose petals and greeted us with congratulations when we checked in. We started with the bruschetta, which was delicious. We then shared a pizza and the bolognese. Both were just so so good. We then finished with the cannolis and pana cotta. Both were good, the cannolis were a little sweet for my taste. We ordered wine with our meal and the recommendation from our waitress paired perfectly with our dishes. Along with that, service was top notch. The manager checked in on us if we were enjoying our meals, and all of the staff was very friendly. Would gladly return.

Yelp
This Italian restaurant is located inside of the 5-star hotel VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU Grand Hotel, the environment looks fancy and service was excellent. We ordered two Pizzas and a bottle of red wine, one of the pizza was seafood Pizza Frutti di mare - with mussels, clams, prawns, squid, there was a lot of seafood, and the pizza crust was little harder than we used to get from U.S.

Yelp
Since we are staying at the hotel, we tried this place for dinner, the service was bit slow but pleasant. Food was average at best, I got mussels for appetizer and lobster pasta for main. Both are ok. My BF pizza however was soggy and doesn't look appetizing. However, the dessert was the best even though there was a significant delay. I would give 3.5 overall.

Yelp
This is our first trip to Switzerland and I would say that all local people are very friendly to foreigners- but the waiter in this restaurant is very very racist. Every time you asked for help/service, he overreacted, very rude and acted like treating you as an idiot. I would not recommend any foreigners to come to this restaurant!!!

Yelp
We just came to Interlaken and walked by this place near the amazing Victoria hotel, by far the best authentic Italian food I've ever had in over 30 years! Amazing olive oil , pizza, pasta and salad , even the bottled water was delicious as well as excellent service outdoors with a view of ice capped mountain- we could not asked for a better meal , even the gelato place outside was great !

Yelp
Enjoyed the salad and pizza. Is a rather new place in the Victoria Hotel. Nice to see the 5-star hotel add a reasonably priced and casual spot.
Service was very good. Pizza was solid. Caesar salad was good too. Decent portions. We were able to split both and were pretty full.
Outdoor patio area is very nice to enjoy the amazing views.
Good choice for dinner in Interlaken.

Yelp
Garbage place. Zero service.Took 20 minutes to give menu. Another hour for food. Food was decent but not great. Not worth the money and effort.
