Sapporo Hibachi & Sushi Bar

Decided to stop by and finally try this spot. The variety of sushi selections was fantastic, and they also offered a great range of ramen and drinks to complement the meal. The highlight of our visit was definitely the chance to try their new menu items, especially with the all-you-can-eat option—it was such a great value! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the mood for delicious sushi and more.

I am celiac but not super sensitive. They cook my hibachi with gluten free soy sauce. Very nice people and a great value. They make their own sweet tea as well which tastes amazing. High quality meat.

Everything was fresh and delicious. My husband raved about the sashimi. I loved my steak hibachi and the waitresses were so nice and friendly! Can’t wait to come back!

Finally good food has landed in Rosenberg, this my second time here and I ordered takeout the food was nice and fresh, and was ready at the actually pick up time. Staff were extremely nice and helpful with the menu.10/10 I will be back again :)

This sushi is so delicious! The salmon sushi has fresh meat that’s tender in the mouth; the tamagoyaki sushi is sweet but not greasy, with a soft texture. The rice has just the right moisture, holding the ingredients without falling apart. The staff serves food quickly, the table is clean, and the price is affordable—I want to come back right after eating!

Our goto Sushi place when in town. Great variety, awesome service, all fresh and tasty! Will always visit at least once when in town. They also serve ice cream as desert with All You Can Eat option, very nice! To top it off, they will bring out Gluten Free soy sauce upon request, what more can one ask for 😊.

Food was very average, stale rice and noodles. Rib eye Steak got ready in 5 mins. Wow!! Sushi chefs were very kind but our Server Geez!! He had something up his arse and had a very rude attitude. I never leave bad reviews but this was necessary.

Did the buffet with a buddy. Both of us are good eaters. Ordered a variety of food from the page long dinner list. Everything was sushi beautiful. Food spot on in expectations. We ate all we could and had no leftovers. We ordered from all parts of the buffet menu. Appetizers, hibachi, sashimi, rolls, hand rolls, tempura, dessert. Items came out appropriately and at a steady pace. It was a choose my own buffet served correctly. Saturday night dinner around 5 pm restaurant was about 65-75 capacity and more people were coming in Service was from a younger gentleman. I asked for something he brought it. Nothing special but nothing bad either. Looking forward to going again with other friends.

This place is amazing.. It's a smaller place but it's very very clean and the staff is exceptionally nice. Kim was my waitress and she was so kind and helpful, they have ACE ( all you can eat ) for lunch and for dinner. The lunch price is very cheap, they have GLUTEN FREE upon request. I have the ACE dinner, which comes with a free beverage or beer/ house wine which is unlike any other ACE place

My family comes here on Sunday afternoons from time to time to have the AYCE deal. It is suuuper filling, make sure you come with an empty stomach! There are days where it gets really busy so sometimes the sushi takes awhile. But aside from that I would say this place has pretty good quality sushi: is authentic? Not really, it's American sushi. But there's nothing wrong with that, it's good quality and it's yummy. They have a decent amount of seating for a bigger party and if you don't eat a lot and just want one roll it's honestly enough to fill you at a fair price. I have NO signal while I'm in here as well. If you're chronically addicted to social media like most of us you have to be social here, so bring people you actually enjoy being around and talking to ;)

Great food and great service! Came in for a solo AYCE dinner and the food was amazing. Fish tasted fresh and both the sushi rolls and appetizers were delicious. The price is great and it includes a drink too!

This is the sushi spot. Hands down! Yes, tried Sushi Masa. Yes, tried Aki. This spot. Buffet all week and better variety of sushi and sashimi! The prices and portions are also much better than surrounding sushi spots here. This is tucked away behind Brazos Town center and although it gets busy- service is quick! Very clean, Japanese ambiance and plenty of photos in the menu to help you out of you've never tried sushi.

Crab rangoons - 9.5/10 Happy face - 8.5/10 Shaggy dog - 9/10 American dream - 6/10 Shrimp hibachi - 8.5/10 Thai tea - 8/10 Matcha ice cream - 7/10 This place isnt halal so we got all vegetarian items. The sushi here was pretty good and flavorful.

The food was great service was very good. I had a great date night here. I love everything is brought to the table freshly prepared. It's a deal if you ask me. I will most definitely be back.

It seems that AYCE sushi is becoming a thing and popping up at more and more places. It's usually the best way to go because you know what to expect when the bill comes out instead of a big surprise when paying to order. This place takes it a step further and offers a free beer, sake, or wine. All of the food was fresh and made to order. We will be back for sure.

Wow! We had such a great experience at Sapporo! We did the AYCE sushi & hibachi. The menu of choices is huge! Your meal comes with one free beer or wine or soda. You can even choose a complimentary dessert if you still have room! Our server, Ophelia, was excellent! She was very friendly, well spoken and helped explain the menu and different items we were unfamiliar with. The restaurant is very nice on the inside and super clean as well. Highly recommend! We'll definitely be back! Please note: it is the norm that all members of your party do AYCE when dining at an AYCE restaurant. This is standard and expected when dining at such restaurants.

The sushi here is outstanding. Probably the best I've had in this area of Texas. The service was excellent. I was waited on by two different servers and both were attentive, polite and helpful. The restaurant is relatively new, so the facility is neat and clean and very comfortable. The all-you-can-eat lunch special was a bargain at $19.95. This is my fourth trip here and all four have been a very pleasing experience. Definitely worth a visit. Plenty of parking and easy street access.

Really good food, especially for an AYCE. Ayce dinner 3p-close Adults - $32.95 4-12yo - $19.95 Under 4 - $7.95 I think it's worth it for adults, not for kids. The biggest complaint I see is that the entire table has to order AYCE, so if you have children at your table, then maybe not a good deal. i also wished they had half rolls so you can try more variety. You have to pay $1 for unfinished sushi. * favorites! (Everything was really good though and would recommend all) Chicken gyoza (3)- good for being chicken and not pork Shrimp tempura (2) *Crab rangoon (2) House salad Miso soup *Beef udon- very flavorful. Noodles very soft and chewy. *pork katsu- very crispy. Not oily. *fried bun (dessert)- Tasted like beignets (ate it with ice cream) Ice cream (i got vanilla- tastes like blue bell. Bf got Green tea, which was urprisingly not too green tea-like. I usually don't like green tea if it's strong) Sashimi- *Salmon, tuna, yellowtail, pepper tuna, *smoked salmon, scallop, *white tuna. I preferred the salmons over the tunas, but the white tuna was very good (fresh, not fishy at all). Bf really liked the scallop bc it came in some kind of sauce. Rolls- Raw- *American dream roll (8 pcs)- favorite roll- surprisingly very good. Tasted like one from an upscale restaurant. Definitely order. [Inside- spicy tuna, crab meat, avocado. Outside- smoked salmon, squeeze lemon [made it really good], spicy mayo, eel sauce, honey Wasabi sauce, tobiko] Cooked- *USM roll (8 pcs)- served warm. Also good and unique! I would try something else next time, though. [Inside- shrimp tempura, crawfish, avocado. Outside- snow crab, spicy mayo]. Drinks- first drink is included with your meal. Bf enjoyed his sake. My sweet tea was good (not too sweet). Our waiter was very attentive. Food arrived fast. It started to get a little busy on a Friday evening. I would definitely return. I usually spend more at sushi restaurants for the 2 of us.

We are in from out of state and found this place! All of the sushi was fresh and so good. Service was fast too. Highly recommend any of the rolls with crawfish on them!

Place was really open and staff was inviting. There's a bar you can sit at to dine & drink. They carry sake, asahi Japanese beer and wine. We had a party of 6 (3 adults, 3 kids). We were seated immediately Saturday at 7:15pm. We ordered pear sake, asahi , Japan 75 cocktail, and lemon drop martini (we had them add the jalapeño for a kick). Apps we ordered the clams, edamame, & calamari. Kids had chicken katsu (kids order is big enough for 2!) it comes with fries. The bigger kids had hibachi steak--it came with fried rice and veggies. The chicken and steak plates were tasty. Adults had sushi. We had the tuna with mango, the one with jalapeño and some other rolls. Everything was super tasty and fresh. Dessert we had matcha cheesecake with matcha ice cream. Delish!! Overall service was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and fresh. Definitely coming back!

I've eaten at this place twice. Only trying their Yaki Soba with shrimp and it was delicious.

Sushi was definitely low grade but for AYCE the price was fair. Service wasn't the best, felt like it could've been faster. We ordered a kids meal for our child and the manager still freaked out that he was having a few pieces of edamame, so that was odd. Don't think we'll be coming back, money could've been better spent elsewhere

This place opened not to long ago and we always drive past it and decided to try it for dinner. I got the nabeyaki udon and hibachi. The broth for the udon did not taste like udon broth at all. It was very bland. The hibachi wasn't too bad but was a little salty. The hibachi was not cooked in front of you and by the time they brought it out to us, the dish wasn't hot. Another person that came with us ordered chirashi and that was pretty good and the sushi was fresh.

Refreshing establishment. Loved the fried rice and the chicken goyza became a must have. The rolls are great and they definitely are fresh. I really need to go through the list over several meals to find some favorites. Service and price are very reasonable. I sincerely hope to build a long lasting routine of take out.

It was a small casual restaurant. Food was good. Shashmi was unlimited. Fried Oreos were amazing

Was running late to my own date night but as soon as I sat down, I was greeted with a smile. Their menu is pretty extensive front and back from the hibachi to the sushi. I will have to return to try the sushi. Everything was freshly prepared and our server didn't overly ask us if we were okay. The food was seasoned perfectly. Plan on returning in the future.

Love having a good made to order AYCE (All-You-Can-Eat) Japanese restaurant in Rosenberg. I enjoy Sushi Masa, but I definitely like this place better. The quality of food is better all around. The restaurant is smaller and less chaotic. Enjoy it soon before the word gets out. FYI. This is an all or none table AYCE. You cannot have a combination of ordering a la cart and AYCE. This is nothing new when it comes AYCE restaurants.

Probably the worst sushi I have ever eaten. We ordered a representative selection of sushi and some rolls. Raw pieces were rubbery and the rolls were so bad I could not finish eating them. Extremely low quality. This was from the all you can eat menu, regular orders may be different. Service was excellent, our waiter was very nice but the food was barely edible. My wife ate there before and it was better but the food quality seems to have declined dramatically.

Food needs more seasoning, I ordered the hibachi rice and it was so bland. However the steak was okay in flavor but for some reason the ribeye by itself tasted different than the ribeye that comes with the fired frice.

New restaurant in Ft.Bend. My second time to visit this nicely decorated restaurant. First visit was lunch about a month ago. Ordered from the lunch menu. It was reasonably priced, shrimp and steak, soup, salad! Delicious. We decided to try for dinner and shared the gyoza, delicious and $1 off at Happy Hour. Both ordered Yaki Soba, one with seafood, one with steak. Good but could have used more veg in both. Generous servings. We are seniors so we will share a meal next time. In fact, will probably stick with lunch, do get more bang for your $$. Looking forward to trying the spring rolls (Japanese version). I love the decor, friendly staff and it's close to home. Do try the gyoza!

Emanuel was sweet and patient for our first visit. The rules when it comes to "all you can eat" is a tad ridiculous...if there must be so many rules then maybe it shouldn't be an option? Otherwise everything was delicious, I recommend the spicy muscle and the big boss. The margarita was a bit over priced considering it wasn't even filled to the top. Was slightly disappointed to learn there wasn't habachi for a show, husbands steak was mediocre but it wasn't the worst just wasn't the best.

Ordered Door Dash for this restaurant and it was great! Everything was delicious, hot, and great portion! Would visit again when in the Rosenberg area.

I really like this place. It's new so we were unsure of it cause some other similar places near here aren't too good. But it's great service and awesome food. Loved all we've tried so far. Sushi is great. (Haven't tried the Sashimi). Of all the entrees- we've loved them all. For sure worth coming if you don't wanna drive towards downtown.

We came here for a post-Valentine's date night and had a wonderful time! Ordered lots of sushi and hibachi and didn't have a bad item all evening. Everything was fantastic! You really can't beat the all you can eat pricing either. Emmanuel was our waiter and he was super attentive and very helpful with recommendations. We will be back very soon!

The food is of great quality. I did the all-you-can-eat to be able to try different things. I was impressed that everything was fresh and delicious. The chicken curry was AMAZING!!! The only thing I was was the rolls were 1/2 size so I could try more, I didn't realize they would be full-size. The service was great, all servers were very helpful!

Had a great meal, the food was tasty. We ordered from the a la cart menu. The service was quick and attentive and was highlighted by the robot that brought our meals to the table. We will be back.

I've done the sushi AYCE, lunch bento box special, and habachi dinner and everything has been good. I'm so glad they have lunch specials on the weekends as well which most restaurants don't have. The prices are great for the portions they give. It's too bad they're not as popular as their competitors. I hope this doesn't affect them because I'd like this place to stick around.

Probably some of the best dumplings I've ever had! Yum yum! The service here is great, there isn't a super long wait for your food which is awesome! And they have happy hour everyday from 3pm-5pm which is awesome because most places don't have happy hour specials on the weekends! This is definitely going to be a place my husband and I come back to because of how good the food is, the nice calming atmosphere, and the great service!

Sushi was good but for me the curry chicken wasn't all that. I ordered the Texas Roll in Sushi. I didn't dine in, it was a Togo but from the moments I was in there service was friendly. I'll be trying more things here in the future, and do an update.

It was good. Nice to have a restaurant like this in town. Service was good. Got busy very fast. We got there at 6 and within an hour it was packed. It was a Friday evening. Food was all pretty good. I had the all you can eat so it was nice to sample different things. Had the sushi, that was good and fresh, had the hibachi shrimp and that was good as well.

New Place on the block. It was really delicious and tasty! The Miso Soup and Seafood Soup are good to try

We came to try the AYCE lunch special. Food was delicious, and customer service was excellent. Great place to come with family or friends. Place is small but clean. I will mos def come back next time I'm in town.

This place is a all you can eat sushi place which honestly has really good sushi and good appetizers, as good as other sushi places like Sushi Masa and Sumo Sushi, wait time isn't much and staff are always friendly and asking if we need refills or want to order more, hope this place stays open for more meals to come.

Wow! This place is amazing, the prices is fair and the quality of the food is amazing. The restaurant was clean and gave off a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the servants were polite and friendly and did their job properly, over all the restaurant is great and I had an amazing experience dining there.

Do not under estimate this place because of the outside. The food and ambiance is great! I prolly will never order Asian food from any other places around here. The food was fresh, and flavorful. New favorite place!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE FORCES ENTIRE PARTY TO ORDER ALL U CAN EAT Went to this establishment 12/29 and 1 out of the 4 in our party ordered off the regular menu vs the ALL YOU CAN EAT. Went back the next day as we had family in town and they wanted to try the sushi. We were taken to our table and the entire party (5 of us) were given each an all you can eat menu and the regular menu. 1 possibly 2 in our party were NOT going to par take from the all you can eat. The waiter came by and took our drink orders and brought them out to us. Stepped away and returned to take our orders. We informed him not all in party were going to partake in all you can eat menu. He stated it was managers policy that the entire party either order from all you can eat or regular menu. Explained to him that had not been the case the previous evening. Waiter stepped away and returned with the owner. She (the owner) stated if 1 person wanted all you can eat, then the entire party had to par take in all you can eat. Explained to her we had visited establishment previous night and 1 in our party had not partaken with all you can eat. She said if we wanted to do all you can eat, we all had to order it. Explained to her that was bad business practice and horrible customer service to FORCE the entire party to order the all you can eat. Her solution was to alienate the person who did not want to partake with all u can eat, by separating our tables, and having that person dine alone. She could have cared less and was demanding we tell here who our waiter was the previous night. We refused to tell her and she stated "I'll find out anyway." To say we will NEVER return to this establishment is an understatement.

Food was fresh and flavorful; we tried it out for the first time about a month ago and have been back two more times. Working our way through the menu. I guess you figured it out that we like it....alot!

The food was actually amazing. We came cause we've meaning to try it. Turns out it's was great. On top of the food being good, the service was also to tier, the server was kind and helped us with anything. Finally, the atmosphere was calm and comfortable. The jazz music made a good vibe. I have a favorite sushi place but its a pretty good distance from me. Sapporo is only a 5 minute drive from me and im glad i decided to try them out. All of the food we ordered was very flavorful. The appetizers were great, my favorite being the gyoza and my girlfriend really enjoyed the crazy jalapeño (poppers). The vegetable fried rice was rich in flavor and the crazy maki has to be one of the best rolls I've had in a long time. Very nice restaurant, great ambiance. I will definitely be back next time my sushi craving kicks in. Sorry i didnt take any pictures, i was just so hungry!

Thought about it more and felt I needed to add a star. Really my only issue was uncomfortable seating. Service and food were really good.

This is the first review I have ever left. The sushi, for real, is the worst sushi I ever had. I chose the all you can eat option, and I tried probably 10 different rolls, all of which I could not stomach. I've never not liked sushi before, but this was horrible. The sushi rice wasn't sticky, the sauces they use on the sushi taste like cake icing, the sashimi taste like ya mothers ***** , I could go on. It's horrible, do not come here. They charge $1 per piece of sushi u don't eat, I flushed all the rolls cuz I'm not paying for such horrible sushi.

I love that we have an all you can eat sushi place in Rosenberg now! The sushi is so good and fresh. I've been here for lunch and they have really good lunch special prices. I have also went for dinner and did the all you can eat. It does get really busy during dinner, but it was so worth it! Great service as well
