A fun littlr donut shop with donuts still available after 10am on a weekday, The donuts are very yummy here and not too sweet. The dough is airy and light. The staff was friendly and the store, while tiny, was bright and cheery. I recommend this donut shop and will return again when in the area.

It was my first visit and I actually was about to head to a drive thru for a donut and coffee because of the rain. I spotted Sarah’s Donuts as I was passing by and wanted to support a small business. I had a hunch the donuts would taste better. And it did? I had a blueberry cake donut. It was crispy around the edges and tastes so fresh! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area. The coffee was fresh as well. I’m not sure if the kind lady who took care of me was Sarah, she was kind and gave great customer service. 😊

Underrated donut spot - all of the donuts are light and fluffy :) they're not at all oily and or overly sweet, which is a sign of actual quality. You can tell they change out for fresh oil, and the interior is squeaky clean. Donuts that actually make you feel better after eating - made by a caring owner

Wow!! CRONUT HEAVEN!!!! First was introduced to cronut in Laguna Beach, CA and have been on a search ever since. This is the definition of a true cronut!! The flakiness of a croissant and the sweetness of a doughnut and you are in heaven. Well this place topped it for sure. Bought some for my team at work today and definitely glad that I have leftovers.

To whom this may concern- I have had simply the most incredible pastry related experience at Sarah Donuts. Though I only consumed but a single RAVISHING chocolate donut, my view on such confectionary delights has been forever altered. The texture of the glaze: simply incredible! The fragmentation with each bite called to mind the splintering of a hardened heart to embrace true peace. The warm, gooey center had the richness of a capitalist billionaire, and all the sweetness to boot! In continuation of my excellent stay at this fine establishment, I would like to laud the astonishing service of one Alexis: never as a customer have I felt so seen and understood. Indubitably, the experience of royalty so immersed me at Sarah Donuts that I can never set foot in another bakery without noticing their inferiority to Sarah Donuts. Once again shout out Alexis

Great donut shop in Roswell! I was shopping for places to get donuts for Teacher Appreciation and this was my top pick for the area. Donuts are all tasty, made fresh and a good variety. The red velvet was my personal favorite! While they may not have tons of crazy flavors, what they do have they make exceptionally well! Definitely worth a try!

Another one down!! Here's my take. 1. Not sure what the 0⭐ on the sign is about because this place is 5 ⭐ 😁 2. The old fashions we're shockingly moist which was surprising because they didn't look that way. 3. Great selection with some unique donuts like the sunflower. 4. Customer service was great and the woman up front was very friendly! Some very picky things I would change. 1. Perhaps it was a one time thing, but the filled donuts needed a tad more filling. Perhaps 2 pokes with the filler instead of what seemed like one 2. This may be a personal preference but I felt like the sunflower donut needed more cinnamon. It tasted good but I just prefer cinnamon roll type donuts to have more cinnamon. 3. The strawberry shortcake donut was really good but I think the strawberries could have been quartered and with a bit more filling. It just was hard to eat one bite with everything in it 😂 This place is yet another hidden gem that I would be glad to make the drive for!

You guys! This place is so good! And such a great deal! From the outside it looked a little small, and it is, but they pack a ton of great food in the small space. We tried several donuts--my favorite was the strawberry shortcake. Each was delicious, though--they are remarkably light and airy! My husband also got a jalapeño sausage roll--it was lightly spicy, and again, the pastry was absolutely delicious. The owner was very friendly and seemed to know many of the customers. Finally, the prices were excellent! We got five donuts, two mini donuts, and a sausage roll for about $15. Great value!

It's good in the early morning, but recently after 10am the case is almost empty and missing a lot of the good flavors. This is an issue they could work on and fix. Fritters, blueberry, sprinkles always sell out first so just make more of those? I'd give it 5 stars at 7am but it's just a 3 at 11am. Unfortunately, more often than not I cannot come super early in the morning, so the selection is limited.

Delicious and fresh donuts every time. You can pick your fillings for select donuts, and they'll fill it right there. They often have cute donuts like bear or star shaped ones. I always want to eat at least 3 donuts each time, but I've been trying to control myself. Staff is very friendly.

Have visited multiple times and brevet disappointed. My parents came with me today. Dad said that the strawberry donut was the best donut he's ever had. He also enjoyed the chocolate cake donut. We often take them home and have them for dessert or breakfast the next day, and they're still delicious! Hands down, my favorite donut shop!

This is a true gem in the Roswell area. I have driven by the place many times before, but I wasn't sure of their hours, and it was always closed later in the afternoon. Apparently they are open 5:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Saturday. This is a family owned and operated business. David, the son of the owner, works the front. His dad is in back making the donuts. The first time I visited their store, David offered me one free donut and a free cup of coffee as a new customer. David clearly cares about treating customers well and keeping them satisfied. If you want to try some of their specialty donuts, such as the sunflower, you might have to come in early in the morning because this place is super popular. I've shown up multiple times between 8 and 9 in the morning, and there was a small line of people waiting outside. The donuts are definitely delicious. I've tried the cinnamon twist, chocolate eclair, maple bacon and sunflower. The cinnamon twist tasted very light and fresh. The maple bacon offers a great combination of salty and sweet flavors. The sunflower is completely unique. It's like pulling apart lots of little donuts which are perfectly glazed on the outside. I'll definitely be back on Saturday mornings. My family now loves their donuts!

The quality of the doughnuts is great. The old fashioned cake doughnuts are amazing- easily beating offerings from DD, KK, and other chains. My wife is a big fan of the koloshes (I think I spelled that correctly)- an updated version of the classic pig in a blanket. Prices are good and Sarah's is available through food delivery services.

SO GOOD!! These donuts are life changing. They're not greasy at all and the flavors are amazing. The strawberry glazed donut is my absolute favorite; the strawberry flavor is very nice and not artificial at all. The classic glazed has a light sweet glaze that's not sickeningly sweet. The prices are also fantastic and worth every penny whether you're ordering a dozen or just a few. I cannot stop raving about these donuts to everyone and I can't wait to go back!

Without a doubt the best Donut shop in and around ATL. We visit every other Saturday and it's without a doubt the best. They are light, airy and simply delicious! We've never had a bad experience and the service has always been incredible. Do yourself a favor and swing by! Another favorite thing about Sarah Donuts is I never feel heavy or gross after eating a couple.

Such a great find! I stopped in after leaving the humane society and I'm so glad I did. The donuts are amazing, I loved the red velvet one and the apple fritter. David was super nice and professional, he told me that his parents have been making donuts for over 30 years. I also want to mention that the place was SUPER clean and organized. I will definitely be coming back!

We picked up donuts the other weekend for our family that was coming over and got a sampler dozen so everyone could try different flavors. They were all delicious and people were asking for more. I especially liked the Bavarian cream filled doughnut and the old fashioned doughnut.

Read multiple glowing reviews before deciding to try this shop while visiting family in Roswell. I'm so glad I did! In these times of Covid, I was pleased to see the employee was gloved and masked up. I was the only person in the store so I'm not sure how they handle social distancing of customers, and I didn't think to ask. There were no tables inside. The clerk was so friendly and efficient, he answered all of my questions, and after making my selections (it was TOUGH) he asked if I'd like to try anything else "on the house" since it was my first visit. I let him pick one out and he chose the Apple Fritter and WOW! With just a hint of crunch on the outside, tender apples and soft dough within, this was just perfect. The rest of the donuts were so soft and each flavor was better than the last. I also got a small sausage roll, which I assume is the same as a kolache, and that was amazing as well. Such a great experience! I'll be craving these until I come back to town!

Sarah Donuts are delicious, fresh made donuts. I love the chocolate iced and strawberry iced donuts, they are fluffy and always fresh. I tried the coffee on my most recent visit and it wasn't for me. The donuts, however, are 10/10 highly recommend.

I am SO HAPPY that a Sarah Donuts is open in Roswell now! I used to drive to Norcross + Johns Creek to go to one, and this is by far the best location. I met the son of the owner at the shop and he is so sweet! The donuts are fluffy as always.... I literally drool just thinking about them. Not pictured: the apple fritter. Please treat yourself to one of these when you go, you won't be disappointed! Also, the store was super clean and he was wearing a mask + they have installed glass in between you and the register so it is very pandemic friendly. Thank you for the delish donuts and the amazing service!!

Goodbye K***** K****, see you in hell D***** D*****!! I have found my favorite donut place along 400. The donuts, shout out to them, the glazed donut tasted like a dough-nut. One thing about some other places is that their donuts taste like fried breaded sugar but at Sarah's Donuts these thangs complement the glaze. It's like a perfect balance of sweet glaze and soft, velvet, chewy (but not in a bad way) dough. These won't give you a sugar rush at all. I'll be coming back. Also tried the sunflower which was a fried cinnamon sugar donut glazed Deelishis's Frankenstein creation and while I won't get it every time there will be times. I can't wait to try all of these other offering.

Sarah Donuts brightens my day! I'm not sure if it's the colorful decor, brightly lit donut case, or the friendly staff but I don't think it's physically possible to leave here upset. They have your traditional yeast raised donuts which are soft and fluffy, your traditional cake donuts, and they have their specialty items. You have to try the Apple fritter at least once! It's huge and it's delicious! My favorite is their sunflower donut. It's a really big donut but it's cut into these breakable pieces that make the donut look like a sunflower. You get the perfect size bite every time. If you're a first timer, I would recommend the Sarah Signature Dozen to try an assortment of donuts. It's also perfect to bring into the office and share! There are multiple locations mostly outside the perimeter so check out all of their locations for the one most convenient for you.

Brand new location. Had the pleasure of getting to chat with the owners son Dustin. This family owned business is definitely a treat to visit. They have a good range of fresh yummy chewy donuts. I like these way better than greasy CC. The inside is small and ate this time during 2020. It's an order and go place. This location has custom murals that Make interior personal and fun. First time in...Based on other reviews on yelp we chose Sara Donuts in Roswell for my birthday breakfast . My husband and I typically will try a new place (for us) and currently are running out of donut places we have not tried. I love donuts so this is why go on my birthday. The location was bright. Someone did say hello but another person took our order and he acted like he had rather be anywhere but there. The opposite of friendly or welcoming. We got the sunflower, regular glazed, double chocolate, strawberry glazed and filled, and old fashioned. The regular glazed was fresh and stopped there no real flavor and not enough glaze. The strawberry was better but not great. Old fashioned had more flavors but about average. Double chocolate was also average and both this one and the old fashioned at DD is better. The only slightly above average was the sunflower cinnamon roll it was crispy on the edges, glazed well and tasty. Unfortunately I don't think that one element is enough to bring us back.

This was my first time ever having a donut from here but it will not be my last. You can definitely taste the freshness of the donuts. They have so many great ones to choose from. You can find something for everyone. The wonderful sweet smell when you walk in and are greeted by a very nice person. My favorite was the sunflower, it was so perfect!!

I really splurged on donuts the 2nd time I visited, coz the donuts I got the first time was a HIT among our friends and definitely wasn't enough of me haha. Apple fritters and chocolate are my favorites! I was offered a complimentary coffee in the house the 2nd time around. That was super sweet but, they didn't have to offer it as covid has been difficult on small business but it was a nice touch and appreciated it very much. Keep the great work.

I had higher expectations but somehow this is what I got. Not sure what happened here but these weren't the best. I just got them about 15 minutes ago delivered.

If my son doesn't wake up everyday and ask for Sarah's, i would know something is wrong. Great service by the team here. They always pay close attention to how or what we ask for. Warm kolache? No problem. The doughnuts are fantastic. You can get great doughnuts at several places but we come for the device! You should give it a try too!

One of the best donuts I have ever had. The owner was SUPER friendly. I highly recommend them especially if you want premium tasting donuts. They have a wide selection of donuts. I didnt know what my office wanted, so I asked the owner what he recommended. I bought 2 dozes of the donuts and my office loved them. We aren't particularly picky, but I can tell you that this was a solid donut.

This place has the best donuts in Atlanta. I'm serious! Everyone only focuses on cake donuts but they actually do both cake and yeasted and do them well! Family owned business with 30+ years in the industry. Literally no negative feedback! Go try this place !!

What a great Donut shop. Stopped in for the first time this morning and got to talking with the gentleman behind the counter. Family run and operated. Very nice and hospitable. Had an Apple Fritter that was out of this world. Nice crunch and flavor. This is my new donut stop, when I stop for donuts. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

I felt really bad for this place opening about the same time we got pandemic bitch slapped. I went in for the first time about a week ago and these donuts and kolaches (sausage rolls) are legit. I went back a few days later to make sure what I experienced was correct. The donuts are fresh, light, and delicious. The chocolate-frosted cake donut is amazing and the glazed donut is like eating a fluffy, sweet cloud of goodness. I've been missing some good ol' sausage kolaches that are so popular in Texas (even though they originated from the Czechs and used to be primarily fruit filled). The guy working the counter is super friendly and helpful. I want to eat everything in this place. Somebody stop me!

This donut shop is clean, neat, and has a touch of caring heart for the kids. Right when you walk in, you can see the Sesame Street's characters on the lower level of the shelf. There's a variety of options to choose from, and my favorites are the twists, eclair, and strawberry filled donuts. I definitely recommend this place and am planning to visit again!

Sarah Donuts - Where have you been all my life?!?!? I can't believe I'm just NOW meeting you at a PTA sponsored breakfast at my school during Teacher Appreciation Week. All those trips in the past to the big Krispy Kreme on the corner when the "Hot" light was on, and there you were sitting quietly, hidden in plain sight in a nondescript Roswell shopping center. RIP, Krispy Kreme and especially Dunkin' Donuts. Sarah's fluffy cake batter makes the freshest, best donuts I've ever tasted. Slap yo' Mama and go back for seconds A+, kind of good, and worth every sugar-filled calorie that goes into making them so wonderful.

Was looking for jelly donuts for Chanukah when I found this gem. We called them after having to been to 2 other shops and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and made jelly donuts for us, right before closing! They were delicious and fluffy that night and even the next day. Looking forward to trying their other flavors this coming weekend.

My coworker got these for our office so I can't speak firsthand about service, pricing, or speed. I CAN tell you these are amazing. The donuts are light and airy. The chocolate frosting one I had was delicious and fresh. I'll definitely be getting these the next time it's my turn

Dang you Sarah Donuts. You've ruined me from ever buying donuts anywhere else. Seriously-best donuts I've ever had. Best apple fritters hands down. And the Sunflower donut is to die for. But you have to get there early to get one as they sell out quick.

If you haven't tried out this gem, get in your car tomorrow morning and do it! The shop is brand new and sparkling clean and the donuts are incredible. We went today right before closing and the donuts still tasted fresh and the selection was great. The young man working the counter was friendly and kind as well, taking note that I had a young child in my arms and bagged the donuts to make it easier for me to carry. 10/10 we will be back again....probably Monday! :)
