Simple, tasty, Filipino food!
The guy does Lechon (pig on a spit) because he excells at it, particulalrly the crackling.
I highly recommend combining the salty flavours of the pork with the Laing side dish (kale mixed with coconut milk, chilis, garlic and ginger)
Between me and 3 Filipinas we had to order two lots of the 300g Lechon so if there's 4 of you, i recommend going for the largest portion.
