"Sardaarji presents Northern Indian dishes at its store in Little India. Must try dishes are: Amritsari made with red snapper, black lentil soup, and gulab jamun just to name a few. Live performances of Indian instruments add to the experience." - MICHELIN Guide Asia
Had dinner at Sardarji with two friends, and the experience was awesome! We spent around $150–$200, and every bit was worth it. The food was fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Big shoutout to Karam — her service was outstanding! She was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Great food, great service, and amazing vibes. Definitely coming back soon! 👌🔥

While we have always liked their samosas and had been getting it very often to our house, including on any special occasions, I have recently started noticing that their samosas as overly soaked in oil. I understand that they are deep fried but the oil dripping from them while eating has been making me nauseous. Something has changed in the way that Sardar ji is deep frying the food (probably doing it multiple times) and the quality has been deteriorating. Not sure if I would want to get samosas again from here until they change their frying practice. Rest I will let the picture do the talking.

I visited this restaurant today and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the Chicken Malayi Tikka and Veg Noodles, and both dishes were delicious and full of flavor. The service was excellent as well. Our server, Karm, was very nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. I’m very happy with my visit and will definitely come again. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience as a first time customer. Food was great especially North Indian food which I had ordered in the picture and dessert was good too as well. It reminded me about back home, honestly first decent Indian meal I had in a long time. I wish they would have a restaurant in Toronto, I would go every month. Couple of things they could improve is faster service for food , maybe control the other customers as some of them were loud. But definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good meal.

Sardar Ji was a good experience overall. Upon entering we were seated within 5 minutes as they had to clean up the table. It is extremely crowded inside, so some can definitely feel a bit overwhelmed. The atmosphere is loud, as it’s a mixture of Bollywood videos being played as well as the noise of people talking. The food was very tasty and came out quicker than I was expecting. Sardar Ji may not be my first choice in terms of Indian restaurants, but it’s definitely worth trying!

Sardar Ji Brisdale is a gem! They serve amazing food and drinks that hit the spot every time. The biggest plus point? It’s open 24 hours, which makes it the perfect place to satisfy cravings any time of the day or night. Whether you’re stopping by late after work or catching up with friends in the early morning, this spot never disappoints. Definitely worth checking out!

It was an unforgettable dining experience! The staff(Mehak)went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, from recommendations to quick service. The atmosphere is stylish yet comfortable, with great music and lighting that set the mood. It’s clear the team here cares deeply about their guests. The food was bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh, high quality ingredients. Every dish was beautifully presented, and the portions were just right. Will definitely recommend family n friends.

Yelp
Food:
Veg biryani: 7/10. I wish it was a little bit less dry
Veg thali: 8/10; really good price $12 and honestly dal makhani was amazing!
Service: really great! We had a birthday at the table and they brought us a brownie for free and sang! Overall they were pretty quick with the food as well!
Ambiance: you can tell this is designed more for nightlife and younger people. Really great decor overall!

Yelp
This place is very close to my house
Went there on a Thursday evening it was crowded The menu seemed very interesting
The service was very efficient friendly and warm always helpful
The food however was not too good Ordered butter chicken Dal makhani and garlic naan
For a vegetarian option ordered veg chowmein
The dal makhani and butter chicken lacked the flavours and taste very very average I definitely won't order them again
However the garlic naan and veggie chowmein was very good and reasonably priced
The restaurant was spacious and ok interiors
The ambience too was average
I will definitely go there again and try their other options as the ve chowmein was very good

Yelp
My first time trying here. Chicken briyani was the order as it was just a late dinner and just the two of us. Figured it would be perfect. The rice had little to no flavour with lots of small chicken pieces which I liked instead of 2 big pieces of chicken. Might not try here again.

Yelp
Great food with amazing services and less waiting period. Tried fish and chicken dishes, worth the money!
Ambiance is decent though.
