We walked passed and found the outside very inviting and decided to try it for lunch time. I had Anchovy Ramen, and my fiancé had the chicken clam ramen. Both were very tasty with good flavour. We both would recommend to try the anchovy Ramen. It had a rich, but still light seafood flavour that matched really well with the Ramen, pork and egg. We also shared one pork donburi, that was very tasty. It is alot of food so sharing that was a good idea. If you are really hungry it would be good to have the set alone. Lunch time was not too busy, we did not wait long to get a spot. Maybe dinner there would be a longer wait. Staff was really nice and explained well to my fiancé (korean), servers also seam to speak Japanese, and there is English written on the note on the table explaining recommended way to enjoy the food. All inn all, a really good place we are happy we stopped by.

Texture of meat was super tender. Soup was slurpy with a thick broth. Noodles texture was smooth and firm too. Jazz Music in the background is my kinda thing. Love it all! The place is very tight. Not recommended for large groups. Note; Join and get the queue ticket on-site or better, download the app to get a queue number in advance.

I just literally passing by Yeonnam-dong area and past by this ramen shop that is unexpected a 2-year michelin guide already. There can be a long queue throughout the system but it was smooth and fast. I also like that they used catch table app, this shows how modernized and convenient for the custoemrs to order a table while on queue. Food: I ordered a Clam Miso Ramen which us the chef recommendations, I have to day it was pretty decent for its price. The clams are very fresh, the chashu is lightly xharred, the soup is very light but flavorful. For the Chashu Rice, I love it too, personally the mixture gives a gyudon vibe but with a chashu pork. Overall, I understand now why thid ramen shop deserved a 2-year michelin guide. Not gonna lie, the outdoor decors also catched my eye especially the ramen noodle moving up and down, it reminded me of the ramen I ate in Sapporo named "Crab Gang Ramen". It is a highly demand Ramen restaurant and as a ramen lover this ramen somehow did meet my expectation. The chef is also very meticulos and focus with the details and process of the ramen. Went there twice during our trip because we liked it so much. It's a cozy ramen shop that specializes in seafood based ramen. You'll see a good mix of locals and foreigners dining here. All bowls come with homemade noodles, slices of chashu pork and an egg. The egg is medium hard boiled instead of the usual jammy egg, but I prefer it more cooked anyway. They have limited quantities of the crab/clam ramen at lunch and dinner so try to get in as soon as they open if that's what you want. We used the virtual waitlist on the CATCHTABLE site and snagged the 3rd spot in line about an hour before they opened. I tried the crab & clam combo the first visit and then the clam one the second visit, and I think I prefer the clam one more. My kids had the anchovy one and loved it. The chashu rice bowls were a highlight too. Basically there isn't a bad thing on the menu. The chef is quite nice and was very welcoming. Although the shop is small, kids are welcome here and they have 3 rectangular tables that can fit 2-4 ppl per table in addition to the bar top seating.

Friendly and attentive staff, and they work together with serious care to detail to make a delicious and •VERY• filling meal (don't recommend getting extra, for this reason!). This is the original location, but there is another location 200 m away if the line is too long. Casual atmosphere, like a neighborhood bar, so come as you are, despite the attention from the Michelin guide.

We were able to get a bowl of the famous crab ramen. It was just as good as anticipated—a delicate crab flavor overwhelmed our senses. After finishing every drop, we ate the pork donburi which was equally amazing.

I was lucky to try their signature clam and crab ramen and it completely blew me away. The broth was clean, refreshing, yet packed with a deep richness, which is very different from tonkotsu pork based ramen that I’m used to. The presentation of the ramen was pefect and their thinnly sliced chashu was amazing! I regret not adding more chashu. The noodles were cooked perfectly and crab was loaded with generous amount of meat and eggs. Every bite was bursting with umami flavor. Overall, this dish was truly a masterpiece and I am glad I was able to have the opportunity to taste it. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone, but be sure to make a reservation beforehand!

Stumbled upon this Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant by accident and this was the happiest accident yet! Amazing food, vibe and service. Hiiiighly recommend for Ramen fans. Come early to put your name down or use catchtable to join waitlist. It fills up FAST.
