Great Choices for Takeout and Delivery in Las Vegas

"Sasa has an extensive all-you-can-eat menu if you’re dining in. But for take-out, the deluxe dinner bento box is a great deal and does the decision-making for you. For $21.95, the meal comes with beef or chicken teriyaki, fried salmon, shrimp and vegetable tempura, half a California roll, sushi and sashimi, plus miso soup, rice, and salad." - Janna Karel

Google
This has been my favorite sushi spot in Vegas for over a year. Their deep fried and baked rolls are the best of any local spot I’ve found. All you can eat price is great and the staff and always fun and friendly. I have friends that didn’t like sushi that make me bring them here every time they come to town after trying Sasa.

Google
Honestly, they do a good job! Not fancy, but just as good as the ones with fluff!

Google
Sasa Sushi is definitely a hidden gem. Fresh quality sushi at a fair price, especially if you choose the all you can eat bar. Chefs are friendly and the waitress is knowledgeable and attentive. I look forward to visiting a few times when I am in town.

Google
I feel like this place is a hidden little gem tucked away in the corner of a small shopping plaza (by a Capriotti's). My husband & I have dined here 3 times so far and though the venue is small, always seems to be full of diners. Service can be slow, but in our experience there might be only 1-2 servers working, so it hasn't been a big deal to us. The fish-to-rice ratio is great, sometimes more generous than some of the sushi restaurants in Chinatown area! It's also more easily accessible & doesn't have the nightmare parking situation that Chinatown has. All-in-all, it's a small, but great sushi venue if you're looking for a more quiet area to dine without the hassle of finding parking. My husband & I hope this place will stick around 😚

Google
This place was great! Highly recommended. — I was able to call ahead to reserve a table and start my first rolls. They were being placed on the table as I arrived. Great flavors, delightful textures, beautiful presentation, decent service (considering timing, work load, and pandemic prevention measures), great pricing, and nice atmosphere with beautiful murals. I’ll look forward to my next visit.

Google
We been coming here for about 10 years..obviously it's amazing will always be my #1 spot ! Updated review.. tonight we had a birthday celebration for my sister who passed, not only was the staff amazing like always but they treated our whole table with care and love and fed us like family. Sasa will always be our families #1 sushi spot in las vegas

Google
Our experience here was Amazing! Our servers name was Allen. He was extremely kind to us and had great customer service skills. When we arrived they were full and all booked. They made room for our party of 7. The food was fresh and Delicious! We all decided to do the all You can eat sushi. The appetizers, soups and salads are all included in the all you can eat. They are very fast at bringing out the food and they don’t make you feel awkward when ordering a lot of food. Our teenage boys can eat a lot. The baby was free and they gave us a discount. The restaurant was clean and they sanitized and cleaned really well after each table left. That’s a plus coming from a family of nurses. Our server gave us pointers on where to visit and what to try in Vegas. The sweetest people ever. We will be visiting this restaurant any time we visit Las Vegas! We already recommended this place to all our friends !!

Yelp
Recently came here with a 8 person party, we all got the AYCE. They were able to sit us right away on a Tuesday evening. The ambiance was chill for a family with kids; and our server did an excellent job. Their rolls are tasty, and the fresher apps (cucumber and seaweed salad) were good as always. Their Nigiri and Sashimi was delicious and tasted very fresh. My preference is in the Yellow Tail, Albacore, and Tuna. Though their Salmon was also very delicious, for you Salmon folk. Will definitely be returning with the fam again. Thanks, SaSa

Yelp
Hahahahhahaha So here's the thing. This was my first time being here, but not my girlfriends. I was reading reviews about the place before we left to there and 2 reviews blatantly said they saw cockroaches while they were there. She said she never seen them before while she was there....well, that changed lol. We definitely saw them and she was definitely sad about it lol. We still ate though. It is what it is. Other than that. The food was amazing and I was full by the end of my run on food. The only con is what I said earlier. The pro is that chef is great.

Thank you Guys for everything and always being so accommodating. Donald, Allen Uncle and Sophie are always so great thank you

Yelp
Came here for my birthday. Food was delicious and our server was on top of it. Will be back!

Yelp
Better than I expected. Fresh and fast. When I am craving sushi will definitely return here.

Yelp
It's been a while since I've been back to this place. It's 4 minutes away from me and they've been here for so long. It's a smaller and older spot. Their selections are mid. Staff is friendly and they only had 1 server it felt like, and one hostess doing the mostest. It hit the spot, but quality is not like what it used to be. Due to its location being very close to where I live was the only reason why I came back.

Yelp
Had a good casual lunch here! The katsu curry and yaki udon (pictured) were very hearty for a lunch portion, and delicious! Someone else in our party ordered the chicken katsu without curry, and her chicken cutlet was more fat than meat...Not what we expected abd some pieces were just inedible. Service was fine. Ambiance was ok, music seemed too loud for a midday lunch, with few people dining in. But pretty good experience overall!

Yelp
Little hole in the wall with awesome food and great service what more do you want. Great selection of rolls.

Yelp
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! My husband and I came in a few hours ago for lunch. It wasn't the first time but it will be the last. They have a serious roach infestation. My purse was on the chair next to me and when I looked over there was a baby cockroach on my purse. I swatted at it and then couldn't find it. As I was freaking out checking my purse, it ran across my foot. I was wearing flip flops!! I started looking around and there was another one crawling next to the bar and another that had been stepped on. I made my husband stay to pay the check and I ran outside. AGAIN.... DO NOT EAT HERE!

Yelp
I've driven past this so many times. I finally popped in. It's located in cheyenne fountains. Its kinda hidden off into the corner of the lot. Open from 11:30 to 9. Weekends a smidge later. They have AYCE sushi lunch and dinner. I paid $26. Plus tax. So, about $30 bucks for lunch. 9am -4pm. They dont offer lunch specials on friday and Saturday. They have a all day special for $32. Instead You can ask for half roll if you like. I wanted the sasa sushi roll, but it had cream cheese in it, which i can't eat. So they took it out for me. Sasa roll was fabulous. Like i mentioned, i changed the roll a smidge. 10k roll was sweet due to the mango salsa but it is seared, so it has that extra punch of flavor. Thick pieces of fish are used for the nigiri!

Yelp
This place is great love the orange tiger roll still my favorite spot even though it's far and for last minute I have to go to other lesser places
google avatar

Desiree Ann Z.

Yelp
Sad to only give it three stars because some orders were forgotten, I could barely understand or hear our server, and I was disappointed because their garlic fries were literally just fries with a bunch of garlic powder.. I wanted the real garlic fries. Their rolls were tasty, but my favorite were the spoon shooters! Although it has a little bit of a kick to it, I definitely recommend. Restaurant itself was small, but people seemed to be enjoying themselves and their food. It was nice trying a new sushi restaurant since I'm new to the area, but it wouldn't be my first option.

Yelp
Been a long time customer (though admittedly I haven't been here in a while through no fault of their own), and unfortunately it's quality has slipped in some key areas. I hope that they're able to tweak things to get it back to its former glory. 1. The menus and soy sauce bottles were sticky and filthy. My wife's menu had fish bones stuck to it when they handed it to her. That's just gross. Cleanliness has always been a high priority here so I hope that they get back on top of it. 2. The rice to fish ratio has gotten insanely off kilter. You still get a decently sized cut of fish, but it resides on a giant hill of rice that is just very unpleasant to eat and impossible to do in one bite. I had to cut half of the rice off of every piece of nigiri to get it where the ratio is standard for most AYCE places. To their credit, I wasn't given any hassle or charged extra for doing so. A lot of the good stuff is still there. The appetizers are great, the place is still cozy and not noisy like so many other places, the staff are still friendly, and most importantly the fish quality itself (outside of the imitation crab in one of the rolls) was really good and served at the right temperature. So, Sasa folks, if you read this, please take it as constructive criticism, and I look forward to being back once these issues are nipped in the bud.

Yelp
Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Response. I recently visited this sushi restaurant with high expectations, only to be met with a truly disappointing experience. The wait time for our food was egregiously long, far beyond what one might consider reasonable even during peak hours. When our order finally arrived, the disappointment only continued; the food was underwhelming and did not meet the standard one would expect from a sushi establishment. Following my visit, I left a one-star review to honestly share my experience, hoping it might encourage the restaurant to address these issues. Instead of taking this feedback constructively, the restaurant chose to ban me, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and an unwillingness to accept and grow from customer critiques. This response is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the management's attitude towards customer satisfaction and feedback. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a pleasant dining experience or value for their time and money. There are numerous other sushi places that not only offer superior quality and service but also handle customer feedback with the grace and professionalism it deserves.

Yelp
I was craving chicken or pork Katsu for lunch today. Ordered chicken Katsu to go to as time was limited. It was a very short drive from my location of less than ten minutes. The disappointment when I opened my container to find out that sauce was poured over the chicken and rice. This made the food nearly inedible as the chicken was soggy and the rice mushy. Boy was I sad as this was not what I had expected. So once I tried it boy was I disappointed! Food rating for me was a one. On the bright side was the hard working waitress who was covering the three tables plus our to go order which seemed like a long wait. The atmosphere was adequate although the choice of music was interesting since we were at a Japanese restaurant.

Yelp

Yelp
This is the first time we ate at this sushi restaurant the decor is great the people are great. The waitress explained the food menu but not quite we tried to ask her again about the all-you-can-eat and the food menu and the items that is only one time order but it was not clear I would just call it lack of communication or needs better communication. As I was reading the menu because I do not eat all fishes I eat certain fishes and I am always aware of what I'm eating especially with fishes that are not sushi grade considering our family has been in the food industry for more than 50 years. It was unfortunate to see that when I ordered my pokey salad there was a white fish in there and I had asked before I ate it because it was not itemized what type of fish was in there what type of fish this was I was told it was white tuna. Knowing that white tuna does not exist it is escalar and previously years before escalar had made me sick. And finding out through doctors escalar is not to be eaten as sushi grade if you want to end up having diarrhea then sure eat escalar it is a bottom feeder it is not to be eaten raw. It is banned in Japan it is banned in Italy there are other countries also. And then to find out that they put it in other items it made it very limiting for me to order food so I only stuck with the basics I didn't take any pictures only because I know everybody likes taking pictures and posting them online. When I told her that I was allergic to that fish she went ahead and took the poke and replaced it and removed it and made me a new one and all the other dishes I had to continue to ask. I can't recall exactly on the menu what we wanted to eat but apparently it wasn't the time for it even though we had asked previously if this was the time for it and she said yes she made a mistake and that's fine if the answer would have been different we would have never eaten there because there's certain dishes that I do like eating at sushi joints. Overall because they serve escalar there I will not come back because I don't want contamination with my food that's just for me not for anyone else. But feel free to eat at this restaurant and give your own review but I would never eat at a place that gives fish that is not sushi grade and actually it's one of the cheapest fishes that people eat in other countries that cannot afford certain fishes and alone in Las Vegas it is not supposed to be served but if you want extreme diarrhea and to go on a diet that's great they are actually people who have been hospitalized because of this fish I wouldn't take a chance so I'm aware of what I eat. https://youtu.be/MocoGMFOiE0?si=TqjAafnwPHPc6VNq You can copy the link and watch it and do your own research on this type of fish but since they integrated in other dishes that they have I would never take that chance because I care about my stomach and there are plenty of places to go eat at but thanks for reading my review happy diarrhea time!

Yelp
Server was really nice, I've come here a few times, but this last time was not good. I knew it wasn't good when I got warm nigiri and overly seasoned Cajun albacore. Something told me that it was masking a flavor or maybe it was older. I think it wasn't good though because as soon as I made it home 30 min later I was so sick. Still am. I should have known something was wrong when I was getting fish cartilage or tendon in my albacore and salmon. Not sure exactly what it was exactly, but it was hard and I had to spit it out more for more than one piece of nigiri. The nigiri was also thick and clearly not cut properly. I ended up not ordering more after my first plate even though I did the AYCE. The server was super friendly and very fast. I don't blame him at all. Oh my god I've never been so sick.

Yelp
WARNING We ate here last night. Since waking up this morning I have felt absolutely horrible! I've experienced loose BM's and feel hot but have the chills at the same time. I almost puked about an hour ago. I am wholly convinced that I am experiencing food poisoning. I plan on reporting this to the Health District. Stay far away from this place! Additionally, and in my opinion, there are way better places to choose from here in Vegas. The sushi was not good!
google avatar

Alan L.

Yelp
The food and service are incredible. We've been going for years now and they NEVER disappoint with the quality of fish and sauces in their specials.

Yelp
By far my favorite sushi spot! I like calling ahead of time to make a reservation and guarantee a seat. Service is great! I highly recommend; Call me maybe and Sasa rolls are my favorite. Hidden Gem and close to home, I like that I don't have to drive 30min to get to a good quality sushi restaurant. It's also quiet and enjoyable place.
google avatar

Hugo V.

Yelp
Love coming here they are for sure a hidden gem, who ever is on the aux know what theyre doing and they have yhe freshest nigiri ive tried in the city so far.
google avatar

Donlyn F.

Yelp
I was just there on Saturday, just an FYI they do not offer ayce lunch on Saturday. We had to pay for dinner price which wasn't a big deal but disappointing. The tv was so loud that the sushi guys were watching their cartoons on that you couldn't even have a conversation with the person across from you. Way to get the customers out fast lol what a waste of money. The gentleman server was very nice, the noises cartoons was a hard no, I will never return.
google avatar

Andrea M.

Yelp
Food was better than expected after looking at pictures on Yelp. The staff were very friendly and quick. It's not a luxurious place but the sushi was great.
google avatar

Lauren W.

Yelp
Overprice for quality. We came for ayce lunch ($31+tax pp) and left not impressed. We have been following their account on instagram and finally got to be on that side of town to try it. The service is good and speedy, very nice people. However, the fish is lacking some overall quality (very fishy, not the good kind) but if I had to recommend something I would say try their salmon belly and the spicy tuna nacho. Overall, the place is small but has a good amount of tables, large sushi bar area and is very clean.
google avatar

Barry M.

Yelp
Food was amazing! Such big offerings from a small establishment. Went for birthday dinner, just moved to this side of town and was a regular at Top Sushi. Sasa Sushi blew them out of the water. The service was amazing and the food even better. If you're in the area and want a great night out for Sushi, this is definitely the place. Tried pretty much everything on the AYCE menu! Delicious! Going back next week.
google avatar

Karen B.

Yelp
The best salmon handroll I've had, not just two ring pieces of fish or mostly rice, it was mostly cubed salmon and it was great. I like how their nigiri is pretty thick cut of fish with a good amount of rice, the spoonful was good but varies I think, I didn't get a picture it was salmon and ponzu but they were all good and yummy sauces. It was also pretty sweet how the chefs were watching sushi masters lol would go back whenever I am in the area. I was seated quickly upon entering and there was plenty of parking. Only bummer was they don't have fresh wasabi but overall it was great service as well.
google avatar

Alaska M.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I often come to Sasa! It is quick and the food is always good. The service is absolutely awesome. The staff members are always so kind to us and know our order and have it made because of how many times we come. The quality of the sushi is fantastic. We will continue to coming on a consistent basis. Highly recommend!
google avatar

Paola C.

Yelp
Hidden gem, everything was good. They were able to modify the rolls and you can order half rolls. Lots of flavor.
google avatar

Michelinne P.

Yelp
I used to frequent this place a lot with my oldest. I remember when they didn't have a lot on their menu and we could ask for their "secret rolls." Ambiance is the same as it was before but they had anime playing in the background which was great. Hubby and I enjoy watching anime! My husband and I decided to come here on a whim because I was craving for sushi. It took awhile for them to seat us even though there was no wait. We ordered quite a lot of items and opted in for AYCE. Everything came out pretty slow and not all at once. My husband and I love the idea of ordering a lot of items at once so we can order more without getting full so quickly. So that definitely disappointed us. The food was delicious; however, I was disappointed that their AYCE limited the ikura to one order per person only. Ikura was the make or break for me because it's my favorite nigiri to order. It was a shame because their uni was the freshest uni I've ever had. My husband tried one of the deep fried rolls and was disappointed as well. I really wanted to fall back in love with Sasa again and wanted my husband to love it as well. I just couldn't justify the price and limited amount of times I could order my favorite nigiri.
google avatar

Khoi N.

Yelp
I found this place on TikTok and it did not disappoint. I came here with my cousin on a random weekday and this place was fairly empty. Some of our favorite appetizers include pork belly skewers, miso soup, agedashi tofu, and the baked green mussels. After reading some of the reviews, we decided to only do nigiri for the dinner. Definitely get the seared pepper tuna, butter papriak salmon, cajun butter salmon, uni, hotate, sake, maguro and the hamachi. The speciality salmon pieces were amazing. Tender cuts that were just so buttery delicious. The scallops here are also a must order. I'd get the scallop handroll or nigiri as well Service here was also a huge plus. The place started to get crowded and our server and the chefs were very quick to get us our food. Average wait time of 5 minutes per round. I'd recommend looking over the sushi roll menu and asking the server about the most popular ones. Its a list of over +20 rolls so it can be overwhelming. We had a great time here. Its pretty far from the strip, but the salmon that they serve here makes its worth the drive.

Hi F.

Yelp
One star is too generous for this establishment. After a genuinely disappointing experience marked by subpar service and less than satisfactory food quality, I felt compelled to share my honest feedback in a previous review, hoping for improvement or at least acknowledgment. Instead, my attempt to provide constructive criticism was met with outright service refusal on my subsequent visit. It's disheartening to see a business not only ignore customer feedback but also retaliate against customers for voicing their experiences. This approach to customer service is unacceptable and showcases a lack of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend a restaurant that prioritizes ego over improvement and customer engagement. There are plenty of other establishments that value and act upon customer feedback to enhance their service and offerings.

Jodi Z.

Yelp
No non rice rolls. Horrible food . Rude employees. Very disappointed We won't be back.

Sandra A.

Yelp
"I can't say enough good things about this Japanese restaurant, but let me start with their shrimp crunch roll and Lisa Lisa Rolls, my absolute favorites! Every visit is a five-star experience from start to finish. The ambiance is charming, the service impeccable, and the food consistently delicious. Each bite is a burst of flavor that leaves me craving more. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or just looking for a fantastic meal, this restaurant is a must-visit. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Andriette B.

Yelp
I asked for the all you can eat dinner, which is $32.99. I ordered a miso soup, which had no miso, it was broth and seaweed only, ordered a seaweed salad and that was good, the vegetable tempura was good, it had sweet potato, broccoli and zucchini, I then ordered a playboy roll, this was good, it was deep fried, I ordered a twist roll and it was bad, the octopus was chewy, it really feel like I had to chew like 2 minutes before I could swallow it. The service wasn't the best, one of my friends ordered a Lisa Lisa roll and she never got it. The Japanese lasagna took like 40 minutes to come out. Then, we asked to get the check split, but they were charging us an additional $7 each, we had to show them the bill was wrong, which they fixed. I needed up paying $42 for dinner and it just wasn't good.

Michael L.

Yelp
Great tasting food. Awesome atmosphere with a great looking interior with classic culture mixed with a local vibe. Awesome service from start to finish came in last minute and still served us. New neighborhood sushi spot.

Jofelyne L.

Yelp
Best place for all you can eat..RICE. Service was okay, rolls were okay..but the NIGIRI... 85% Rice, 10% Sashimi and 5% hope that you can eat it all. Walked out with heart burn.
google avatar

Gulreen K.

Yelp
With no shortage of great sushi in Vegas, Sasa is another AYCE place to add to your list! Make a reservation to secure a table as they can get busy. Nigiri- 1) Yuzu yellowtail: 5/5, light, refreshing and delicious 2) Pepper tuna: 4/5, Has a nice sear to it with a peppery bite 3) Miso glaze salmon: 4/5 4) Butter paprika salmon: 4/5, can definitely taste the butter, a little heavy especially if you prefer the lightness and clean taste of plain nigiri Rolls- (see pics below) 1) Red & White: 5/5 2) Something Wong: 5/5 3) Orange Tiger: 4/5 Dessert- 1) Affogato: 5/5, korean style coffee poured over vanilla ice cream and sprinkled with cornflakes-- a classic and perfect way to end the meal. Overall I definitely recommend this place. I've been here numerous times and have ordered a variety of rolls most of which I can't remember but have rarely been disappointed.

Yelp
This has been a favorite of my friend group for at least the past year, if not longer. When I was first brought here, they hyped it up so much I was skeptical. After all, I had lived in Japan for 3 years, and I firmly believe that I KNOW good sushi. Throw in the fact that this is AYCE, and the doubts compacted - these places are *always* quantity over quality, right? WRONG! Four visits later and I'm hooked! This place is almost too hidden, in the back corner of a little plaza, not easily visible from the street. Inside aestheticaly the place is your standard sushi place, with a sushi counter/bar (closed due to COVID, at the time of this review) and asian-inspired decor. If you pay attention as you're coming in, the owner/chef has their Subaru out front with the license plate "Sasa!" We've reserved each time we visit and have had zero wait so far. The service has always been exceptional, with the wait staff attending to us promptly and the chefs sending out our orders expeditiously. The AYCE menu is extensive - truly something for everyone, even for the picky kiddos among our group. I was surprised that with as wide and diverse a menu as they have, the quality doesn't suffer. The food - personal favorites among our group include (but is not limited to) the following: Miso Glazed Salmon (CROWD FAVORITE!), Salmon Belly. Shiro Maguro Nigiri, Sasa Roll, Tracy II Roll, Pork Belly, and French Fries (weird, right? but their fries are GOOD!). Their nigiri selection is vast and the fish is fresh. We all tend to go for the Affogato for dessert, though my little one likes the tempura ice cream a lot. Definitely recommend if you're in the area - ironically I live about 35 minutes away, but will make the drive out for Sasa Sushi any day!

Yelp
Great variety of choices on the menu. Service and food were great. Disappointed they were out of Masago and Hamachi today. And also that there are no free refills on soft drinks especially with the all you can eat.
google avatar

Pacita D.

Yelp
This is practically a hole-in-the-wall kind of place tucked away in a corner of a neighborhood strip mall. But once seated, we were quite impressed with the selection of all-you-can-eat sushi. We have gone a few times, and we never miss ordering the oyster shooter and even retain the sauce it is served with as a dipping sauce. We also like the spoon shooters --- it's sashimi in a spoon. Other favorites are the salmon and hamachi collars --- really yummy! We frequently order the baked clams and the scallops. Their poke tuna is also quite tasty. We mix up the orders of the rolls, but for the most part, we stick with the non-rice rolls. The sushi chefs are fast and crank out the food fast, but they're a litte too loud and chatty among themselves, and are quite distracting to the diners. The service staff is very attentive and prompt. All in all, a perfectly wonderful dining experience.

Lawrie K.

Yelp
Too expensive for seniors to leave happy. We learned to order a roll or two and leave without feeling like we got our money's worth. LK

Susan T.

Yelp
We've been there for AYCE lunch. It's okay but nothing special. Was disappointed with their nigiri and rolls. It seems like the tempura is ready made and cold. It's clean and perhaps better for dinner. It's not a place we will go back to,
google avatar

Yelp
Hmmm.... This is a A.Y.C.E. correct? NOT from my experience. My family was there for dinner and we had the AYCE. I ordered a bunch of sushi throughout our meal. I mainly ordered a lot of Unagi sushi. Each time I ordered Unagi I would order 4 to 6 at once. That's 8 - 12 pieces. I probably ordered 5-7 times of 4 - 6 order of Unagi. The last time I tried to order it I was told we're out of Unagi. BS!!! Be a a few minutes later the table right behind us ordered Unagi and the server didn't say they were out. Don't call it AYCE when the business decides when you can't order anymore. FYI - you're not going to make money on all of the customers with AYCE.

Michelle C.

Yelp
I have mixed feelings. I love the sushi here. I've been here multiple times and brought friends here multiple times. Tonight was different. YELP says closing time is 9 pm. google says closing time is 9 pm. When we walked in at 7:30, we were told the last call for food was 7:45? Ok, we decided to do it since we were hungry and really wanted their sushi. We made our order, and the sushi started coming out. But we started noticing that the nigiri sushi rice to fish ration was so off! Like double rice to fish. Then they were giving us way more nigiri than we even ordered. Like, what the heck?!?! We even heard the waitress telling the kitchen we only ordered one order of muscles. But she still brought out the two orders. The sweet shrimp I had ordered was definitely not fresh, when it was brought out, it was brown, and when I ate it, it had such a bad taste. But the rest of the nigiris was perfectly fresh and yummy. Didn't like being rushed like that and definitely never had that bad of fish to rice ratio nigiri there before. Kinda left a bad taste. Especially with getting the order wrong and when they charge for left overs and over giving us food on purpose....kinda deceptive.

Yelp
Sasa Sushi is tucked away in the corner of a small strip mall. You would never see it from the street, and there is absolutely no way you would walk by it if you were passing by doing something else. The inside is very nice; They have a few beautiful murals on the wall, and a few accent walls that are really unique. The lighting would be good for a date. The service is really good. I always see the same 3 guys working. They always have a good attitude and they know several customers by name. They are fast, they never forget anything, and they are very attentive. They know the menu very well. The sushi is average to a little below average. The menu is small, but it has most of the things you would expect. They do offer a few items I dont see at other places. The ramen and noodles arent good. The appetizers and skewers are above average comparitively, but the appetizer offerings are less than most places. They never skimp on the fish, and they dont over do things. I do wish they would offer more garlic on the nigiri, and more items with ponzu. For some reason, I really like the way the water tastes. Always very cold and refreshing, and lots of refills. This isnt a high end sushi restaurant. They arent trying to be. However, the staff treats you like a high end customer. Lunch goes til 4, and they are considerably less expensive than any place in the area. Overall, I feel Sasa Sushi offers good value and a good dining experience. I definitely recommend.

Yelp
Solid 4 stars! And literally minutes from home! Can't believe we been living so close to Sasa Sushi for years before coming by! Glad we did off the suggestion of the oldest kid! Was good enough to come back the next week for Friday Date Night with the wifey! Call 1st though - the place is a bit small, and with the COVID capacity sometimes a reservation might be required! Now, on to the sushi show!! We had a meal with the fam & we literally ordered majority of the menu to try LOL! So much food! Side Dishes: -Hiyahakoto Tofu -Shrimp Balls -Vegetable & Shrimp Tempura -Salmon Collar -Yellowtail Collar -Ribeye Beef Teriyaki -Pork Belly Buns -Pork Katsu -Tuna Katsu Nigiri: -Seared Pepper Tuna -Seared Salsa Salmon -Butter Paprika Salmon -Cajun Salmon -Garlic Tuna -Salmon Belly Special Rolls: -Call Me Maybe -Sasa -Signature -Big Cajun And more that I can't remember all the names of! Quality of the fish was pretty good, rolls were very creative too. The fish to rice ration on the nigiri was on point! And..rice was made well too, very important! Desserts for AYCE are unlimited too!! Got me a green tea Tempura Ice Cream for good measure! I believe at Sasa Sushi Sundays are all day dinner, so keep that in mind. $26.95 a person is about on par with other AYCE sushi places out here. $21.95 for lunch on other days. Very good value! Sasa Sushi will probably be on our rotation of neighborhood sushi spots! So close to home, I feel repeated visits in our near future!

Yelp
We came in on a Saturday about 30 mins after opening. There were only two other parties there. We were notified that it will be dinner prices which I thought was weird since they had just opened and it's only lunch time. We had high hopes for this place as we seen many videos on tiktok raving about their food. However we were quite disappointed. For dinner prices, the sushi was okay. Also disappointed that the things that are offered at the dinner prices such as the uni or oyster shooters were out and they didn't let us know till after we let them know that we had some items missing from our order. The service could have been better. The server only came by a few times to take our first order and then we had to wave someone down to place another order. The loudest people in the restaurant was the two workers at the sushi bar.

We got everything from Rolls to some Delicious Yellowtail jalapeño that always hits the spot.Thank you for always being so great to me and the family.
