Satellite Food Truck

Obsessed with the vegan party potatoes, but be warned they have a lot of onion chives/scallions and pack a spicy kick. The crispy texture and combination of the vegan crema (I assume this to be a vegan sour cream) is delicious and the portion sizes are generous. I was lucky enough to try the dish while attending an event at The Ferndale Project. I highly recommend!

Satellite may be the new food truck on the block, but their food is out of this world. Brilliant green chili cheeseburger, excellent wings, and the Party Potatoes are definitely worth celebrating.

Best food truck I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying! We ordered one of everything on the menu and EVERYTHING was amazing! So fresh and creative. You really get the sense that these guys are passionate about what they offer. The vegan Philly is insane, the burger is perfect, and the wings are top notch! Oh and do yourself a favor and do NOT skip the party potatoes!

We hired Satellite to cater our wedding and we really can’t speak highly enough of the incredible job they did. Throughout the whole process, Mike, Brennan and the rest of the Satellite crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped us put together a custom all-vegetarian menu that was cohesive but varied, and everyone at the wedding loved it. Tons of guests commented on how great the food was, and multiple people told us that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. Most of our guests were not vegetarian, and many of them (including my mom, who was skeptical of our “vegetarian wedding”) said that they loved the food and didn’t at all miss having meat. Two months later as we’re finally getting around to writing reviews for our wedding vendors we’re still thinking about the beet hummus, and our friends are still talking about how good the pasta was. Their crew was very professional but easygoing and fun at the same time. It meant a lot to know that our catering was in good hands and we didn’t have to worry at all about how everything was going to turn out. Honestly couldn’t recommend them more.

There are many wonderful things to be said about The Boys @ Satellite. Their menu is phenomenal, everything is always fresh and locally sourced, and they have never served me an item I didn’t like. I am a big fan of the smoked burger & party potatoes. My husband and I have been loyal customers since Day 1 - we love their food and concept so much that we had them cater our wedding. We couldn’t ask for a better food truck to be within walking distance.

Fantastic food, fun people, can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Their wings are fantastic, the Piri Piri chicken is delicious, the Seitan Cheesesteak is LIFE CHANGING because it is probably the best thing I have ever eaten. You really can’t go wrong with anything you pick, so just go order something, you won’t regret it. I highly recommend a sandwich and a side of either the waffle fries or the party potatoes.

Fantastic truck; my only desire is more vegan food! The party potatoes always slap. For any food truck it's hard to keep stock of specials so be sure to show up early if there's a special you really want to try!

Burger was fantastic! Perfectly seasoned and the beef was wonderful. The wings were no joke, my favorite were the jerk spiced wings, had a wonderful mix of spicy, sweet, and the right amount of heat. 10/10
