Sauce on the Blue

Our group had ravioli, antipasto platter, the soup of the day, the Italian sandwich and penne with gorgonzola. The food presentation was beautiful but the flavors were not on point for the group. The soup did have great flavor but everything else needed some extra seasoning. Service was just okay. Caitlin kept the drinks full but she didn't check in often or ask how our meal was. It took her quite a bit of time to bring our card back which always makes me feel uneasy. There were approximately 10 people eating in the restaurant including us. I expected a more attentive waitress due to the amount of staff and customers.

Everything, from the Appetizers to the Salads to the Entrees to the Atmosphere at Sauce On The Blue was a zen and Delicious Experience. The Service was very good as well!!! Highly Recommend!

We needed a place for some good Italian food and someone recommended this place. So glad we came here! Food was delicious and the service was impeccable! I would recommend making reservations if you can because they stay busy. We didn't have any and they were very accommodating anyway.

Stopped by here on the way back to Denver and so impressed! Extremely friendly service from the host to the server! Patio was dog friendly and it was so nice being next to the river. This will definitely be our go to place when we’re in the area.

Rustic mountain town atmosphere that is really nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. It has a typical Italian menu, lunch in my case, I think they have a different menu for dinner. I had a great lunch special that was as good as the presentation. Stuffed ravioli. They have a decent wine list and many of the bottles are kept on nitrogen, so it stays fresh. Will definitely eat here again. Tried the ravioli this trip, superb.

Excellent service and great tasting food. The atmosphere is very cozy, perfect for a dinner after a long day of skiing. The wine selection, pasta, and dessert were all fantastic. Will definitely come back when in the area.

This was honestly the BEST Italian food I've had in a long, long time. Our party of 5 was seated quickly and our host was knowledgeable, attentive, and authentically friendly throughout the entire night! Food was phenomenal in every way and was a perfect start to our trip. Would absolutely recommend coming here while you're in town!
