Absolutely a 5 star review worth. The responsible manager was so friendly, patient and solved my problem with adding extra luggage. The office is very clean, modern and even coffee and dates were served. Wow!

Excellent service especially from the guy giving out ticket at the reception and the manager who made sure that the clients are taken cared of. They are efficient and very accommodating. They provided me several options as I was looking for alternative flights. I felt their patience and understanding of my situation. Very good customer service. The place is also very clean and there are many chairs where clients can relax while waiting for their turn to be served. I love Saudi Airlines.

The worst customer care/service you will ever seen. I've raised many complaints about technical issues in my boarding pass, but no one contacted me or replied to my email. Last complaint was on 24/9/2025. Until now no any response. Just I received an auto reply (the ticket) when I submitted the complaint. This compliant is running since more than 1 year!!
