The airlines was known for its luxury and generosity.
I travelled on 11th Feb from Jeddah to Bangalore.
This airline has shown significant decline in services they provide.
They have made all arrangements to treat you as if they are taking you free of cost.
Let me make a list below :
At the check in counter
1. Ground staff guiding people are very very very rude. They scold people if we ask twice.
2. Ground staff treat people like an animal, we have paid the full ticket amount. Not travelling for free.
3. There is no consideration for elders, people who cannot read, people don't know local language.
4. No patience in ground staff for standing and spending 1 min to clarify the concern
5. Waiting time to check in our luggage is 90 mins, u heard it right it is 90 mins. All standing in line moving slowly, including senior citizens, small children even if it is new born.
6. It felt like, this airline is running with less staff.
7. I would never prefer this airlines and inform friend and family to choose other airlines.
Inside flight
1. No in flight seat entertainment
2. Seats are pathetically bad looking - All reworked seats
3. Most of the step supports are broken - safely issue for passengers passing by
4. Food is not upto the mark for what they charge, No option to select a meal even before 48 hrs or 72 hrs.
For Allah's sake please improve the service.
People spend their hard earned money for umrah and hajj.
Their major portion for umrah travel cost is flight tickets almost 60% of cost for 15 day trip.
Don’t do any favor, just do your job.
