8 Best Salads In Houston - Houston - The Infatuation

"Everything at Barnaby’s is damn good, and this American cafe pays special attention to salads. First making them barely-fit-on-the-table huge. Second, each one has a crunchy texture, ample dressing for whether you like to dip or drench, and just a little something extra to set it apart. Like the Sausalito chicken crunch’s thin strips of chilled jicama, crushed peanuts, and thin-cut lettuce, where you toss everything together for one super-sonic-crunch-boom bite." - chelsea thomas

Nice cafe on the waterfront where you can just sit and watch the world go by. We ordered the cookies and I will be honest they are more like rock cakes than cookies. The lemon and blueberry one is most like a biscuit/cookie and was delicious. Best cup of tea I had in San Francisco area so highly recommended 👌

What a perfect way to end my Golden Gate Bridge walk! After hoofing it all the way from San Francisco, I was starving and this little gem in Sausalito was exactly what I needed. The green storefront caught my eye right away - it’s got that classic small-town charm that makes Sausalito so special. I ordered their omelet with bacon and it was absolutely delicious. The eggs were fluffy and cooked perfectly, the bacon was crispy, and they gave me some great multigrain toast on the side. The fresh fruit was a nice touch too. Everything looked freshly baked and you could smell it the moment you walked in. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy - perfect for refueling after a long walk. Plus, you can’t beat the location right in downtown Sausalito.

I Love this bakery!! The people, the views and of course the delectable delights. Everything in the case is amazing including the salads, selection of vegetarian options and treats -- chocolate croissants ✨ It is A+++

We stopped in for a quick bite, great pastries, big selection of morning, bread, and sweets and treats, the coffee was good. The people were very nice, really nice cute outdoor patio with a great view of the bay and the bridge.

Nice little cafe with some seating outside which is a good spot for people watching. Food was nice, the sandwich my partner had was great. The Greek salad I ordered was okay but not sure the green peppers were needed. Kids grilled cheese were good value and tasty.

Decided to take a day trip as an SF local. This place was okay. Went there to pass some time with a snack as I waited for the bus. Had a piece of the blueberry banana bread pudding. The sign in display was seen as “blueberry banana bread”, didn’t realize it was bread pudding til my order was repeated back. It was good, ok for the price. I’d been expecting a little more flavor, tbh. Service + atmosphere was decent, of course many tourists (me included, I guess) but could be a nice option as linger + read or chat or work using wifi cafe. Appreciated the single-person bathroom they had available in back of house. Plenty of seating indoor + outdoor for the space’s size. Can see view of SF from the storefront! Several food options on menu + some variety of treats. Didn’t try their coffee or any meals- I’m curious how it is, though I see others review as overpriced. A lox bagel is listed as nearly $17 on the menu, + the bagels were just sitting out uncovered on the counter 🤷🏻 Seems most of Sausalito is overpriced - not surprised, as it appears most who are there are wealthy retired folk or tourists that are also pretty “well off” or saved up for their Bay Area trip.

Self-service cafe. I like it because the prices are reasonable and it looks many choices. Spacious indoor. There are outdoor tables that you can have a bit sea view. Friendly service. Came here on weekday to avoid the crowd. Will be back again.

I'm from Vancouver BC. I have to say the coffee and desserts were very good. Its been a long time that I had a really good coffee. The house blend was great. I suggest that anyone in this area should stop and try the coffee and the brownies. My wife had a oatmeal and berry cookie. Very tasty. Thanks for your great service. I will surely come here again when I visit San Francisco.
