Phenomenal. Been wanting to try this truck for a while and finally did at city park jazz and it was amazing. Pretty quick despite being busy and everything looked so good it was hard to decide. I ended up getting the catfish basket because of the great value (potato salad, cajun fries, and catfish)but I definitely want tot try the shrimp po boy. Food was delicious!

Seriously crave-able food! This has got to be the best shrimp po-boy that I will ever have. Fresh veggies and perfect spice. YUM!!

Unbelievable food! My wife and I got to try them for the first time this past Friday at Levitt Pavilion and let me tell you...they did not disappoint! I had their shrimp po boy and my wife had their Cajun mac & cheese. The po boy was better than any I've had in New Orleans. The bread was super fresh and soft, crispy and fresh vegetables (lettuce & tomato) and a huge pile of crispy fried shrimp. I could barely get my mouth around it. Ha. In the day and age of surging food prices they made you feel like you were getting your bang for your buck. It was quite comforting. And the mac was also incredible and a huge portion, too. I've been disappointed with many of my food truck experiences lately and this was a breath of fresh air. You can tell they source top notch ingredients and you can taste the love in the food. Great job Sauvage. We will be back!

Unreal po-boy overflowing with massive fried shrimp at this authentic Cajun food truck. Catch them at Improper city for a taste of New Orleans!

I never leave reviews, but if there’s anything I’ll recommend in a review it’s Sauvage food truck. The food is prepared from scratch and you can actually taste the love here. Chicken and waffles used to be my all time favorite food until I tried chicken and beignets. The chicken is buttermilk battered right when you order and then the dish comes with perfectly seasoned fried okra and this life changing maple buttery sauce and fluffy Cajun beignets which are these delicious deserts that make me reminisce about NOLA, only this version is lighter and fluffier. The price is right, especially considering all the ingredients are organic and locally sourced. Thank you Sauvage and crew. 😍 The Cajun chicken sandwich is unbelievable. I’ve eaten food from all over the world, and this is hands down my favorite. So spicy but not too much and GIGANTIC. No one else gives you this much quality food for such a great price. Another of my favorites were the truffle fries- and were so perfectly seasoned and topped with their delicious truffle sauce. Who would dare even dip this in ketchup? Beats me, but if y’all get a chance to eat here, trust the chef and east the food the way it was invented

This truck was amazing!! One of my favorite food trucks. The Bayou fries, shrimp po boy and beignets were phenomenal. The owner was super cool too. Loved everything!

Caught Sauvage at New Terrain Brewery. We couldn't have been happier with the dishes we ordered. We are vegetarian and the chef happily accommodated us. He happened to have 2 varieties of mushrooms on hand (that weren't part of any other offering) and made us a mushroom PoBoy that was to die for! We also got the fries and beignets which were also fabulous. Can't wait to patronize them again.

Looked up this food truck to write a review and was shocked at the bad reviews, but I can see why if you are expecting vegan and they serve meat. However, went to this food truck yesterday and I got the burger- omg I only want this burger for the rest of my life. It was huge, and honestly was the best I have had. The flavor is a balanced, flavorful, and hits the spot for a savory meal. I didn’t particularly want fries and asked if I could sub for veggies. The owner was very nice and said he can sauté some fresh ones. They were also delicious. Highly recommend, I will be back! Thank you!
