It was my turn at work to treat our small staff to breakfast. After seeing their instagram ad, I decided to treat my staff of 5 to breakfast sandwiches at this black owned restaurant. The Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel is to die for. The Turkey Bacon Egg and Cheese Croissant was amazingly buttery and tasteful as well. My staffed really enjoyed the Peach Cobbler Waffles and Seafood Tatar Tots. Everyone should come by and try this breakfast restaurant.

My boyfriend called several times, but since no one answered the phone, I’m writing a review. I expected so much more from my $65 takeout breakfast from this place. Eggs were burnt and unseasoned (not even salt and pepper). Cheesy grits were the same — they had an okay consistency but were extremely bland without a lick of seasoning. The breakfast meat was a little undercooked for my liking. I literally had to season our breakfast before we ate. And I refused to touch the eggs. What a waste. They played with my food and I won’t ever eat here again.

This spot left me breathless! The peach cobbler biscuits alone are worth a proposal—yes, I want to marry the chef. The eggs? Perfectly cooked, cheesy, and addictive. And don’t get me started on the steak and cheese bagel… easily the BEST I’ve ever had. If you’re not here already, you’re seriously missing out.

I was expecting the food to taste a lot better. My croissant was burnt and the food was overcooked.

I had the pleasure of coming to support this new breakfast spot. The chicken and waffles with the powder sugar and vanilla was spot on. The strawberry and cream biscuits and jerk lamb and eggs were delicious as well. Did I mention the jerk lamb was tender and juicy.
