"The trendy natural interior of Savage is perfectly at home in the fashionable Saint-Boniface neighbourhood. The plant-based cuisine is depicted by fascinating combinations of herbs and vegetables, whose varied impressions and textures never fail to surprise. You can choose meat (from the refrigerated meat counter) or fish to accompany your meal, also selected according to sustainable development criteria." - Michelin Inspector

Very tasty and vegetarian food. Nice view and friendly climate of the place. If you are very hungry please take into consideration that it is not a fast food restaurant. Sit and enjoy, relax 😎 maybe a bit expensive.

After hearing so much about Savage, I finally secured a table on a winter evening. Now I understand the buzz. The staff is welcoming, and the food is exquisite. Even during winter, they offer a diverse array of ingredients and flavors. I look forward to returning in another season to explore a new menu!

If you’re looking for a good vegetarian restaurant than look no further. Savage is definitely worth the visit. Seeing the good reviews on google we decided to check it out. We were lucky enough to get a table as it was already quite late and we didn’t make a reservation. They have 1 vegetarian 4 course menu and you can add meat and fish dishes as well. We opted also for the wine pairing and the non alcoholic as well and they accompanied the dishes very well. Their sourdough bread was wonderfully warm and delicious and all the dishes had a good balance of textures and flavor. Thank you so much for a wonderful dining experience.

I had a really nice meal here based on the restaurant's Michelin "green star" rating. Of the four courses, I think the first two courses can be improved - they had an overwhelmingly sour taste from all the pickles. The chef should consider reducing the volume of pickled vegetables and substituting with other flavors. The main course and dessert were excellent. I'll come again in my next trip to Brussels.

I’d give five stars if the restaurant was fully vegan. The service was great, ambiance is relaxed but classy, food is delicious and the waiters take the time to explain. Full four course vegan menu is the basis - if you are with non vegan friends they can add non vegan options.

An amazing meal and restaurant experience. Focus on veggie food as a set menu and this was delicious. The drinks pairing was innovative and well matched to the food. The staff were brilliant and it was well paced. Can’t fault it and would come back to Brussels for this restaurant again.

Excellent dinner. The 4 course plant based menu was delicious, inspiring and each dish beautifully presented and explained by one of the friendly wait staff. The protein sides were well matched - including tender beef and fish in dashi broth. Nice local beer and a small selection of wines of which I tried 2 pleasant varieties. The freshness, presentation and coherence of the delicious food was impeccable. They also made dishes completely garlic free for one guest. That’s great service.

Really cool place! Never in my life have I been happy with a meal without meat until I went here. Amazing!
