"The trendy natural interior of Savage is perfectly at home in the fashionable Saint-Boniface neighbourhood. The plant-based cuisine is depicted by fascinating combinations of herbs and vegetables, whose varied impressions and textures never fail to surprise. You can choose meat (from the refrigerated meat counter) or fish to accompany your meal, also selected according to sustainable development criteria." - Michelin Inspector

Everything was sensational and so well-thought. We enjoyed every part of our diner. They prepare delicious homemade drinks (softs & alcohol). Big up for the decoration and the staff were so nice as well. Highly recommend when in Brussels! We will definitely be back 🌱

Amazing vegetarian food, original and full of flavour. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great value tasting menu. Even though our table wasn’t ready, they went the extra mile to make us comfortable and offered us a delicious tasting dish. Lovely atmosphere – can’t wait to return!

A true gem. Sophisticated flavors, exquisite presentation, and a menu full of creativity make every dish unforgettable. The staff are the best: warm, attentive, and passionate. They elevated the entire experience. A perfect blend of elegance and hospitality. And bonus: they have gluten free options for all dishes, so as fresh and warm gluten free bread.

The plant based food was incredible!!! Really different with unique flours and beautifully presented. I had a set menu of a few courses which you could add more plates to. The team were so friendly and lovely! Can’t wait to go back!

If you’re looking for a good vegetarian restaurant than look no further. Savage is definitely worth the visit. Seeing the good reviews on google we decided to check it out. We were lucky enough to get a table as it was already quite late and we didn’t make a reservation. They have 1 vegetarian 4 course menu and you can add meat and fish dishes as well. We opted also for the wine pairing and the non alcoholic as well and they accompanied the dishes very well. Their sourdough bread was wonderfully warm and delicious and all the dishes had a good balance of textures and flavor. Thank you so much for a wonderful dining experience.

Very tasty and vegetarian food. Nice view and friendly climate of the place. If you are very hungry please take into consideration that it is not a fast food restaurant. Sit and enjoy, relax 😎 maybe a bit expensive.

After hearing so much about Savage, I finally secured a table on a winter evening. Now I understand the buzz. The staff is welcoming, and the food is exquisite. Even during winter, they offer a diverse array of ingredients and flavors. I look forward to returning in another season to explore a new menu!

I had a really nice meal here based on the restaurant's Michelin "green star" rating. Of the four courses, I think the first two courses can be improved - they had an overwhelmingly sour taste from all the pickles. The chef should consider reducing the volume of pickled vegetables and substituting with other flavors. The main course and dessert were excellent. I'll come again in my next trip to Brussels.
