Great Company! Rafael my rep is helpful and organized. He showed up for my first day of delivery to ensure everything went well. The driver also did an amazing job.

The place is very lost on how food should be handled, and they leave food out on the dock for extended periods of time. The managers are lost on food safety, and the environment is like a prison yard. They have countless osha violations and the ware house many mold and salmonella breeding grounds, chicken blood on no meat products. Stay away and dont buy from them. Will definitely be sharing pictures soon to the right organization to get them in trouble.

You will be here minimum 5 hr if you can unload your truck by yourself if you pay lamper they will hold you longer

Eventhough I arrived about 45 minutes late for my 13:30 appt. ( was at 1st customer just over 5 hrs affecting the 2nd delivery ), they still unloaded their product. Friendly and completed quckly.

The bottleneck is also blocked by trucks, documents are lost, cargo takes a long time to process, there is no overnight parking and no parking on the street.

unloading took 5 hours, over total crap... The rest I guess no comment

Appt time: 6:00 am Arrival: 4:52 am I parked on the street before the turn in into their lot and walked to the main entrance gate and notice it was closed but luckily I caught a worker in the parking lot and he took me to receiving office. **HEADS UP** receiving doesn't get in until 7am despite my 6am appt so do what you must with that, but they was cool enough to let me in an park my truck in front of dock doors until then. Advice: I'll drop a pic to show best way/how I got to dock doors.

Holten's Chop House Smashed Burgers taste great and super easy to make but they claim they are all natural no artificial ingredients but yet they put Trans Fat in it - Trans fat is to extend the shelf life of a product - why in the world would you need to add it to a frozen product. I will not buy this product again until they remove the Trans fat. 4/1/25 - I did a little research after Saval Foodservice responded and see that Beef and Dairy has a naturally occurring Trans fat that is different than the chemically produced version found in processed foods.
