I've been coming here for several years and I've always enjoyed the atmosphere and the great selection of beer. Now they have a newly opened kitchen and wanted to share that I was very pleased. The menu is very diverse and not just bar food so that's a very nice change. I got the Korean chicken sandwich which was hot and delicious. My wife got the smash burger which was also hot and fresh and very good. They both came with fries which were fresh and hot and well seasoned. All in all I was very impressed with the new kitchen and food selection. Another reason to come for beer!

I’ll never turn down a chance to go to SRBC! The beers, friendly vibes, and fun events make this one of my favorite places to hang out. Very welcoming to all, plenty of seating, and bathrooms are always clean. My favorite event is the second Thursday of the month when they host Phoenix Wrestling Experience. SRBC beer + wrestling?! I’m in heaven!

Google
The beers are always good. The staff are always friendly and inviting. This was the first time we actually had dinner at the recently opened kitchen. I had the Korean chicken sandwich. It was amazing. Say goodbye to Chick-fil-A (aka hate chicken, aka soggy sammich) and Bojangles. This is my new favorite sandwich. Oh and we happened to stop by when they had PWE wraslin night. What a great night. See you guy soon

Google
Nice vibe. Lots of families w/kids and also pet friendly. Tons of board games to choose from. Big space too, so hard to feel overcrowded. Bartenders were very nice too! Shoutout to Abigail! They only serve snacks (popcorn, pretzels) but had a food truck on Sunday which was great!

Google
We utilized Savannah Brewery for a retirement party. They were beyond amazing! The food was great, the stage was ideal for the band, Radio Source, and the staff were friendly and efficient. It went on without a hitch and was by far the best retirement party I have been to- thanks to them. If you’re planning a get together, party or just a fun night out Savannah Brewery is the place to go! Thank you for one spectacular night!

Google
This feels like my favorite everyplace industrial brewery with the right beer, the right vibe, and great staff. If you have a pulse and want to feel welcome in downtown Augusta, come here. Crisp porters, seasoned witbiers, nitros that feel like they were loved as children, I haven't adored the beer in my home state this much in a while.

Google
I love the beers and the atmosphere of this place. It's just fantastic. It's relaxing and friendly, people of all ages and backgrounds. They have events going on constantly. Last week I think it was a free ladies self defense. There's tours and the place is a brewery and doesn't smell like one. Great staff. Try it, I guarantee you'll love it.

Google
Great spot in Augusta! Had five beers while here; a Belgian witbier, two different hazy IPAs, a ‘hoppy’ saison, and a Czech Pilsner…everything was tasty for its style. The staff were friendly and checked up on me often. The space itself is large with a good amount of bar seating. Bathrooms are clean, and the space itself is cool. It’s definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
I love this place AND they recently added a kitchen! The food is delicious and not to mention affordable. The staples on the menu are great, but I'm here for the variety of specials they have each week. I hear they'll be switching up some menu items soon, so get in to try their kitchen! Obviously the beer is great too. Their flagships are strong, and their revolving small batches vary in style and flavor. They have a cider for the non-beer drinkers. Not a drinker? Grab a soda, a house made craft soda (rotating flavor), water or kombucha. Something for everyone! Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, and really seems to enjoy what they do. Ask for a recommendation- they'll provide one for you based on your likes. It can get loud depending on the events happening. Stop in for a watch party, a birthday party, wrestling, drag show, open mic, trivia... or just a fun hang.

Yelp
Came here on a Saturday and they had live music! It was great and definitely packed. Ordered drinks at the bar and then hopped over to order some food. Highly recommend the burgers, chicken sandwich and fries! They were all amazing. We also got the fry sauce and the garlic one they were so delicious. Will definitely be coming again good vibes all around.

Yelp
Having a restaurant connected to the brewery is the best thing they have done! Not only knowing you can get food there, but the fact the restaurant is making food that is DELICIOUS is fantastic! i was blown away by the braut dog. The toasted brioche, the onions, the actual braut itself...alll of it was perfection. And their fries are SO GOOD! The herb dip we got for the fries was lovely as well. I can't wait to go back for a braut. I'll be dreaming about it until next time.

Yelp
Friendly service, great atmosphere, and awesome brews! What more can you ask for. SRB hosts tons of events that will entice anyone from trail runners to sewing enthusiasts to trivia buffs, sports fans and anyone in-between. Their food truck offerings are always good and whether you're on your own or part of a large group, you'll be accommodated. What's more is you can choose indoor or outdoor seating options and if you love your dog, bring Fido with you. The 4-legged guests are welcomed enthusiastically and offered trea

Yelp
Service was amazing! Interesting beer selection! Popcorn...popped perfectly! Can't wait for their kitchen to open and see what foodie items will be offered!

Yelp
5 stars for the brown ale. 1 star for service they really are not on the ball to who has been at the bar the longest. 1 star for serving my second beer in plastic ! Never serve beer in a plastic cup Also 1 hour wait on the food truck - serious now needs more than 1 food truck at a time

Yelp
Such a great, laid back place to meet with friends. My table was clearly marked and ready for my group. The bartender was happy to help select the different beverages for my flight of beer. The price was very reasonable. The one that I thought would be my least favorite, was my most favorite. I'll do this again to try some different beers.
google avatar

Yelp
Plenty of beer options, plenty of space. I love the events that are held hear. Great sound system.
google avatar

Yelp
So this place is pretty awesome. They have several of their beers on tap and do tours. It's a great place to kick it with friends. They also have a lot of themed nights and special events. Some of the themed nights include trivia, sporting events, ocktoberfest, live music, and pretty much any holiday or reason to get out and have a beer with friends. They don't serve food but often have a food truck parked right outside for convenience and they allow you to bring outside food as well. During the World Cup, this was the place to be. I highly recommend for beer lovers everywhere.

Yelp
How many brews have come out of SRB? Now that's a trivia question right there. From weekly small batches to special event brews to seasonal, there's constantly something new alongside the staples. This place remains, in my opinion, the most expansive space where one can get a drink. The indoor warehouse with bar-tables-sofas, outdoor patio, and tables on the ground level outside mean that you will find a spot to relax and enjoy that pitcher, pint or flight in front of you. The team here always has a smile and recommendation on tap, food vendors rotate so you are likely to be able to grab a meal with your drink, and various events are on the schedule (trivia night, beer mile, Oktoberfest). If I could make one definitive statement about SRB, it would be this; I am not a fan of beer, but I have grown to appreciate it more due to my visits here.

Yelp
Love this place!! A local augusta gem. This lively brewery is almost always packed with people whether it is for their beers, yoga, trivia, or other fun events. My friends and I especially love coming to trivia on Wednesday nights! Shaggy runs a great game and the bartenders are always so friendly, and almost always remember my name! I've been really vibing with the four stags hard cider lately, but classically will go for the Swamp Dog or Savannah River IPA. They also have great food trucks and cute merch! When it gets a little cooler it is fun to sit outside on the back deck. I take visitors here all the time to show off Augusta's best!

Yelp
First time coming was for Wiener Fest and while beer and cider isn't my thing, I'd recommend them to those of you that like beer and cider. It was super hectic when I came so I'd give them another shot to try their food. The space is huge and it was really clean despite how many people were there that day.

Yelp
Great place to unwind. They do a ping pong night every 1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month which is a lot of fun and meet a lot of cool people and they have a DJ which is a great vibe. And the bar staff is extremely friendly to a transplant like myself. 5 stars!

Madison H.

Yelp
we love this place! beers are good! the staff is so kind! very big ok the inside, great place to watch the game and play cards.

Yelp
What an awesome place. I have not been to Augusta in a couple of years. I was back in town for an annual conference and my partners rented out this place for the evening. Injad a good time. They make their own beer and if their is "Swamp" or "Dawg" in the name, rhe beer is probably pretty good. They do not serve food but my understanding is that on different days of the week, different food trucks show up. Worth the visit.
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
1 bartender was wearing a V anniversary t-shirt and I asked if he had anymore, he said yes, on sale next Saturday. I'm from out of town. He could have sold me a shirt since he was wearing and promoting. BAD BUSINESS
google avatar

Yelp
The atmosphere was cool vibes as there were families there with small children, dogs, and many board games you can play. You can also bring in your own food from other places and eat at the brewery while you drink the different beers. They did have options for those that do not like beer. They have a few seltzers and one cider, as well as two frozen seltzers one flavored cherry and one pina colada flavor which is what I ordered. I actually asked her to mix the two. I do not like beer at all and went to the brewery for my husband to try the beers. I would go back and check out karaoke, and trivia night sounds fun.

Yelp
Tip: food can be ordered from outside Hidden away on the border of East Augusta is a brewery that I have driven past several times and did not know existed. I was invited to go there with a friend to meet some of his new co-workers. The location is next to the main highway that runs into South Augusta and is fenced off from the outside community to which I feel helps to provide a sense of security and safety. One side of the building is the brewery where you can see them make and barrel the beer. On the other side when you walk in is like an open area to drink, order from the bar and play outdoor games. A bunch of park benches is evenly spread out and they even let you bring your dog to the location. There are TVs on the wall. The line is properly formed letting you know that you cannot just walk up to any bartender to order. The vibe gives it family-friendly with an open area for board games, hanging out, chilling, and drinking beer. The bar has a list of recommended beers IPA I will be back to get my dog into their wall which only requires a picture with their bandana.

Yelp
I came here for putting league and the beers are great and the service is good! I highly recommended this place!

Yelp
We were visiting from San Diego and found this brewery on Yelp. All the beers we sampled were delicious and the ladies pouring were so nice!! Great stop for us.

Yelp
The atmosphere was lively and the staff were fantastic. Service was quick, staff were friendly, and the patrons were all very happy. The prices are very reasonable and the beer was excellent! I look forward to my next visit.

Yelp
My Mr. and I been wanting to Savannah River Brewing but the timing was always wrong (busy with family functions during the holidays). We are from Cincinnati and love going to different breweries that this place was on the list. We tried they products on tap at restaurants but wanted to visit. We finally did and the wait was definitely worth it. You walk in and it's very open/spacious. Bonus! They are pet friendly (they even offer treats)! We need to take our frenchie with us next time! There is an outdoor patio, corn hole, and they even do trivia on certain occasions. We decided to do the flight of four: -Blancy Kong: White IPA -El Dorado: IPA -Uncle Festbier: Spiced Beer -Oatmeal Stout (they were limited) My favorite of course was the oatmeal stout and Uncle Festbier. But I did try the Whitty Belgian so we decided to take a six pack back home. We also got another pint of the oatmeal stout to split before we head out. They do offer growlers to go. Also sell T-Shirts and tanks. Service was excellent and I can't wait to go back! What a great experience!

Yelp
SRB is wonderful. Owners figured out how to do a soft, reopen during this time of the Covid-19 epidemic. We have followed the SRB since opening....it is home when we are in the. CSRA.

Yelp
Ambience. A Service. A Drinks. A Price. A Thanks for hosting your first Pride Night Out June 22, 2021! Found off Hwy 1 (Gordon highway) behind Popeyes fried chicken. Lots of parking on lot and street parking. And you can bring your DOG! There are free dog treats!!! And an outside Dog run !!! My first time here... I was blown away with the reception of hosting post Covid19 pre Pride Night OUT! I heard the first time packed to capacity for a Tuesday! A success. Great friendly swift staff and made great recommendations. Remind me I LOVE the Dungeons and Flagons double IPA with 9.7% alcohol snd it was still so fruity and smooth! I'm a Fan!!! The recommend dark stout was a delicious like lite Guiness with chocolate smoky notes! Delish I'm a FAN!!!

Yelp
I moved across the street from this place and became so curious about the events and things that take place here. I planned for my friends and I to do beer yoga jan 2021 but due to Covid I never got a chance to go. So fast forward to January 2022 I finally got to experience the class. It was great. A bit fast paced. It would possibly be best for the instructor to have a mic to hear the positions better. I got there about 5 mins late. I so I didn't feel like I got all my kinks out. Not sure based on timing or the positions. I still felt welcomed and had a great beer. They didn't have my beer of choice however they suggested an even better one. I would return for the new and refreshing environment.

Yelp
Awesome setting, I love that it's dog friendly, love the nice and separate sitting areas, board games etc...great place

Yelp
My favorite brewery.... EVER. Hands down the best brewery / hang out spot in Augusta. If you have not been you're missing out! The venue is gorgeous and phenomenal-- and it is always getting better! The last time I visited there was a brand new, beautiful mural painted on the wall inside. This place is family friendly and always full of the four-legged family members, too! There is beer yoga, giant Jenga, trivia nights, and special events. The bar staff will talk you through their various offerings to find the one that is perfect for you! My favorite is the sour Phinizy Swamp Thing and my husband prefers the caffeinated Wired Dynamite. Whatever your taste SRBC has something for you!
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
Great customer service, variety of tasty beer, what's not to love? I did a flight of beer: No Jacker Required (Pilsner), Witty Belgian (Witbier), Smash Attack (IPA), and Blanc-y Kong (tropical IPA). The bar tender and other staff were super friendly, they had some fútbol playing on the big screen meanwhile they were strictly adhearing to the safety precautions set in place due to COVID! My personal favorite was Smash Attack, it's their newest and latest....smooth going down with a hoppy finish. My second favorite was No Jacket Required....it's an easy drinker, perfect for watching a game or just finishing a 6 pack or pint by yourself! Side note: I love that they have non alcoholic beverages like the mango/lime soda available for DD's and expecting mothers :)
google avatar

Zekeyahi S.

Yelp
Great selection! The bartender who assisted me actually made me a delicious custom beer mixer. The food being sold by a local vendor outside the brewery smelled absolutely delicious! If we hadn't had dinner prior to arriving, I definitely would have indulged.

Yelp
This has become me and my husband's favorite date spot. He gets some great beer and I get to try the night's new flavor of soda (pop? Coke? Soda pop? What do southerners call it?). It's a great spot to bring the whole family. They offer a variety of entertainment: corn hole, multiple TVs (one usually showing seasonal games, the other varies - with kid-friendly options), trivia nights, yoga, AND dogs are encouraged to come with their owners! (Dogs and beer? YAS). Our 1 year old daughter goes nuts over the pups that people bring in. There's an outside seating/smoking area as well. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming. They cannot cook and sell food in house (laws), but offer boars head meat & cheese packages. You can bring your own food or have food delivered to you at the brewery. We often grab a pizza or cheesecake for a post-dinner dessert & drinks. If you haven't made your way yet, you need to do it this weekend! You might even run into us there.

Gina G.

Yelp
Great beer and absolutely fantastic service! The bartenders immediately made us feel like regulars.

Yelp
Bang for your buck: 9/10 Quality: 8/10 Service: 9/10 Ambiance/Location: 10/10 Overall: 9/10 Loved the vibes here! Very chill and easy to relax over a pint. Perfect afternoon date! Would recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Yelp
If you know anything about me, you know I LOVE a good local craft brewery! I'd had some of Savannah River's beers in bottle before and was impressed, so naturally, while in the area, checking out the brewery is a must... And I'm glad I did! This is a spot worth revisiting too! My lady and I stopped by here after a day of vinyl shopping to get a few beers. We were impressed with the decor before we even ordered. The inside is wide open with lots of seating and a very laid back feel. Family friendly too, so bring the kids AND the dogs. You can easily see the where all the magic happens in the brewing area itself. The bar is pretty big too and the beertenders are super friendly and knowledgeable. We opted for a flight consisting of Blanc-Y Kong white IPA, El Dorado single-hopped IPA, Uncle Festbier Oktoberfest marzen, and You Know Nothing Jon oatmeal stout. Each one was very tasty, especially the Blanc-Y Kong (vibrant citrus and tropical fruit notes) and the You Know Nothing Jon (roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and sweet oatmeal flavors). They also fill howlers and growlers as well as serve six packs to take some good brew to go. We left with a sixer of the Witty Belgian wit bier. This is a brewery with a vibe as easy-going as a calm river. So go with the flow, kick back, and enjoy!

Yelp
Our visit was pre COVID. Enjoy great outdoor patio. Beers were spot on. Will come back well worth a try.

Emma A.

Yelp
The beer was great, the food truck was amazing and the service was awesome. I have no complaints about this place at all. It was so fun inside with music and games. I will recommend this to everyone!

Tamara H.

Yelp
Gorgeous, friendly atmosphere and animal friendly! Really nice, spacious, and fun environment. Food truck outside for food and so cool to see the brewing through the windows to next door.

Dan S.

Yelp
Great service, great beers, friendly staff. A must stop when in the area... never a bad time at Savannah River Brewery
google avatar

Jorge S.

Yelp
Local brewery near downtown with super relaxed atmosphere, great service, and home brewed beer! Must admit, pulling in was a little nerve racking. Old industrial building and no obvious signs. We knew we were at the right place because cars were parked everywhere. Walking towards building we finally saw a sign. Walked in and the place was alive! Recommend to all! Place is pet friendly and no one cares that your dog is under 21. **Two gripes** 1. hours of operations are horrible. Local breweries should be open at least til midnight (trust me, business will maintain:). 2. APPETIZERS!! Everytime we have hone in there they have someone selling nachos or something simple but we the people need appetizers to go with the delicious beer selection, period. Get more appetizers or figure out a way to include it on the already running tap.
google avatar

Kara F.

Yelp
This place is exactly where you'd think a brewery would be. We went here on a Saturday afternoon and there was a pretty good crowd. You pay $15 "for the tour" which includes a choice of 3 different glass sizes with different number of pours you get. We got the smallest size which allowed 6 pours so we could taste every beer they had on tap that day. Coming from California, I've tried beer from a lot of new breweries. It's nice to come across one who has the money behind it and the knowledge to produce good beers. I was surprised to find that I enjoyed everything I tasted. I'm not usually a fan, but I think my favorite was the planet. Such good flavor I could drink a whole pint. We will definitely be returning!
google avatar

Rhucha P S.

Yelp
Finding local brews is my mission. This is one of the two spots in the same area in downtown. We came here to check it out. I loved the samplers. The bartender helped me take my traditional pallets a bit further with fantastic brown ale and Belgian style white IPA. They are dog friendly. It's brownie points and we will be getting our baby here next time. They also have few board games. Thought they don't sell food, you can get your own. Next time I'm eating my dinner before venturing here. Great place, great beers, great service.
google avatar

Telly M.

Yelp
I love this spot. You always see a great, eclectic group of people hanging out here and both the customers (and their dogs) and bartenders are outgoing. They do have occasional events here, too, which is always nice. The spot is spacious and there is plenty of parking, although it has been tight sometimes. They have a small outdoor area and large doors they keep open when the weather is nice. They have a few games, too, like cornhole, and there are tons of tables and seating, but also a very spacious bar. As for their beers, they're excellent. Some I like more than others, but, overall, they're spot on and consistent. I normally go with one of their IPAs if I don't do a flight. If it's your first time here, definitely try a flight.

Yelp
Augusta's best brewery! Lucky enough to get tix to the Masters 2 years in a row and was excited to get back to Savannah River. Great, laid back vibe! Lots of space (inside & out), great for large groups. A couple corn hole setups inside, as well as various other backyard type games. Fantastic service. Great beers. Super dog friendly. Small menu, but a couple tasty options. Very well priced! I will definitely be back. Drink local!
google avatar

Sarah L.

Yelp
I've been to many many breweries and this is my favorite vibe in Augusta. Not only do they have amazing space the staff are super friendly. They host a lot of random events here and there such as Beer Yoga, trivia , and random food sponsors. I've been to the other brewery they have amazing beer but the space isn't as inviting as Savannah.

Catherine F.

Yelp
Lauren and Abby rock and really look out for customers not just with beer selections. Neat vibes and beer if your in downtown Augusta! Thank you!
google avatar

Michael R.

Yelp
Great brewery. People super friendly and beers were great. Would go there every time I am in town. Had a great IPA. That is not sold in a can.

Yelp
LOVE THIS PLACE. Moved to the area around 2 years ago and come to SRB allll the time. Amazing spot.

Yelp
$3.14 beers! This place is one if my favorite spots now. The customers have increased and a great atmosphere for you to unwind and chill. They had grapefruit -strawberry so day that really hit the spot and my bartender was 100% on point with his service and recommendations for us as far as beers, which you can sample before you buy it. I see them sticking around Augusta for awhile.
