"This tiny bar boasts more than 500 labels of wine, including bottles from both iconic and up-and-coming producers. A few dishes of the day are prepared in the small kitchen from seasonal, organic vegetables, mostly from Sweden. Savant doesn’t accept reservations, except for the chef’s table, which only seats four. The owners also run Bar Soif inside Nalen, one of the city’s oldest performance venues." - Per Styregård

I recently visited this wine bar, not for the wine, but for the food—and I was not disappointed. The menu immediately caught my attention with its carefully curated selection of seasonal dishes. They cook with whatever is in season, ensuring fresh and flavorful ingredients in every dish. The portions are on the smaller side, similar to a tapas-style experience, which I personally loved because it allowed us to try multiple dishes. Each plate was well thought out and beautifully executed. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting the chef, who not only gave us excellent recommendations but also exuded a genuine passion for his craft. It was refreshing to see such enthusiasm in the kitchen. If you’re a wine lover, this place is obviously a great choice, but I’d highly recommend it for the food alone. A fantastic spot for anyone who appreciates quality, seasonal ingredients and a well-balanced menu.

The wine selections and food dishes are just perfect. I'm glad to have stumbled upon this place and went back the next day. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The energy is relaxed, yet lively. The foods are seasonal and they carry good Swedish cheeses.

Amazing natural wine bar in the center of Stockholm. You will not get disappointed with anything from them. Definitely order the tomatoes and the bread with their season butter You will have great atmosphere either for night with friends or a date.

The wine bar is situated close to Central Stockholm, but yet far away from the crowds. Great selection by the glass as well.. I had orange by glass and ended up having all 3 on the menu. Food is also worth trying bit smaller size so order 2-3 per person.

This is a really good option for tasting natural wine in Stockholm and it’s close to the inner city, only few tables outside though.

Amazing wine bar! Very cozy, although it gets busy. If you love organic wine, it’s a must visit while you’re in Stockholm.

This neighborhood cafe and wine bar attracted me as it has a very good natural wine offering. In the mornings stop by here for a craft coffee and sandwich. In the afternoon it transforms into a wine bar with a focus on natural wines. The food menu is seasonal, veggies focused and served in small dishes. It was an asparagus season at the time and I enjoyed a lovely dish with green asparagus, spinach and parmesan cheese. Sourdough bread here was simply great. There were about five different options by glass in each of the categories: bubbles, orange wines, reds and whites. I chose fantastic Spanish pet-nat and juicy fruity Grenache from Languedoc-Roussillon. Or you can always order a bottle from an extensive wine list. The place is small with a few tables outside. High ceilings give lots of volume, air and daylight through large windows. Check out a really nice library on natural wines by the window. Pipette magazine issues, books on cider making and natural wines. Feel free to flip through while sipping on your natty wine. Come here to enjoy good veggie food, natural wines and craft coffee.
