Located in beacon hill at the edge before MGH. Fantastic little spot, I really enjoyed all of the selections available. Was in that particular day looking for a dry aged steak for my birthday. The butcher cut me a nice thick steak and it was remarkably delicious! I’ve had dry aged all over the country, this place does a fabulous job. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quality dry aged steak. I believe it was 45 days aged and it had the peak flavors. Definitely will be returning again soon, it was well worth the price.

Friendly staff that were willing to order whatever meat you wanted. Great selection of meats from lamb, to beef, pork, chicken, duck, etc. Exotic meats in the freezer had duck hearts, iguana, ox tail, squab. Also had a small selection of freshly caught tuna steaks, salmon, and cod fillets. Fresh veggies and fruits were available as well. Would definitely come back here!

Small grocery store in high end neighborhood. Julia Child's shopping food store, as they show it in their wall pictures... did not buy anything, but comments about the items are good.

You want specialty meats? Fish? Veggies? Anything?? Then Savenor's is honestly your place to go. You name it they have it. And if they don't they'll get it for you. If there's one market I would trust for food it's here.

Went in today to look for raw meats for my dog. The butchers were very friendly and helpful with directing me on what meats they had in stock, purchasing raw foods in bulk for my dog and seasons for different meats. My dog definitely enjoyed his dinner with bone broth, chicken hearts, and beef liver from savenors! Prices are reasonable, and Will definitely be back

I don't know where they source their beef, but it's absolutely top grade. One of the tenderest, most perfectly marbled, buttery delicious ribeyes that I've ever had. Also the most beautiful asparagus on the shelf every time. A little pricier, but if you want better quality you're going to pay for it. There's a microchip shortage, after all.

It is expensive, but I especially like their fig with almond "cake", the Sophia sheep goat yogurt, their delicious grape leaves, sesame seaweed crackers, lentil soup, gelato ice cream, blueberries, They make their own sandwiches--I look for their Italian Grinder. Their raw vegetables are always excellent quality and fresh, as is their meat and fish. Sometimes I'll call in advance for a half roasted chicken with no salt or seasonings, which is always delicious. The staff at the meat/fish department are always very polite, friendly and helpful, as are the cashiers. I went over two days after Thanksgiving (Nov. 24, 2018) for their blueberries and noticed that they had a roasted chicken dinner available, with mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing. But they also had roasted turkey legs, thighs, and wings. I selected a roasted turkey leg, thigh, and wings. They were delicious, moist, and roasted perfectly. My cat was very pleased, as well.

Amazing experience every time. I choose Savenor’s because the butchers are always so thoughtful and knowledgeable. I began my journey of cooking more elevated dishes this year, and because of a specialty butcher like Savenor’s I was able to find access to cuts of meat not offered at regular grocery stores. If you need a good reason to try Savenor’s hear this; I called tonight to see if they had duck legs left and when hearing about the dish I was planning they said,”Oh you’re the one who was doing the ramen broth right?”. This was in fact true, two months ago and they still remembered me. Beyond knowledge and quality product, the butchers connect as much as they can to their clientele and that means the world to me.
