"Located in Towne Center, Savi Cucina has become known for its excellent wine selection, including a wine-tasting room and coveted inclusion in the wine club membership. Ricotta gnocchi and pizza options including the original fig and prosciutto pie accompany other Italian classics. Situated across from Regal Palmetto Grande movie theatre, Savi Cucina is a great stop before a film." - Eater Staff

The Hungry Detective had the most fabulous experience at Savi on a Sunday evening after a round or golf. Brett the bartender knows the business and recommended a super Tuscan red wine to start things off and was spot on. The food: I had the lasagne special which was creamy and full of meat and came in a pinwheel presentation…totally outside the box of traditional lasagne. Special Agent Deidre had the eggplant parmigiana with radiatore pasta, which was incredible as it was served up in a piping hour cast iron dish. Dessert: Savi’s Citrus Cake VERDICT: Guilty on all counts of doing it all to perfection…great food and atmosphere…Savi has always been consistent and sit at the bar with Brett for five star service. NOTE: This is the best Italian in Mount Pleasant!!!

My family and I had dinner at SAVI last night and everything was amazing! This was our first time dining at SAVI but will definitely not be our last. The food was fresh and everything we had was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend SAVI if you are looking for really good Italian food. The only bad part of our dinner was a table behind us that had 8 older people that clearly had a bit too much wine and they were being so loud we couldn't have a decent conversation between us.

I Always Have An Amazing Experience Every Time I Dine At Your Restaurant! Everyone Is So Pleasant And My Last Encounter With My Server (Tanner) I Believe Was His Name; Just His Bright Smile Patience And Offering To Wrap My Food To Go… Those Little Things Made My Entire Day So Much More Brighter And Positive For I Had Just Experienced The Loss Of My Uncle And Was Physically There But Not Mentally! Thank You For Just Being Such A Breath Of Fresh Air! Bentlee 247

We’ve been coming to Savi for years now but we haven’t left a review in quite a while. We eat at Savi at least once a trip, but usually multiple times a trip. We are often served by Brett at the bar and he’s fantastic and makes great wine recommendations. Recently we had Luca as our server and he was kinda enough to make us a chocolate espresso martini even though it wasn’t on the menu and it was fabulous! This place has a great wine list and the desserts are incredible. We often find ourselves back at Savi for drinks and dessert even when we eat dinner elsewhere. Other menu items worth mentioning are the gnocchi and pizzas!

Savi is really wonderful. The food is excellent, the wine selection is very nice, and the service is great. Standouts for the food include the shrimp radiatorre, the scallops over sweet corn, and the desserts. Ceasar salad was also very good. Focaccia was nice and fresh, but a little too salty for our taste. Pasta bolognese was good (not traditional as it was more of a marinara), as were the meatballs. Ambiance is both sophisticated and fun, and the noise level is definitely high. Family friendly, but on the expensive side. Update: Went back for a 2nd dinner and everything was just delicious. Margherita pizza was just right. Wild mushroom risotto topped with perfectly cooked salmon was absolutely amazing. Tiramisu cheesecake was light and so good. Special apple and fig crostina with black pepper gelato was an inventive and tasty dessert as well. Great job SAVI!

My wife and I ate here in our recent trip to Mt Pleasant. The food was great and the service was as well. My wife’s risotto dish was outstanding!! My pasta was good, I just wasn’t happy with the sauce. But I would still come back here and recommend this to anyone!!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a quick lunch. There were a few people at the bar but not overly crowded when we arrived. We were greeted and seated at a very comfortable table. Booth seating on one side and chairs on the other. The chairs were very comfortable. The menu has something for everyone so can't go wrong here. We started off with a couple of cocktails and they were both delicious. "The night we met" has vanilla vodka, raspberry liqueur, lemon and orange juice. I was afraid this would be too sweet but it was just right. We could taste the raspberry and it was just so delicious and ended up being our favorite of the two. We also had "What happened last night?" I believe this is a seasonal drink as it was on a separate menu. It was Tito's vodka with peach nectar, lemon and prosecco. It was very light and refreshing. Would have loved a little more peach flavor but overall was delicious and would get again. We had the Italian Olives appetizer that we ate so quickly we ended up not taking a photo but they were very delicious and not bitter. Our table had the Seasonal Buratta Salad, a Margarita Pizza, The Big Ragu Sandwich and The Tiramisu Waffles which were ordered off of the Brunch menu. The burrata salad with poached pears and candied walnuts was exceptional. 10 out of 10. The Margarita Pizza pizza so good!! I would have never ordered this but someone at my table did and it was so delicious. I loved that the pizza had plenty of sauce. It was very light and very good. I would definitely order again. The Big Ragu Sandwich was a surprising hit. The sandwich comes with prosciutto, burrata, pistachio butter and pickled peppers on house focaccia. It sounded a little crazy but OMG!!! It was so good. All of these flavors just work so well together. And even though you're getting that prosciutto and burrata and that focaccia bread it just didn't feel like a heavy sandwich. Again, 10 out of 10. Lastly let's talk about the Tiramisu Waffles. If you are a sweet waffles person then these are for you. They were so delicious. If you are not a sweet breakfast person I would definitely recommend ordering these as a dessert for the table.. They would easily serve four people and they're just out of this world... Our server was friendly and attentive. We didn't feel rushed but we definitely didn't feel like we were stuck in here too long.. so that we could get back to shopping. Of course if you're just looking for a nice glass of wine they definitely have that but don't let the name fool you. This is not just a wine bar. I also found the prices for lunch to be reasonable. I highly recommend putting this on your list of places to try.
