I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and I received what seemed like a side salad with whatever leftover ingredients they had in the kitchen, but it was definitely not any version of a Caesar salad… pretty disappointing. Cool shop, though.

Google
Absolutely love this place it reminds me of a bodega. Every time in the area I stop and get me a bowl to either dine in or take home.

This used to be our go-to Saturday lunch place. Two bad experiences in a row have taken it off that list. First, we ordered three sandwiches, were billed for three sandwiches, and received two. Second time, we placed an order via Ritual that was taking a long time to confirm, so we called the restaurant. They said their connection was off, they'd check and call us back. 15 minutes later, no call back. We went to Savi, and they said since Ritual had auto-cancelled the order they didn't bother calling back (and obviously didn't make the order). So I ended up buying plain bread and hummus to make our own sandwich for our child. Not doing this again.

Google
Good sandwiches. It’s nothing fancy and I’m sure the poor reviews are legitimate, but it’s the closest thing we have to a bodega and again sandwiches are solid. I’ve always had great service no lines and quick turnaround.

Google
1 star for food and service, 30 minutes to fry up potatoes and toast a bagel is silly, wasn’t remotely busy and I can see why. I would think you’d at least smear my cream cheese after that wait lol. Do better, never been impressed with Savi, any time of day. 3 stars for atmosphere, since there wasn’t any to really mess up.

Google
I have been here multiple times where they upcharge/double charge me for the items bought and are unapologetic. The fact that it keeps happening makes me think it may not be an accident. Make sure you ask for a receipt every time, they are frequently unable to provide it.

Google
Poor customer service. I bought a store made tuna sandwich and the minute I took my first bite it was SOUR and you could tell the bread was soggy and wet. I asked to see if I could exchange since I only had a 30 minute break, and it already takes about 10 minutes to walk there. I was promptly told no because the packaging was already open and that there was nothing to do. I did explain the food but he ended it with that it was already open. I left hungry and disappointed in the customer service. It’s not cheap to even buy togo food here so this really upset me.

Yelp
Awesome place! Walked in and was met with great service and anything I could ever need. I love this place!

Yelp
I expected less after reading the stingy reviews. First the coffee was excellent not too strong or bitter but had excellent flavor . I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on sourdough and was delicious. Fresh and cooked perfectly. The service was attentive and appreciative. It wasn't busy, which was surprising for a Saturday. The store has the essentials like a very well stocked city grocery store. I will definitely come back, great coffee and food for a decent price.

Yelp
I'm gonna be generous because the actual store has a lot of great quick lunches you can microwave! Service is fine, ambience is alright- its a convenience store so whatever!! The food over the counter is questionable. So far I've had a panini which was way too salty. It could've used more green maybe? The pesto was strong too. Overall the sandwich was a great idea but the flavors were all a little too overwhelming. I also had the breakfast burrito recently & it was not my cup of tea I couldn't even get through the other half. It was FULL of onions! Def gonna try something else off the menu so if that's good I'll come back & update!

Yelp
I popped in to grab breakfast before heading to the office. I ordered grits, bacon, a scrambled egg and gluten free toast. I waited about 10 minutes when I was asked by the cook how I wanted my eggs. I walked around the store and they have alot of stuff: wine, snacks, cheeses etc. After about 7 more minutes my order came out and I bolted because I didn't think it would take that long. When I got to my desk and opened the container (++ food comes in a compostable container) I had grits, scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and onions (i specified no cheese), arugula, salsa, - no bacon no GF toast. The grits were not a creamy texture - they were more dry and crumbly. It didn't taste bad but I didn't feel like peeling off cheese. I ended up not eating it and wasted my money. On top of taking too long and not getting the order right I probably won't be back.

Yelp
This place is a gem, I love the Savi Provision stores. Quality products food/wine and the entire mood of these stores are great. I wish I could own my own store! I work in the area and my first time going there I went in just to grab a water and started looking around and realized that the wine selection was something to think about after work as I wanted a sip lol. But great stores and great locations.
google avatar

Delina K.

Yelp
Love the Dangerfield sandwich. Very flavorful and only takes them 10 mins to make. I've also tried the vegetable sandwich which is vegan friendly was very healthy and less savory.

Yelp
This is a small Savi Provisions location. But it serves it's purpose. I love stopping in a SAVI wherever I see one. I like to see if each location has something different from the last one i visited. Pretty mich there all the same with their shelf and fridge items. But the only difference in each location is the deli/coffee counter and the outside seating. However...it goes i love all the SAVI PROVISIONS.

Yelp
Stopped in for coffee and breakfast to go. I ordered the egg, cheese, turkey bacon biscuit. It was very good. The portion of egg is very large so large I had to take some of the egg off.
google avatar

Yelp
Always friendly owner. Best house made chips! Amazing Cuban sandwiches! You can also have Rose Granit, which can be hard to find.
google avatar

Yelp
BEWARE! Ask what the alcohol prices are BEFORE YOU ORDER! I was charged a total of $18.50 for a lousy martini (served in a rocks glass), and when I complained l was told, "the airport forces us to charge those amounts." $8.00 surcharge for "up" and "2 Oz pour," when I was never asked if I wanted it up or on the rocks, and no way IN HELL did I receive 2 ounces. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!
google avatar

Monika M.

Yelp
Two celiacs here. We inquired of course. Walked away paying $50 for two dry veggie omelettes, two hockey puck's sausage and a two small juices. No prices on the juice. My guess $3. I was wrong it was $4 each They told me the grits are not gluten free nor are their hash browns, no substitutes. I understand it's the airport and it's busy but the waitress never checked on us. We were not offered water or refills. We went away thirsty and a bloated stomach. That means the food had cross contamination. If you are celiac stay away. If you hungry and want dry over cooked food go for it.
google avatar

Justin K.

Yelp
This place is awful. Absolutely awful. You can not order eggs any other way than over hard and all their food is served over cooked an dry. Probably the worst airport restaurant in the country.

Lenore C.

Yelp
Should have been much better. I was so curious to try Savi Provisions and I see so many of their locations around town. What a disappointment. There was nothing I wanted to buy. The wine and champagne selection is very good. The cheeses are prepackaged and a very ordinary selection. Packaged cold cuts. Nothing was fresh, although I saw small containers of salads in the cooler. The store was empty at lunch time and no one greeted me. This is like an upscale corner store. There are much better places around.

Yelp
The new Savi at the Shops of Pharr is a great addition to the neighborhood. I went on a Friday night for a wine tasting which did not disappoint. We tried a rose, two chardonnays, champs, and a cab. They also had cheese tastings. We left with cheese, crackers, and three bottles. Also on the first level they have outdoor seating to eat or drink. We enjoyed our tastings out there. If you just wanted a drink you could buy a glass(house wine is $6) and sit outside. They also have a roof top restaurant and bar! I enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich with the best mashed sweet potatoes I've ever had(all for just $10). Everything was fab.

Kathryn T.

Yelp
I live near this Savis and always wanted to go there because it was so convenient. This is the worst managed place I have ever experienced. Every time we go for breakfast they are late opening or the kitchen is not open yet because the cook is not there. About half the time my order when I receive it is wrong. My husband once found an egg shell in his breakfast burrito. Worst place ever. Do not go.
google avatar

Jenny H.

Yelp
Horrible experience ordering from them. They forgot half of my order, and when I called to inquire about the missing items, they were rude, dismissive and refused to acknowledge they had made a mistake. The food they did deliver was bland and overpriced. Never again.
google avatar

Sophia G.

Yelp
What a disappointment. I was super excited to try the tuna melt. Waited 45 minutes and spent almost $20 for it to show up with no cheese. The bread was not toasted, soggy and it was mediocre at best. The only saving grace were the cookies.q
google avatar

Yelp
I believe that my visit to Savi Provisions at the Atlanta airport saves me close to $100! Because I can use the toast and sausage to redo my deck instead of buying plywood. I was a cool in the army and breakfast is nearly impossible to screw up...but Savi did it! I was told that I could have my eggs one of two way...scrambled or fried hard...nothing in between. I chose the sausage because it was served as a patty but what I got was a hockey puck...and the wheat toast was toasted to burnt perfection. However, the ice water was very enjoyable...if you are at the Atlanta airport I'm search of provisions...don't land at Savi!

Yelp
Chicken salad sandwich was fair‍ Chocolate cake not the greatest. I spent a lot of time checking out the entire store. Tried to engage w guy behind register. He really could not b bothered‍. High end store but comes across in the end as a mini market. They r friendlier at the BP
google avatar

Yelp
Went through the drive thru at Jittery Joes. Half of the menu is blacked out and the blueberry muffin I was given was cold and soggy. When i called to get a refund the girl was clueless. This place is next door to me and I refuse to go back.

Heidi P.

Yelp
Was denied service because the guy I wrote the review about was at register and refused to sell me anything. Maria threatened to quit over him and his wife so they sent wife to another location. He is rude and I'm not the only one who has said so. No one that works there likes this guy and most of the time he's always on the phone and not speaking English to cover what he is saying. Food quality went down after Paul sold this location and service is way down with this guy still there. Absolutely unacceptable.

Yelp
Total Delivery at this location! Convenient and well-managed...with a nice selection that includes Bhojanic foods. Winning!

Alontae D.

Yelp
I ordered a chicken sandwich as i was eating i noticed the bread was beyond burnt . My order was $30 . I had to travel back and wait 25 min for them to remake my order . People need to start taking pride in their work . You shouldn't play with customers food .
google avatar

Michelle H.

Yelp
Service was poor. Cashier/whoever was taking the order was very short with us and sighed whenever we asked questions about the menu. Food was under average as well. Also overpriced for what you get. Will not return. Matcha latte was nasty btw. Don't get this. Picture does the food justice. Unappetizing and it was.

Yelp
Love having a Savi in the neighborhood. The food is good for breakfast. I have become a fan of the Savi Breakfasts Burrito. Unlike other places that have avocado on items you can actually taste and see the amount of avocado they put on the burrito. The grocery store is expensive but it's very good in a pinch and they carry a great expansive selection of beers and wine including one of my favorites Summer Shandy ( hard to come by in Georgia) Only one area to note. The black patio chairs may be the most uncomfortable chairs ever! No way you're going to stick around if you're sitting in these chairs. The benches and red high tops are great and easy for setting up to work a bit with some great coffee from jittery Joe's and WiFi.

Yelp
Savi Provisions opened its fifth location on Pharr Road in Buckhead in April-- and this spot features a drive-thru serving Jittery Joe's coffee. The 4200-square-foot market located on the corner of Pharr Road and North Fulton Drive will sell its usual grocery items as well as wine and beer (which can be consumed on site.) Savi-Pharr Road also serves prepared food such as grain bowls, soups, salads, omelets, breakfast burritos, and sandwiches like the French dip. This market includes more seating than the other four locations as well as a Jittery Joe's coffee bar inside. There is limited parking right in front the store but there is ample metered parking on the street and parking lots and garages all around. I came here tonight for the Rosé tasting and it was great, they had a steady flow of guests to try the four bottles on hand for sampling. The have a nice selection of fine wines, craft beers and specialty cheeses. If you're in the area definitely worth checking out.

Yelp
I eat at this location on Pharr rd regularly just because the food is decent and it's across from my apartment and convenient, that being said though-- the staff are a complete group of clowns. It's a full blown circus especially in the mornings. I think they have brought me the wrong order the last 4 out of 6 times I've been there, happens regularly, no exaggeration. Either they'll bring you the wrong order, completely forget part of your order, or something similar-- its a legitimate major problem. For the prices they charge you'd expect better attention to detail and and customer service. The people they hire and have working here must be the cheapest possible they can find.

Shannon M.

Yelp
I keep asking myself when I'm going to learn my lesson and stop giving money to this place that REFUSES to improve despite the neighborhood's reviews. Aside from all the food I've had here being a major disappointment--often takes forever, isn't how I ordered it, or is just not very good--the menu also appears very unprofessional and out of place--Savi is supposed to be a high end type of place but they have photos of some of their menu items hanging off the menu with weird plastic covers over them. So while I'm ordering a $15 bowl of some sort, it feels more like a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. Prices aren't labeled correctly and many products don't have prices at all so you have no idea what things cost until you get to the register. I recently bought a packaged dinner here and the marked price in the case was $2 lower than what it rang up as. I told the cashier and she said sorry, the price is the price. What?? Fix your labeling and until you do, charge people the marked price. The people working here are a WHOLE other story though, all with the exception of one guy who has been there since they opened and is very nice. I used to come here frequently for the wine dispensers--brought friends and family because I thought it was a fun little activity to wine taste! But the entire white section is warm because the machine isn't cold enough, and has been for 6 months. Have alerted the person at the register a few times now but it hasn't been fixed. Savi, PLEASE start fixing these problems and being the high end shop that your brand represents--because this is not it!!! Edit: after posting my review I took the time to read the others--I live pretty much next door to this place and I'm floored to see that with all of these reviews dating back to a year, saying exactly the same things I have said plus more that I too have experienced here, I will not be returning or spending a penny more at this place. Yet another customer lost because you refuse to fix any of these glaring problems.

Jeff T.

Yelp
I have come to Savi at least once every other day now since moving to Buckhead. I will not return after I was given a Veggie Sandwich when I requested Cuban. I do understand mistakes happen, but to be told by two employees that I was wrong in an arrogant and demeaning way is unacceptable customer service. I am not basing my decision on this mistake, but am not returning because the two employees present today 1/31/2022 at 4:00PM EST did not value my concern or listen to me before acting dismissively (even when I am stating an allergy that I have). I am severely allergic to tomatoes and would not order a veggie for this reason which I explained to them. Additionally, I had a coworker on the phone who heard what happened and commented specifically on the fact the employees present today were both unprofessional and inattentive to the needs of a customer at this moment. The staff has usually been very good; I am not sure what changed. Again, this review is in no way based on an order mishap as this does happen, but on the poor manner of customer service from the male and female employees who were working today during the date and time listed above.

Nicollette S.

Yelp
It's insulting what this place charges for the quality of food you receive. I tried multiple prepared foods and sandwiches from here. The first time, I ordered a sandwich and walked home to the building next door. In that five minutes, my sandwich became so soggy it was inedible. How does someone make a sandwich that wet?? This most recent time I tried their pre-made quiche. I didn't even think there were eggs in it, which is the main ingredient! It was just a crust filled with ham and cheese that became a greasy wet mess when reheated, once again inedible. You guys seriously need to figure out some quality control for your products.
google avatar

Brad S.

Yelp
Legitimately every single time I come to this place there some sort of issue. Whether it be the credit card machine is down, or they double charge you for your items. I work super close by, but it's getting to the point to where I would much rather just be hungry or go elsewhere.

Christopher B.

Yelp
The food is delicious and patio is a cool space, but I can't get over the service. It's slow and not very warm toward guests. Also, what is the deal with paying for a sandwich and having it come with chips if you eat there, but you get no chips if you get the order to go?! Same price... but no chips.... and, super unkind response when asking about it.

Lee S.

Yelp
The food was great but the experience was not. I ordered my sandwich first and paid. Then my friend ordered and pointed out I didn't get chips. So she told the guy to add two bags of chips. He didn't give her a receipt so we don't know for sure what she was charged for but the bags of chips were all different prices. We just grabbed two and no one said anything. So we go sit outside and they bring out our sandwiches with chips on the plate!! Why wouldn't he have told us that?? The sandwiches were great and I would consider coming back to get one to go. They had a lot if refrigerated meals that looked really good too. We went back inside after we ate to get dessert to go as there are lots of delicious looking options. So we finally flag someone down for a goat cheese brownie (which was yum) and we go to pay and the same stoned cashier from earlier goes what is that?Shouldn't he know? He works there. It was painful. Someone else shopping asked someone for help picking out cheese and an employee said he didn't know, he wasn't familiar with cheese and offered no other help.

Jamie B.

Yelp
I paid $10 for this salad. They didn't put on the "house made ricotta cheese" that was stated on the menu and when I asked they said they ran out. Unless you're Kim Kardashian and can afford a dumb extra small salad for $10, go somewhere else or don't get this salad.

Bob P.

Yelp
I bought a $13 sandwich that had almost no meat on it. Why do these places think they can sell you two big pieces of bread with a couple slices of meat and call it a sandwich. It's Buckhead. It is not a sandwich it's a rip off.

I J.

Yelp
They always remember my order and greet me with a smile. Especially Bob at the Jittery Joe's drive thru!
google avatar

Natalie R.

Yelp
Came in for lunch one day and ordered the house salad with a side of tabouleh. 1) As one other reviewer mentioned, the house salad did not have the house made ricotta. They did not inform me of this when placing the order, and I only realized it once I opened the box. When paying $10 for a salad without any protein, one would think it'd be common courtesy to inform the customer that they are out of a certain ingredient, and provide options for potential substitutions ahead of them paying for the order. 2) when I received my order, I noticed there was only the house salad and no tabouleh, so I politely pointed out that the side was missing from my order. After arguing back and forth with me that it was in the box, they opened it up to show me that they included the side - only they had mixed together the tabouleh with the house salad to make one salad. They even gave me two dressings on the side. Sorry - what? What if I had gotten a side of Mac and cheese? Would they have done the same?

Jonathan D.

Yelp
The bbq is sooo good here. I live in the Austin area so I'm credible . Service was great and the seating area is nice with good airflow. I'm surprised it's only got 2.5 stars. I didn't read to find out why. I recommend the brisket, baked beans and Mac and cheese. Pretty dope. I also had the parfait for breakfast. That was solid too.
google avatar

Jazz B.

Yelp
The ONLY reason they are getting a 1 star is because I can't go lower. On yesterday, Thursday Sept 27th 2018 around 330 pm I decided to stop in and give the new restaurant a try. I've been on Pharr as a resident and business owner for over 10yrs and like to support area businesses. Since that shopping center remodeled I found the store itself cute but that doesn't matter when it comes to your food. I walked in and stood over the hot area to look over the menu above when I noticed the white lady with a head band on which I'm assuming was the lead cook or chef SCRATCH HER HEAD with NO GLOVES on and proceed to go and pick up several different wrapped meats to slice. Before she actually sliced the meat she went over to the box of gloves and proceeded to put them on. NEVER ONCE WASHED HER HANDS!!!! SO NOT ONLY ARE YOUR HANDS ALREADY DIRTY AND CONTAMINATED BUT NOW THE CLEAN GLOVES THAT YOU TOUCHED WITH DIRTY HANDS ARE AS WELL.. I stood there in disbelief as the guy at the register never once greeted, spoke or acknowledge me. Simultaneously as I'm observing in disbelief and now have no desire to eat from this place, the cook/chefs assistant, a black lady, that I assume does the veggie prep has a big plastic bin with food in it reaches in and stuffs whatever was in the bin INTO HER MOUTH to chew discreetly as she drops the bin on the prep line to make your sandwich. She saw me see her but kept on like it was nothing trying to still discretely chew. SHE NOT ONLY DIDNT HAVE ON GLOVES EITHER BUT PUT HER FINGERS IN HER MOUTH AND CONTINUED TO GO ON WORKING AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. I stood there like WTF..I politely and quietly went to the register at which he did at that point hand me a menu asked him to step aside to speak and told him who I was and welcome to the neighborhood and advised that i WILL NEVER EAT HERE based off of what I just saw. He stood and stared and said I'm sorry. Nothing more. I stood there briefly and I walked away... Do Not eat here and if you and get sick then you know why. If they do this foolishness in the 1st 30 sec of me walking in then it's probably a recurring thing and that's JUST NASTY.

Sarah M.

Yelp
Great food. All sandwich comes with chips. Employees are very helpful and cheerful. I come here almost everyday for breakfast and lunch and it is great. My favorite sandwich is Spicy chicken, think it is the best in town. I love Savi and very happy that it is very close to my place. I saw some bad reviews and I do not know what it that about. Maybe they were just having a bad day!!

Rachel F.

Yelp
Not sure why they have a low rating. I love having Savis around the corner from my apartment.
