I appreciate the convenience of location for this neighborhood store. It is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta near Peachtree & 10th next to Margaret Mitchell House and Agora Restaurant. For years, it's been my go-to stop for quick items when I'm out and about in the area. For a small store, the variety of goods is impressive. Some highlights they offer are beer and wine, cheese varieties, baked goods, chocolates, ice cream, hot coffees, bread, milk, eggs, prepared meals, and sandwiches. You'll also see some common household products for sale. They even carry Arden's Garden cold-pressed juices. I'm not very impressed with their pastry/bakery case. The quality and freshness haven't been consistent. Their price points are a little higher than larger grocery chains, but the value is convenience. It's a plus that they're open until 10 pm. I visited this store recently and received outstanding customer service from an associate named Sam. I was very impressed with his positive attitude, kindness, and eagerness to assist. It's associates like him that make customers feel appreciated. If you live or work nearby, this store is worth a visit.

I found this store at a school I started teaching at the Breakfast and lunch is really good even their Mocha Coffee. Harry is a really nice guy as well.

Google
Twice now l bought a dessert from Savi, they put it in the bag for me, and when I get home I discover it’s covered in mold. They need to do a better job at throwing away their old desserts.

Google
The sandwich was good. But the girl making my sandwich was answering her phone while she was making my sandwich she was touching her hair. Then she put my cheese on top of a rag to pull the slices apart because she was on the phone. Then she tried to get smart because I said something.

Google
Delicious prepared food and pretty good grocery selection for such a small convenient shop. Sandwiches are next-level great.

Google
Cool idea, poor execution. 1. Machines don’t work well 2. You have to prepay, not knowing the cost of everything. No open tabs. 3. Bottles and kegs run out and there’s nothing you can do 4. Glassware isn’t great

Google
I like the convenience of this location and it’s perfect to quickly grab beer or wine. However, there have been multiple times when I’ve noticed expired food… even moldy food. Definitely be sure to check the expiration date for any food you buy here.

Dave Sears

Google
I’m not sure of your definition of a “gourmet market”, but this is not a gourmet market. It’s a typical convenience store.

Yelp
I love this location and go here frequently for those hard-to-find items (organic snacks, sandwiches, etc.). Kombucha is one-such drink Savi carries and it's nice having it available here. but I want to make a note to the shop owners: the last couple times I got Kombucha the seal was broken and the fizzy in the drink was gone. when you're paying top dollar for a specialty drink it should be intact and the last ones haven't been. just a note for improvement! would love to see the salad offerings expanded, too. I would also not be mad if Savi took over the old QuikTrip location down the road on Peachtree to get more space! I still love this place and will still go. everyone is very nice who works there.

Yelp
My bacon burrito was missing salsa and had multiple long hairs in it - really gross. Convenient location for alcohol purchases but I would advise against eating any food from here.

Yelp
Horrible service, never go here staff is unreliable and doesn't repeat patrons. Go anywhere else in midtown for your needs. Only useful for convenience of area

Yelp
These ladies were so sweet and the coffee was delicious and affordable! Really cute place with tons of eats and cafe-style eats

Yelp
Wine anyone? Cheese too? Oh yeah! This place has large selection of both. They also have great menu if your hungry & Jittery Joe coffees. Jittery Joe has one of the best chai lattes around. Must try if you like chai. The rest of the store is a myriad of grocery, necessities, & bakery.

Yelp
Man this place is sooo clutch if you live near by. Great selection of wine, and anything else you might need. Great service as well.

Yelp
I can't think of a time when I've been spoken to so rudely. I called politely asking for a manager and his reply sounded like he was asking the same question again and so I repeated myself and he said nothing and immediately hung up. I then called back and he did not answer the phone. It was so bizarre. So I tried one last time and when I asked for the manager he was very short and said "why?". When I explained we were a local nonprofit and we were hoping they'd be interested in a small donation he rudely said "no" and nothing else and hung up. I get that not everyone can do give and that's understandable, but I do expected to treated with respect esp. when I give it. I will never patron a place that doesn't treat its public with respect yet expects us to give them our business and hard earned money. Hard pass.

Yelp
This used to be run better. But now it's subpar selections and premade foods with subpar service. As other have mentioned the folks that run the counter have bad attitudes.

Yelp
Just had the most horrible service at this market! I live in the neighborhood and I thought "I'd really like to support this small business for my morning coffee instead of a larger chain." Well forget that! I ordered my coffee with a young girl who seemed to have a terrible attitude and clearly didn't want to be there -- no welcome, no response when I said good morning, no "thank you," etc. I ordered my coffee without cream but changed my mind shortly thereafter; I was rudely told: "I just asked you if you wanted cream!!!" She then rudely stated it was Half & Half which was fine with me; she started to add the cream (without pouring out any of the coffee) then a man came from around the counter and said something in a rude tone to me but I couldn't understand what he was saying. I was very clear and said "I live in the neighborhood and wanted to support a small business but trust me I won't be back!" Horrible staff and incredibly rude -- enter at your own risk!

Yelp
Staying in Midtown Atlanta we went looking for a wine-tasting experience and found this cute little deli within walking distance from our hotel. They have a wine-tasting dispenser on the second level you purchase a preloaded card and you can experience wine tasting of eight wines at your own pace. The wines were delicious! We tried all eight wines and then chose our favorites to sit down and enjoy a glass of. They have lots of daily snacks for purchase if you need a light bite while you're drinking your wine. We really enjoyed our time here and recommend if you're looking for a laid-back winetasting experience to come visit them.

Yelp
Yeah, this store sucks. Ridiculously overpriced and the people who work there are unfriendly. The sandwiches are good if you want to pay their premium prices, but Publix is 5 minutes away by foot and there's SO MANY better lunch places in the neighborhood. Savi was kind of cool when it first opened, but nobody goes in there anymore.

Yelp
Really great breakfast burritos & lattes. Basically here every day for all my needs but especially the breakfast

Yelp
I was able to grab a quick hot sandwich before they closed for the night. It was called "the Carter Sandwich", it included, smoked turkey, Gouda cheese, dried cranberry & pesto aioli on sourdough bread. The bread was fresh, the cheese was gooey & everything was right in that moment. I ate it while sitting in a small loft overlooking the shop. It was really quiet and pleasant. Besides that, they had a selection of groceries and wines. Their website is well put together and you can order take out with Grubhub. Visited: Nov 12, 2016

Yelp
Rude. Bad. Not good. Please do better. It's really not that hard. One employee was chill though.

Y L.

Yelp
My friend got racially profiled and the owner called the cops on him here because he lingered for 3 minutes. And the owner even took a picture of him! Rude and discriminatory. Even the officer who came knew it was a waste of time. Plus everything is overpriced. $6 for almond milk? Smh. And their tea is terrible. I can literally make better tea at work. We won't be supporting this business. Update: I came in here to request that the owner delete the picture of my friend. He refused. We told him we were not going to be in there again, we just wanted him to delete the picture. He waved me off saying it's store policy to call the cops on people who sit without paying, even for 3 minutes. The owner told me that the sitting area was for paying customers only, but he did NOT explain that to my friend when he was there. All he said was, "3 minutes and I call the cops." That's it. Did not even request that he buy anything or explain the store policy to him. Interestingly, he did not call the cops on me, and I didn't buy anything. This establishment is a leech on the midtown community. Shame on this racist store owner.

Yelp
Cute market in an area that can really utilize the options! I came here on a Thursday for lunch with a friend. We were both greeted by the staff, who appeared to be doing some training of new staff. The store is clean, well organized and well stocked. There are a number of options for pre-packaged meals like sandwiches, salads, pizzas, etc. It also serves as a high-end grocer, where you can grab a few bottles of wine, fancy cheese and some snacks - the essentials. Food: We ordered from the made-to-order food menu, which is mostly sandwiches (pictured). I definitely could have used more options in types of offerings. Honestly, the prices are much more reasonable for the in-house food than for the actual items in the grocery section. Tip: you can have any of the sandwiches made into a salad! My friend and I went with this option for our meals. They were out of the peppers for the Goats Do Roam, but I got it anyway. One weird thing to note is that you don't get a dressing when you turn a sandwich into a salad... The salad was tasty but no wow factor. We probably should have opted for the fully-carb-loaded sandwiches these dishes were meant to be! Atmosphere/Service: This place definitely makes you feel like you're shopping at a classy joint, and as such, you'll pay a few more dollars than you would at a chain grocery store. All of the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. They had a few moments of confusion during our order but, again, it seemed like new staff. Overall, this is a great one-stop shop to grab items for lunch, pic-nick, dinner parties, etc.!

Yelp
Down for the Christmas Parade. Ordered a large decaf. Seeing $3.50 on the register instead of $2.50. The one star for poor customer service. No decaf, but we can do you a Americano instead. Regular coffee with water. Ok, but why are you charging more. Refused to honor the $2.50 posted. Stated afterwards that they do not serve decaf .... it's just on the sign. Ridiculous

Yelp
All of their bread is undercooked and dough-y. If you're in the mood for dough sandwiches and dough desserts, this will hit the spot.

Sommer F.

Yelp
Great sandwiches / bagels and even better staff! Convenient spot for a good selection of wine.

Yelp
My second visit for lunch. I must say a VAST improvement over the first visit that I had. In there defense however, I must say that my first visit was shortly after their grand opening. I should have given them a second try sooner. My Hot Turkey and Gouda sandwich was very moist and tasty. Not overdone, with ingredients that didn't make sense. Just good clean food that tastes great. Seating area is upstairs so don't let the size of the store fool you. Check it out as you won't regret it. They also have great breakfast food as well. I have been eating breakfast there a lot.

Yelp
I absolutely love their food in the deli the cook is amazing the customer service was just delightful and they have a wide variety of organic goods for your every need and any exotic wine that you may be looking for they probably have it I would recommend Savi Provisions to anyone and everyone

Yelp
Ahh Savi, you could have been so much more in midtown. Savi was good for emergency last minute needs. It is a small corner shop in the center of midtown. They have a large selection of wine and beer as well as groceries and supplies. They tend to have specialty products that are organic and natural. However, one time too many have I gone in and the bananas were full of brown spots or the onions were a little dried out. Most things are a little overpriced but you expected that for the convenience. However you also expect fresh produce for the price. They also sell pastry, coffee, and sandwiches that you can eat in their upstairs dinning area or outside tables. Again a little overpriced for what you get. Now with Whole Foods Market opened in midtown I don't see too many occasions to go to Savi.

Ayanna K.

Yelp
This sandwich was $10 two slices of turkey bacon ridiculous. The associate never mentioned that it was an up charge for turkey bacon instead of pork and to get a crossant instead of a bagel. You should always let your customers know if there will be an upcharge.

Jordan L.

Yelp
Staff do not wear gloves or masks and the prices keep going up. There are definitely better and cheaper options in midtown. Customer service isn't great, and the place looks dirty. Would not shop here again.

Yelp
The good news: I can walk to Savi and buy my favorite GF frozen pizza (Against the Grain Gourmet) for $2 less than Whole Foods. The bad: it's $2 more expensive than Publix. While saving money is unlikely to happen at Savi, they are stocked with all manner of organic foodstuffs, including a decent selection of prepared foods. They also have lots of GF food items and a good selection of wines. They also can provide GF bread for their made-to-order sandwiches. Glad to have more GF shopping options in my neighborhood, especially since Return to Eden closed up shop. Welcome to midtown!

Yelp
Why is this great little baby Eatzi's (for y'all who remember those glory days) not within walking distance of me? Maybe it's a good thing I can't make this a staple stop, but I would simply adore an outpost on Marietta St/Howell Mill.... Good prices - I was surprised as I perused, finding non-egregious tags on basics- and enough choices that you can do a "mini" kind of grocery shop that includes veggies (like packages of spinach/lettuce/etc) and pasta, and meat, and broth, and fruit and dairy and....definitely a place to pick up ingredients for a planned dinner-date-at-home kinda thing. Good options for prepared salads, pastas, "lunch" or single girl dinner kinda stuff. Big wine selection. Beautiful dessert case and they carry treats like Swiss chocolate bars that are great holiday gifts! Oh, and a really good selection of the really good kinds of cheese. Mmm. I think my weekend plans involve a return for more good spread.

Yelp
My girlfriend and I decided to walk here for the first time, using a Savi Provisions gift certificate we received in the mail. As soon as we arrived we realized the lights were off and the store had already been closed for over half and hour. Upon inspecting the gift certificate again, we noticed it had the incorrect hours listed(which clearly didn't match the store's actual operating hours), so we ended up wasting over an hour by the end of it all. Today(10/5/17) I called & spoke with the manager, letting him know that the store hours are listed incorrectly on their certificate mailings & he had an unnecessarily rude attitude. He said that he didn't 'get what I was calling about' and asked me what I wanted, as if I was holding him up. When I explained that I'd simply hoped that they could send me an updated gift certificate for the same value(the one I received has expired at this point), or coupon to use in the store, he said there wasn't anything he could do and was very short. I literally just asked if they could send me a new gift certificate/coupon, so that I could come back again & finally check out the store. Not anymore, Savi just lost 2 potential customers with their poor service and attitudes.

Yelp
I have been waiting for this place to be open when I walked by. It is really cute inside! The first thing that you see are the desserts which look amazing. This place sells home goods, but mostly foods and wine... A lot of WINE! Although the wine I usually by was about $2 more here, it is still REALLY reasonable for a place in town. As far as food, I ordered a turkey/smoked Gouda sandwich and a chocolate chip sea salt cookie. The cookie was delicious! It was a large cookie with semi sweet chocolate chips that melted a little bit in your mouth. The sea salt added a nice unexpected touch. The sandwich left a lot to be desired through. Maybe it was because I did not read the menu thoroughly enough. It was supposed to be turkey, smoked Gouda, chutney mayo, on Sourdough. 1) I expected lettuce and tomato too, but that might just be me thinking that it is a standard. 2) when I think sourdough, I think crusty tangy bread. Not sliced white bread with little flavor. The flavor of the sandwich went well, but the visual was not appealing. It all looked white/beige. The price point though was great! I will probably go back, but will have to ask for specifics about what actually comes on the sandwich.

Yelp
This was such an amazing shop about 4-5 years ago... Service was great, food was great, but in the recent years the food and the employee have downgraded drastically. Being a previous employee of this location it was such a joy coming to work and serving the locals but management and everything changed and that just changed everything about Savi! Food isn't up to par anymore unfortunately and employees are just rude every time I come in it's just underwhelming...
google avatar

Yelp
Savi is a very cute little grocery store in the middle of Midtown. They have a lot of organic food, specialty food, and a large wine and beer selection. They also have a little prepared foods section that serves pastries and lunch. Their lunch is pretty cheap I believe. Their pastries are a little overpriced. They do have a very wide variety of products. If you wanted to do your shopping here you could. They have packaged food, mixes, produce, frozen food, personal care, sweets, alcohol, all sorts of stuff. A combination of special organic products and being in Midtown means that nothing is cheap and I wouldn't recommend you do your weekly shopping here. But if you want something fun and quirky or try out new stuff then this is the place to go. They also have wine tasting nights I believe in their upstairs space.

Yelp
Had the chicken tika naan wrap - amazing!! It was really delicious, tasty, hot the naan was soft. Next time I'll try it with garlic naan. People who work at the store are really friendly - they gave me a taste of a new dessert as my lunch was prepared. I'll be coming back!

Yelp
This is yet another location for the Savi Provisions who have 3 other metro locations in Atlanta. It just opened here in Midtown, Atlanta. They sell convenience items, juices, chips, fruit, soaps, tissues, toilet paper, onions, ppotatos, chocolate, and many other drinks and snacks. They also have about 18 or so sandwiches you can choose from on the board. There is a more regular list, and a specialty list. Being new and wanting to try something different I decided to take a specialty sandwich. I decided on the Jay Ho. It said Chicken Tikka mint lettuce,,,,, You pay at the register and then you can get it to go, OR you can up upstairs and wait and they will bring it up to you. It was a longer wait than I expected but lets hope this was to being new and figuring things out. If that wait was going to be the usual wait, its wouldnt fly with people needing to get back to their office. SO, hopefully they will think about that and consider selections that take too much time and drop them if they cant be speeded up. The sandwich looked good. They also bring you real fork and knife! Not plastic. That was a surprise. The chicken was quality chicken too. You can tell. It was tasty for sure, but Chicken Tikka? I would have never guessed it was Chicken Tikka in 100 guesses! Either they just dribble on a few drops of a premade Tikka sauce, or this was something else. It tased more like citrus and honey mustard. Still good though, but the description here is not a match. I have no idea what Jay Ho is either. I'm obviously out of the loop now in my advanced years. There are about 10 tables upstairs, so this is a nice feature. It is just south of the Margaret Mitchell house on Peachtree St, same block. I am glad to see this addition to midtown. I will give them 4 stars because I know they are in a learning curve right now. It was obvious many are brand new. They are open Mon-TH 7am-11pm, Fri -SA 7am -11:45p Sun 8a-10p I wish them much success in their new location.

Yelp
Savi is close to my work and convenient in that way. The problem is, the customer service is chronically disappointing. I learned early on to allow extra time for their process of preparing food, but they tend to always undermine my expectations by being slower and making more errors than before. 1 redemptive star for consistently tasty food, albeit slightly overpriced. I do not purchase groceries here as Publix is a 3 minute walk away. Bottom line - supporting small local businesses is important, but they still need to earn their keep. Explore Midtown and you have plenty of alternatives.
google avatar

Vonda D.

Yelp
Love this place! I've been here a few times for lunch on gorgeous spring days and it's always pretty busy. If you can find a seat on the patio, there's great people watching. Store is very clean and very easy to find the bevy you're looking for.

B W.

Yelp
Very disappointed.. No PPE worn by employees including those preparing / handling food. No gloves , no masks, no Social distancing. We have always supported Savi but I have to say we were very disappointed in the lack of civic responsibility. Please put some policies in place that protect your loyal patrons.
google avatar

Maria J.

Yelp
For someone who goes here almost every day if not every other, I would be remiss to not give it 5 stars, plus they deserve it. First of all the staff are all great and they treat me well. The wine selection is the best you can get in Midtown especially if you need other things like groceries or take out, their cakes are delicious as well. I'm loving the new aromatherapy selection they have and because I am a little diva, their selection of items that aren't your run of the mill make it my place to go! I only wish they carried 'Jeni's ice cream'. Hehe. ;) M.
google avatar

Patti C.

Yelp
I love this little corner store/eatery/pastry shop. The shelves are thoughtfully stocked with all the things you need in a pinch when company is coming and you want to have some good food and drinks on hand - It is my go to store in midtown, so convenient, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
google avatar

Grace H.

Yelp
I go to this location of Savi quite often as it's right down the street from my office. I just love their cheese and wine selection, although only when I feel like splurging on a treat or special occasion as the specialty foods are a tad out of my normal price range. There are so many snack and drink options there - I like to switch it up each time. But the reason I keep coming back is the sandwiches. I've memorized the menu yet still have a hard time narrowing down my preference. My go to, though, is the carter sandwich, made with smoked turkey, Gouda, dried cranberries and pesto aioli on sourdough. I was skeptical of the cranberries at first but this is my fave sandwich ever. The balance of the cranberries and aioli is so yum! You really can't go wrong though. I've also tasted their baked goods which were just as yummy. The staff is polite and fast - surprised to see so many reviews saying the opposite! Give this place a try one day for lunch, peruse the aisles and see what you find! It's a neighborhood gem.

Yelp
I am excited that Savi has opened up a location in my neighborhood. I have been in 3 or 4 times in the past 10 days! Really, really wonderful wine selection. Great craft beers, too, most of which you can purchase by the bottle, so it's perfect for trying new things or grabbing a couple of special brews when you're expecting guests. They're also open really late, which means I have somewhere to go when I run out of wine at 10pm. The deli is great, and they have some amazing desserts as well. I have found there produce selection to me limited (it is a TINY store), but of great quality. The items here are pricey, but it's because they are high quality, organic, etc foods. The prices are very fair based on the same items seen at other locations. They carry some delicious prepared foods that have been vacuum sealed so you just simmer them in hot water (or microwave) to heat them up. This place means I don't have to go to Whole Foods anymore to get environmentally friendly cleaning supplies. I look forward to coming here often!

Cindy S.

Yelp
I'm not really sure what niche this store is supposed to be filling (nor how they've stayed open so long); there's a Publix and a liquor store a block away and they don't stock anything you couldn't find at Whole Foods. I haven't had many reasons to stop by, but the few times I have to see if they had things like cream cheese or almond milk, they didn't have them stocked. The sandwiches are fine, but nothing outstanding. Maybe it's because I'm used to NY delis and bodegas, but this bougie take on it disappoints. There's nothing particularly offensive about this location (I prefer hands off customer service which others might not like), it's just a bit useless.
google avatar

Yelp
Bad smells when you walk in. Shady employees - happy that the guy who put my coffee cup lid in his mouth while making my coffee is no longer there. Got sick one morning after eating an omelet from there. Cute store, needs new/better management and/or ownership.

Yelp
So excited Savi Provisions opened this week in Midtown. Savi is a gourmet, local shop providing deli foods, bakery, snacks, prepared foods on the go, some organic favorites, wine and beer.
google avatar

Jeff B.

Yelp
Savi Provisions is just we needed here in midtown. I find myself here every week whether it's to grab a quick bite for lunch or to pick up a bottle of wine before visiting a neighbor. This is exactly what that failed "Mamma Nos" place was trying to be a few years ago. The cheese and beer selection is wonderful. The hot sandwiches are solid but not necessarily anything to write home about. Service is great and that's what's important to me.
google avatar

Ally T.

Yelp
We only had dessert from here, so take this review as you will. There are two display cases full of desserts, all of them looked mouthwateringly delicious. We selected a piece of key lime pie and peanut butter chocolate shortbread cookie. Cookie was nothing impressive. Key lime pie was better but still nothing to write home about. Overall, it was alright and we'd consider returning if we walked by but I won't be craving things from here or going out of my way to get back
google avatar

Gavin G.

Yelp
I really enjoy this place. I've always been too lazy to write reviews but want to give this place props for being a nice, really clean, quality local shop with nice people and good food. It's prices coincide with the great location on Peachtree street and high end products they stock. We usually stop by for dessert (gluten free brownies and other mousses) on the way home from dinner but enjoying a breakfast sandwich today. They have a really good $4.99 special on weekend mornings for an omelette, toast, and coffee if you bring your own mug. They also have gluten free bread and stock solid beers (including gluten free) which my significant other needs.

Yelp
A critical local resource... What s great great place. Found this little market when I was reconnoitering the new neighborhood. Savi has a great selection of gourmet foodstuffs, select wines, and craft beers. Not being really proficient at the culinary arts (although I can do some yummy stuff on the Weber) and finding myself solo after many moons, I was in need of a tasty non-restaurant meal. Savi has these really cool vacuum sealed foods. Basically they are precooked and sealed up. There are entrees, veggies and starches all packaged and sold separately. All one has to do is boil water and bubble the things for 3 minutes. The result is a wonderful home cooked meal one can eat at home (if, by chance one is a really good chef). The price was not bad at all. I think all in I paid $11 for a complete meal that would easily be 2.5X as much at a restaurant. They also have a nasty little bakery section that my iron will said no to... for now.
google avatar

Amanda M.

Yelp
I am eating a divine veggie sandwhich right now while watching the rain from the upstairs seating area. I am so happy they opened a location in midtown. I already went through all the aisles and found that they sell the same or similar items that I'd buy at whole foods. What a great addition to the neighborhood!
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
I really love this place, but food safety seems to be a real problem that they are just not focusing on at this location. The most obvious problem is the cheese bin. Expired, rotten-smelling cheeses, condensation on the packaging, it makes me question all the fresh food. What else are they not watching dates on, or spoiling due to poor controls?
google avatar

Savi is finally open after months of construction, and it was worth the wait! It's a great little urban market, perfect for Midtown. They have prepared and packaged foods, some produce, ice cream, toiletries, etc., plus a deli with sandwiches and cheese. Everything is a bit unique, it's not just the normal stuff from Publix. There's an upstairs area with tables. A fantastic addition to the neighborhood.
