Savi Provisions is exactly what a neighborhood store should be. The setup is split into two sides: one for beer, wine, snacks, food, and treats, and the other for liquor - which seems to follow a city requirement, but it’s clearly well thought out and easy to navigate. The selection is solid, and we regularly stop in for snacks, popsicles, dessert, wine, lemonade soda, and other little treats.
What really makes this place special is the staff. They seem closely connected, and every visit feels genuinely familial. One employee in particular always asks about my family, checks in on my son when he’s with me, and gives him a pound, small moments that make a big impression. On top of that, they open their doors to employ people who may just need a little extra money, offering small tasks and opportunities that feel seem humanitarian.
It’s a quaint, welcoming spot that feels rooted in community and yes, they always stay stocked with Cutwater, both individual cans and cases, which is a win lol.
Oh and if you need a receipt, just ask.
