We first went to the FOPO Food Carts when they first opened. We have always liked the food carts there and then one day Savor showed up. My wife suggested it and we went. We have gone many many times since and love it. Great soup with awesome ingredients, really great combinations. We always get a sandwich to go with the soup. I love the apples in my grilled cheese sandwich. Yummy! Please don't ever leave FOPO. P. S. Our 9 month old loves your soup too!

Stellar. The orange & fennel tomato soup was unique and really tasty. I really liked the ”goblin” grilled cheese sandwich too. Totally happy with the value as well. Very friendly too! Most certainly will be back.

One of the best food carts downtown. Their turkey Taproot sandwich is delicious and very satisfying - but it sells out daily, so be warned. Their soup is perfect for cold, rainy days. They are great about posting the daily soups and grilled cheese on Twitter/Facebook so you can check before heading out for lunch.

My husband and I stood there waiting for quite a while for her to even acknowledge that we were there so that we could order some soup and sandwiches. She wasn't cooking just fiddling with stuff in her refrigerator. Not only did the lady never even acknowledge or say hold on or anything but then she just disappeared. I've been sick for a couple weeks and all I wanted was a bowl of soup and a grilled cheese sandwich but apparently that lady felt that we didn't deserve her time or attention. We finally just walked away and drove to Safeway where we bought some soup and some cheese then went home and cooked our own meal. Stay away from this rude place!!

The vegan split pea is so good. The cook is friendly and eager to help out if you have questions about how well the different ingredients go together if you decide to order a custom grilled cheese. I try to visit once a week.

i was not as impressed with the place as the reviewers on here. I had a flight of soups: chicken noodle, lentil, and tomato. I was excited for the gf and df options. I didn't feel there was any heart or soul invested in the soup. Soup is my favorite item on any menu. I would skip this place and move on to another soup place next time when i am in town.

Everyone needs to try this place. Home made soup and top notch grilled cheese sandwiches. The lady in charge is so nice and absolutley kicks @$$ at making comfort food that warms the soul.
