We sat on the patio for a beautiful lunch. Jake was a great, personable and professional server. The Tuna Poke Salad was spot on. Their bloody’s and brussel sprouts were delicious.

Dina seated us. And Rick took care of us. Friend had a turkey burger with grilled asparagus I had the Mr Joe with crispy bacon it came with mozzarella sticks and cheese on top of that and double burger and it was freaking awesome with tots for a side. The food was fantastic the location was downtown St Charles and the help and staff were pretty good definitely be a return trip next time I'll come back to Saint Charles. Thanks Rick for the good service

I absolutely LOVED this spot when it was Rumples Pub. It was nostalgic to be back! The decor is nice, and I loved that they kept the window seats ❤️ Food was great, drinks were good. Staff was very friendly. I also really appreciated the care items in the bathroom! That was above and beyond for a restaurant.

Google
Our meal (low country boil) came out completely cold. So clearly not boiled or fresh. The smell was still overly spiced. Replaced with a burger, which was fine, but the tots were burnt to a crisp. Yet the server still served it? Previously we had sat at 3 different tables to find one that didn't rock. The server seemed like she had too many tables as she didn't really check on us and I had to get up to get her to tell her about our cold stale food.

This is a hidden gem of a bar on Main Street St. Charles. Each and every item on the menu is handled and made with love and care. The burgers and sandwiches are very tasty especially the adult grilled cheese. Brussel sprouts with feta are very crisp and refreshing. They also have an impossible burger that also satisfies! My favorite place to dine next to the Missouri River. Delicious.

Google
This restaurant has been on my list for quite some time. Finally got to try it today. The adult grilled cheese is so good. Bacon cheeseburger also good and the savor wings were amazing. Everything was reasonably priced and tasted very good. We will come back again.

Service was unbelievably slow. Watched two tables that walked in after us get menus and drinks before we were even given menus. Finally got menus, took a while to get a drink order in. Eventually got orders in, took well over an hour to get a portion of our food, and when the last plate came out, it was barely cooked. Like they realized they forgot one and ran through it super fast and just seared the hamburger. Checked my daughter’s burger, overdone, chewy, tasted like pepper, but edible. Her fries also, were coated in pepper. Asked to have my burger taken off the order. I’ve never denied or sent back food before. My husbands flat bread was good and our starter was good but they tried to send that to us twice. Waitress was short and unwelcoming until she realized how bad the burger that was sent to me was. Other waitress was eating the starter I denied when we finally left, close to two hours after we arrived. They only had two servers working, so I get the delay, but nothing else. Everything was sloppy start to finish.

Google
Great spot to enjoy some live music with lots of food options. If you like brussel sprouts - definitely order their appetizer. Soooo good! Our 10 & 16 yr olds were with us and we all felt comfortable. I’d guess it feels more like a bar as the evening gets later but we were there until 10pm and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all. The service was awesome. Drinks and food came out quickly! Our server was also really patient and answered all of our menu questions.

Yelp
My friend and I sauntered over here after a ride on the Katy. Our appetites were ravenous at this stage. There were no bike racks outside the restaurant so we placed our bikes against a post outside the restaurant where we could see our bikes. When we met up with the hostess, she advised that they would close to the public for an private party (80th birthday party) so if we still wanted to dine there we could but that we'd only have 45 minutes. My friend and I decided we could make it happen so we ordered our drinks (he had a beer and I had the Stone Water Gimlet) and food (Jazzed Wings and Truffle Fries). I am not a huge gin fan and have been giving gin a good chance the past year but let me tell you, that Stone Water Gimlet was the best gin cocktail I've had in my life. I thought I was done with the compliments until the Truffle Fries and Jazzed Wings came out. The wings were fried crispy and the seasoning was on point but the winner of the eats were the Truffle Fries. OMG everything about it was heavenly. It was so good that my friend and I could not stop talking about it after we left and even made similar truffle fries with each other to try to replicate it at home. We still had time for another drink so I ordered a Cosmopolitan that did not disappoint either. This place truly lives up to their name and I will be back one day when there's not a party going on so I can really marinate on those wonderful dishes!

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch on a recent visit to Main Street. The main restaurant and bar looked very nice. It was a beautiful day so we asked to sit on the patio. The patio is a deck up a few steps out back. It honestly can use some work cleaning up the crates and boxes laying around, maybe some paint on the back of the building, etc. Could be a lot nicer. The food however was great. We had flatbreads which were really good with a crispy crust and nice amount of tasty toppings. Service was great also. Deanna did a great job and was very friendly and attentive. Overall a good experience and we will be back!

Yelp
I should have three pictures.....problem is, I got the savory slinger and I demolished it before I could get a picture! Let me tell you guys, this place is great. Food was exceptionally fresh and delicious. My wife's bacon slices looked like they had just butchered, cured, and cooked the pig out back . Eggs were cooked perfectly and again,.....the flavor. WOW. Service was exceptional. Two sweet ladies helped us place our orders and served drinks. It was a refreshingly positive interaction compared to some you get in the city. They were always close by and super helpful. Ambiance was pretty cool. It has the beautiful bar, but also has a slight diner feel with the food and service. Honestly it was super comfy and fun to eat at. I will definitely be back! 100% recommend coming here!!!!!

Yelp
Savor St. Charles is a restaurant located in St. Charles, upon entering I was promptly greeted and seated myself and the waiter came over quickly to offer water and menus and gave me a minute to look over the menu, it didn't take long for me to order appetizers of honey hot wings and fried green tomatoes and both did not disappoint. I ordered a summer salad with fresh strawberries, cranberries, blue cheese crumbles and walnuts the presentation alone let me know that it was going to be a great salad and it was. The ambiance is that of typical bar and grill, spacious, and clean, I can definitely see myself going back to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
I have seen several ads for this restaurant and never thought to give it a try until we were out this way this weekend and it came up on my Yelp. Upon entering, it was extremely crowded and I almost turned around because I didn't think we wouldn't get served as fast, but we got seated right away luckily at the last table that was available and to my surprise, the service was actually pretty fast. We ordered a few drinks and they were also going around giving out free shot samples so that was fine as well. Two of us opted for the burgers which were great and the fries were automatic five stars. The fries were so good that we ordered a second round to share. The pepperoni flatbread was very good as well with a nice kick to it. Our waiter was amazing and I have no complaints about my visit. Would love to go back and visit for brunch.

Yelp
We had a great lunch here! Staff was very friendly and food was great! We came during happy hour (on a Saturday) They have two dollar off appetizers and two dollar off some beers. We got the brussel sprouts for an appetizer- 1000/10 Cobb salad & flatbread were pretty good!

Yelp
I wanted to stop here to check this restaurant out , so I decided to get drinks and an dessert. Street parking available on first come first serve. Staff very friendly upon walking in . Got seated quickly. Looking around bar type feel with cute decorations and tv posted on wall with the latest sports playing. Restroom clean and what I loved the most is all bathroom needs were available from room sprays , lotions, toothpicks etc. Great idea for women needs , owner must be a female (ha) Richard H. was our server. Very engaging and helpful in my ordering needs. Great smile and available if I needed him. I ordered The Jodi and my friend ordered an Angry Orchard. The Jodi was a great fruity strong choice. I will be back for that drink alone ! The seasonal dessert was a turtle cheesecake absolutely freaking delicious. Hopefully when I return back that is available as well. Building clean and well lit. No complaints. Kudos to management I will definitely be back for the brunch next!

Yelp
Spent a freezing cold Thursday night checking out savor and were not disappointed! Such a cute place inside. We took a peek outside at the patio and will definitely be back to check it off it when it's warmer! Our server was great! So friendly. The foot was so good! Very reasonable prices and apps are $2 off during happy hour. It was a nice cozy place! I'll be back for sure!

Yelp
Nestled on the charming cobblestones of Historic Saint Charles, Savor is an exciting addition to the Main Street dining scene. The mozzarella cheese sticks were not only delicious but came with some cheese pulls - the kind that brings a bit of fun to the table. Next, we dove into the crawfish ravioli, which was rich and creative, offering a seafood experience that stands out in the area. The shrimp were also exceptional #StLouisPescatarianApproved

Yelp
Food is fantastic & so is the service Try the bruschetta w shrimp. Had server Hailey the first visit & Deana the 2nd visit

Yelp
Really great service. Went there with my sisters and we had great food and great drinks. Definitely recommend and definitely plan to revisit!

Yelp
Friendly, fast service at lunch in a casual restaurant/bar. Food was wonderful and I'll bet it's a fun place in the evening.
google avatar

Yelp
This has a healthy menu with gluten free options. It has a high class type atmosphere which was fine but not my style! I went for a business lunch and it was nice. The service was fine, nothing memorable.
google avatar

Haley M.

Yelp
Cozy, clean bar vibe. Plenty of menu options. Staff tried their best. No champagne available for mimosas, they had run out already. Waited over an hour for food. Biscuits and gravy were so sad. I actually thought they were English muffins when it first came out. The gravy was literally brown with pepper, I couldn't eat it with it being that peppery.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
Wasn't sure what to expect since everything I've heard about this place was that it was more upscale, we went around 12.30 on a Saturday and there was someone in there with pajama pants on so it's not that upscale. They have a varied menu and offer a full bar and for the warmer times a patio area. Ordered a cheeseburger with bacon medium well and it was medium at best with no bacon, finally got the bacon. It was on but nothing special.

Yelp
Love it!! I walk by at least a couple times a week and finally went in to grab a glass of wine with a friend during happy hour. Those garlic truffle fries are absolutely amazing. And talk about a generous pour, even my friend commented. Will definitely be returning...actually I already did, a few days later

Yelp
Stopped in on a Saturday for lunch. The grilled chicken sandwich was really good with tasty fries included. The bartender was a little grumpy but served us pretty well, keeping our drinks filled up. Prices seemed fair and the atmosphere/building was really cool

Yelp
We met friends here for dinner and enjoyed our evening. We started with some cocktails -- hubby had the house old fashioned ($8) and I had a Paper Plane ($12). Both were well made. We tried the Hot Honey flatbread as an appetizer and it was flavorful, but definitely has a kick, so make sure you're good with that! I had the mushroom ravioli and really enjoyed it. It had tons of flavor and was not a heavy pasta dish, but filling all the same. Loved the sun dried tomatoes with it. Hubby had the country fried meatballs and thought they were really good. The rest of the table sampled the burgers and grilled cheese and everyone was happy with their choices. They had live music playing and we all commented that it was a nice backdrop and not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. We were all pleased that we stumbled upon this place and will return.

Yelp
We came here with a Deadpool happy hour and we were shocked the food was great! I had the adult grilled cheese. What is that you ask? A grilled cheese with 3 cheeses, a jalapeño and bacon. They also have a good beer selection and even have a small bourbon offering. Small inside so it looks like it could get crowded pretty easily, but it wasn't while we were there, even with the 30+ people from the Deadpool. I think I found a new hangout for lunch.

Yelp
Savor is located on Main Street St. Charles. Street parking is available and there's some public lots a few blocks away. For anyone, physically challenged, please note there is a small step into the restaurant. The restaurant is smaller with a cozy feel. The lighting is just right. The music can be a little loud for older folks at night. Service was really good. We were fortunate to have Serena and she was great! All of the staff seem to really be hustling, and friendly. They seem to have a decent selection of adult beverages. Their choice of appetizers looked amazing, including maple roasted Brussel sprouts and truffle fries. You could truly make a meal out of the appetizers. They have a selection of burgers/sandwiches, flatbread, soup, salad, and just a few entrées. I ordered the house salad, which was adequate with mixed greens, some chopped cucumber, and house-made croutons. I ordered the southwest chicken flatbread and it was pretty good. I'll give it 8/10. The presentation was very nice.

Yelp
Super cute place and great food. Stopped in with some girlfriends and had a few drinks. The service was great and the food/drinks were prompt. We got the bruschetta, truffle fries and Brussels for appetizers and they were all wonderful- highly recommend the truffle fries and Brussel sprouts. For entree we had the chicken with rice and mango salsa and it was great. The portions were a good size and the prices were fair. Great American spot on Main Street!

Yelp
I really enjoyed it here! I love the ambiance of the restaurant, the staff were great and the restaurant is clean. I had the margarita chicken platter and really enjoyed it! We also got the lasagna bites which were super good too. I loved the cute little shelf in the bathroom too! I would come back and plan on it.

Yelp
My family and I went on Mother's Day and we had a great experience. Our server, Kathy, Was fantastic and very attentive to our party of five. We had two chicken club sandwiches, a bacon cheeseburger, an order of Buffalo wings and one order of burnt ends. mac & cheese. All were fantastic, as worth the fried brussels sprouts for an appetizer. Highly recommend and we will go back.

Yelp
The food was just OK! The atmosphere was underwhelming! The service was fine, however, when my check came they added a 2.76% to my bill because I was paying with a credit card ... WOW WTF!!! Buyer Beware ....

Yelp
Stopped in for a meal with a couple of friends. We all ordered The Jodi cocktail, which had Malibu, Captain Morgan, pineapple and orange juice. It was delicious. For my entrée, I ordered the country fried meatballs. It had mashed potatoes on the bottom topped with country fried meatballs, then corn and white pepper gravy over the top. It was very tasty. One of my friends ordered it as well and we both said we would definitely order it again. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. The restaurant was casual dining. It would be good just about for anything. Dates, family, gatherings, or just pop in for a quick appetizer. They did have some happy hour specials that was two dollars off I believe appetizers, beer, wine, and well drinks.

Yelp
Delicious! Chef Marcia has outdone herself. Our family was starving after 2 hours of hockey so we started with carbs: chili cheese tots and cheese sticks. I will have dreams of Marcia's chili. It was perfect. Somehow my sons still had room and devoured a cheeseburger (super juicy and tasty!) and some heavenly Mac n cheese. I, conscious of the carbs chose a Cobb salad and thought it was perfection.

Yelp
A friend and I tried this spot out for our girls night out. The staff was really nice and very fast. They explained that this place just opened and they were trying to get more people in. They have a good menu with options for everyone. We ordered a side a salad and an entree. I ordered the crawfish ravioli and was happy that it came out to be fresh made pasta ravioli. The dish itself was fairly small but the flavor was there.

Mickey C.

Yelp
Service was good and the food was okay. For me, although the atmosphere was nice the menu and food was bland.

Yelp
This is a somewhat new place on Main Street in a very old building. We stopped in for a weekday lunch on a Thursday afternoon. Good experience, our server was excellent, attentive and friendly. The menu is very basic bar fare. Nothing too crazy unless I missed something. I had the chicken sandwich, my wife ordered a flatbread appetizer for her lunch. The chicken was perfectly grilled, tender and flavorful without being Overly complex. I had a side Caesar salad to go with it, was planning an afternoon workout so I didn't want to go crazy with bread and fries. Good food, good-to-great service, reasonable prices. Will likely return, but it would be nice to see some more creativity.
google avatar

Yelp
Popped in to check this place out. Had a beer and a cup of potato soup. Now , I consider soup a food group. This soup did not disappoint. Definitely the chef knew how to add momma's homemade touch. After looking over the menu I cannot wait to go back and try some of the items. The appetizers looked amazing along with the sandwiches. Side note: the women's bathroom was top notch. It had everything you needed. I was able to floss and clean my ears.

David N.

Yelp
Good food, good vibe. I Like the place a lot. Was a busy weekend in St Charles, and we got lucky to grab the last table. Was very grateful we did after enjoy our meal.
google avatar

Megan E.

Yelp
We haven't had service like this in a long time! The service and staff at this establishment were outstanding. The owners and staff were so kind to us and our dog. We were so happy to stumble upon this restaurant. The food was also amazing! We got the brussel sprouts and loaded tots for an appetizer and were not disappointed.

David D.

Yelp
Food was pretty good. Mashed potatoes had a ton of salt in them. Beware of buying alcohol. First drink tonight was the Jodi and was very weak (all juice). Second drink was the lemon drop on their special menu (was just lemonade. Couldn't taste the alcohol). Third drink was the Peach Smash from the special menu.....straight bourbon.
google avatar

Lindsay B.

Yelp
Came to grab a bite to eat on a very busy night where they had no open tables due to being fully booked on reservations. The hostess kindly sat us at the bar and it worked out great. Enjoyed the seasonal special of Ahi Tuna and the Brussel sprouts. It was delicious.
google avatar

Anne A.

Yelp
Great service and food. Best hamburger I have ever had. Great flavor, perfect size and perfectly cooked
google avatar

Joslyn N.

Yelp
Customer service was on point. We sat outdoors. It wasn't too busy for a Monday. I ordered the bruschetta and brussel sprouts. The bruschetta has a balsamic glaze. It was good, but maybe a little too sweet for me, so I will stick with regular bruschetta that I know and love from now on. The brussel sprouts were fried and had maple and bacon (a must). They were nice and crispy. I can't wait to come back and try some more items on the menu!
google avatar

Jaye S.

Yelp
This is a relatively new restaurant on Main Street. The burgers were fresh and satisfying. The southwest salad (new to menu) was also very tasty! We look forward to returning to try some other tasty menu offerings!
google avatar

Yelp
New spot on Main Street in st.Charles. Love the energy, and setup. The food was great! We ordered hot wings, burger and fries, spicy chicken sandwich and fries, Brussels sprouts, and truffle fries. It was all so dang tasty! Oh! The Paloma was great as well. The place does fill up quick so if you're wanting to go for lunch I would head there when you know it's open. They have a few tv's , where sports were on. Before hand there was music playing over their speakers. Nice, chill spot for sure! Staff was friendly and tend to help each other out if another is busy. If you're in St. Charles stop by!
google avatar

Amy S.

Yelp
Savor is located in downtown St. Charles. This does mean finding parking can take time during peak times but it is free. The restaurant is located on the bottom floor of an older building. The interior has been updated and has a cute atmosphere. We went on a Friday night, and there was no wait. The staff was all friendly and attentive. The menu, was a bit limited in its offerings, specifically main entrees. We tried the shrimp appetizer and mushroom ravioli entree. They were good, but not amazing. And unfortunately, there really weren't many other options I am interested in trying, so I don't plan on returning for dinner. There are more choices in sandwiches/burgers, so for a more casual lunch, perhaps I'd return.
google avatar

Katie F.

Yelp
5 stars for everyone working their tails off Friday night! Our food was really good, even if our delish crawfish raviolis had the wrong toppings. Side note: the ravioli are spicy, which was fine for me, but maybe not ideal for others. The truffle fries appetizer were crispy and tasty, thank goodness we shared so I didn't eat them all myself. Could use a little parm or parsley for visual interest. They are the perfect size, like you might find at an establishment with arches. And the side Caesar salad dressing could use a pinch more seasoning, I like it garlicky. They have been open for a week, so just be patient and you'll have a nice time. The tables next to us had burgers that looked fab, so I think that will be my best dish to try. It's filled up quickly, so get there early!

Robyn S.

Yelp
Great food and ambiance. Service was fast and friendly. And hands down the BEST women's bathroom ever!!!
google avatar

Megan W.

Yelp
I would have taken a pic of my food...but I ate it... Came here with my husband and toddler after our first pick for dinner had closed early, and omg I'm so glad they did! Savor is fantastic! We don't live far so we move tried most of the places here on Main Street and both my husband and I agreed, this is our favorite. My toddler had the Kids Mac n Cheese (which both my husband and I helped with because it was fantastic!) she danced while eating so I'll take that as her stamp of approval. I had the crawfish ravioli which I scarfed down and my husband said his burger was the best he's had in years. To say the least, we'll be back!

Dan M.

Yelp
Great food and drinks, friendly staff and cool atmosphere. I've had the country fried meatballs and a few different burgers there and have yet to be disappointed. The patio and live music are great as well!

Amanda M.

Yelp
We have been here a few times now and will continue to come back! Their weekend breakfast menu was amazing! Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly. Their bruschetta is some of the best. A few tvs on the wall to watch sports and customer service has been nothing short of perfection; 10/10! Definitely try the burnt end Mac and cheese!
google avatar

Bill S.

Yelp
I wanted to try Savor so we went for lunch on a Sunday. I tried the Southwest salad - new that day on the menu. It was a perfect choice with a tangy/spicy Southwest dressing with avocado, grilled chicken and some nice field greens. Great service with a pleasant attentive staff. We sat in the window seat for some great people watching on Mainstreet.
google avatar

Rachel W.

Yelp
Food was decent, service was fine, but left feeling underwhelmed. The place reeks of old smoke the minute you walk in the front door. Not sure if that is leftover from the previous place as it didn't appear to be anyone actively smoking, but everyone in my party commented on it, it was that overwhelming. There seems to be some confusion as to what this place wants to be. The menu waivers between bar food and trying to be a bit more upscale. Which is disjointed and bizarre. Things where average at best. I'm not saying I wouldn't come back, but it certainly wouldn't be my first choice. Probably a better lunch vs dinner.
google avatar

Yelp
For a place called himself a cocktail bar with salads as a pretty good menu. In the heart of downtown Saint Charles one of the few eclectic places still around with cobblestone streets an amazing location. It's a great place for happy hour after work. Like most places they get really busy so I come here to meet my brother and his daughter so we didn't fit in with the crowd at the time Because we were wanting to visit and have a nice appetizer and dessert. Most of the crew here just getting off work, young, loud crowd, having fun enjoying themselves. And it was really just us. They chose this place if I had known it was gonna be this loud and rowdy I would've picked somewhere different. Not bad rowdy just you know the crowd. That's had a hard day and burn off some steam. As for the service, they tried hard it was just busy. As for the food fantastic I enjoyed the fact that they had really nice appetizers buffalo chicken, woodfired pizza was absolutely fantastic and for my niece she'd already eaten so she had the dessert pudding. In my opinion the desserts were decently priced and that lemon cello cake was fantastic. I think this is a great place to come and hang out after work not so much to hang out with the family. But nevertheless, good food looks like you can get some good drinks and some inexpensive appetizers and desserts for sure.

Yelp
So glad we happened upon Savor during our stay in St Charles! We loved the ambiance and our food. The historic building was fun to visit, too.
