Best Restaurants, Bars, and Cafes on South Whidbey Island - Eater Seattle

"This new-ish bistro in downtown Langley has been pretty much an instant hit for its snappy PNW-meets-Mediterranean menu — and the sweeping view of Saratoga Passage probably doesn’t hurt either. Crowd favorites are the roasted wild salmon with shaved corn relish, shallot, cumin, turmeric, and fennel seed, as well as the harissa-roasted carrots and the curly mafalda carbonara with prosciutto. Diners love the bittersweet chocolate pots de crème too, and Savory has one of the most diverse, interesting wine lists on Whidbey." - Meg van Huygen

Sins Of Wanderlust

Google
Fine dining restaurant that has great food and service but is ABSURDLY priced. Food is freshly made and full of flavor. Service is great, though we went when it we nearly empty. But, the prices are ridiculous like $13 for bread!! We don't mind paying for great vegetarian food, but this place was over the top.

Google
Upscale in Bohemia. It is an oddity that you can have a fine dining restaurant where all the clientele feel comfortable down dressing almost to absurdity. But, that seems the norm for this restaurant. The service is attentive, prompt, and provides a curated experience for their customers. It is a small and shareable portions type.of place and strangely enough you still walk away full. The food is differtiated by adding so.e middle eastern spice to time tested favorites - and it does seem to work very well. The food is exceptional. Now, one thing to note is even if you are early, they seem to run out of items on the menu - so if you are a pescatarian you may not have the option of any fish dishes available when you order. The restaurant is cozy, and could be easily considered romantic. Seating on 23 patrons you will not feel crowded or rushed. It is my second time dining at this establishment over the last 3 years and though the ownership has changed the quality and spirit of accessible upscale dining has not. Well done.

Google
The staff at Savory were genuinely kind and attentive, which was the only highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, the food was both overpriced and pretentious, failing to deliver the quality or creativity expected from a fine dining experience. We started with an appetizer that cost $38 for just four small pieces of bread and three tiny portions of spread—a shockingly poor value. For my main dish, I ordered the couscous, which turned out to be incredibly simple, consisting of just tomato and onions—something I could easily make at home for $2. The portion was disappointingly small, though I will admit the smoked mushrooms were a nice touch. My wife ordered the mushroom pasta. Again, the serving was minimal, and for a main dish with no protein, the price felt completely unjustified. Flavor-wise, it was uninspired and forgettable. I’ve dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, and while fine dining is often expensive, I have never left feeling both hungry and disappointed. It seems Savory doesn’t understand that fine dining is not about tiny portions and inflated prices—it’s about quality, creativity, and an experience that justifies the cost.

Google
Just had an AMAZING dinner at Savory! The red pepper spread was great along with the Black Cod and Crab Noodle dishes. Atmosphere and view were awesome!

Google
Stumbled into Savory after looking up Whidbey food spots, must say I was blown away! Really enjoyed their Tuesday Tasting menu and wine pairing, TOP TIER experience!!! Will be back for the rest of the menu!

Google
As others have said, portions on the smaller and price on the higher side. Don't come too hungry. Priced like a la carte dining in a michelin restaurant. Bread spread and crab pasta were both great. Wine selection by the glass was so so. Warm and attentive service. Lovely ambiance.

Google
Tried eating here but was turned away because we had a dog despite it saying that dogs were allowed in the outside area and he is a service animal. Not giving 1 star since I think that would be unfair since I didn’t try the restaurant. I understand not all restaurants have to be dog friendly but it would be great if they were more clear with their policies.

Google
I made a reservation a month prior for a Tuesday chef's choice meal and asked if a dairy allergy would be an issue. I was told it would be fine, but on the day they weren't able to accommodate it. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were kind and apologetic, but I chose Savory to celebrate an engagement and the last minute change of plans was disappointing.

Yelp
What a delightful little restaurant. The food is fashion. The service is wonderful. Both my friend and I had the pesto salmon. I had a glass of Merlot, and she the Sauvignon Blanc. A beautiful wine list. We got there at 4 o'clock, and there was already a line! But was able to sit out on the patio. Quite breezy, but they have blankets if you need one. Will always come back.

Yelp
Beautiful Dinning! This place was amazing and the service was impeccable. We came here for a girls dinner and it was not only beautiful but delicious! Thank you for making our trip to the area so special

Yelp
Recently, my husband and I were in Langley for the first time and went to Savory for our last dinner on Whidbey Island. We got there right at 4:00, when they opened, which I recommend, because they get busy quickly--for good reason. Our meals were delicious! They were unlike any pork loin or calamari we had eaten. Additionally, the wait staff was amazing! They took our pictures (we were obviously tourists), chatted with us, and we're generally very attentive. We were so impressed with the entire experience and would recommend visiting to anyone visiting Langley.

Bruce J.

Yelp
Not bad. Food shows good technique; not necessarily great taste/palette. Menu and website talk a good game about a relaxed dining experience; mine was rushed and somewhat pressured, even though the restaurant was half empty. I would try it again -- the location, ambiance, and menu were very good. Today, though, was something of a miss.

Yelp
I would give this a 4.5 if possible but I like to err on the side of positivity. The service here was great and the staff was super friendly. I came here on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm with my boyfriend and 2 dogs and we were seated on the patio. I ordered the carbonara and my boyfriend got the black cod. I enjoyed the carbonara but it wasn't as eggy as I would have liked, and I thought the price was a little steep ($28). I also tried the black cod, which was cooked well but I thought could have been a bit more flavorful, and it was also pretty expensive (~$35, don't remember exact amount). My boyfriend however liked it the way it was. The bread was hot and fresh and the butter was soft and perfectly spreadable. Overall I would say the food was about a 4, 4.5 but the service and ambiance was great!

Yelp
Still our favorite go-to date night dinner spot! Finally tried the carbonara (couldn't stop ordering the short ribs, so dang tender) and it's incredible. Love the wine list and we always like to end with the chocolate cake!

Greg H.

Yelp
Love this cozy little spot in Langley. Get there early or come late as they don't take reservations and they fill up. We eat here every time we come on the island. Service is spot on and the food is spectacular. Good wine list as well. Highly recommend.

Yelp
Came on a Thursday night. Only had to wait about ten minutes. Service was good. We sat in strange oversized chairs that made us feel like tiny people at a huge table. I ordered the short ribs and hubby got the black cod. My hubby thought the cod was perfectly cooked and tasty. My short rib was well cooked but way too sweet for me. It was inedible. Way too much sauce on top of very bland mashed potatoes. A bit pricey. Bottom line is hubby would return and i would not.

Senait Y.

Yelp
Charming restaurant with a great view and friendly staff. We beat the crowd so we were seated immediately. We started with the baguette and a Cesar salad, both were delicious. Caesar was well dressed and very tasty and baguette was soft and warm and served with salted butter. For our entrees, my partner ordered the smoked salmon linguine and I ordered the short ribs and mashed potatoes . Both were beautifully plated but my dish fell a bit short of what I was expecting. Short ribs lacked depth and weren't as tender and the mashed potatoes were bland. I added some of the butter which helped a bit. My partner ordered the smoke salmon linguine which was flavorful and delicious. I would revisit this restaurant however, I would stick with the seafood dishes.

Yelp
Great view of the water, we saw some orcas when we were having dinner. Caesar salad was great, the homemade dressing was excellent. Short ribs were perfect and was served with mashed potatoes. Service- excellent Wine selection- good variety
google avatar

Laurie R.

Yelp
I love everything about this place. The short ribs were cooked perfectly with the most delicious sauce. My hubby had the carbonara and it was perfect. Dessert was delicious Panna Cotta with a unique and refreshing ginger rhubarb topping. By the end of the meal I wanted to run around the block just so I could eat there again. The service was stellar. Views amazing. Great wine selection. I will be back.

Yelp
This restaurant just charmed the hell out of my wife and I tonight. The waitstaff were wonderful, maybe too polite, but in a way that really suits the place. We had a delicious meal that started with a garlic spread on crostini, followed by the pappardelle and cassoulet (pictured). The garlic bread with the slow cooked cassoulet was to die for. We finished the night with a Madeira dessert wine by Rare Wine Cellars. The vibe of this place was perfect for the sleepy town of Langley...it would be an overcrowded mess in a more populated place, and here it can hide as a hidden gem for all who venture out this far. And trust me, there should be people coming out here just to eat at this place!

Yelp
The setting on the patio was lovely. We shared a bowl of the gazpacho for an appetizer. It was a plentiful serving and was scrumptious. We had the pork loin and black cod for our main courses! Both were beautifully prepared. The pork was enough for two so was able to take home to enjoy for another meal. A wonderful place for dinner

Yelp
The stars speak for themselves. Food, service and ambience, along with the outdoor seating and view are all top notch.

Lori D.

Yelp
We have visited Savory three times while staying in Langley. We visited on a Friday night at 4:30 this week and while the food and atmosphere were still good, we felt very rushed this time. The waiter was constantly asking if we were ready to order and once we did, the food arrived in minutes. The dinner was over within an hour. It felt like they wanted to flip the table. We left with half a bottle of wine. This wasn't the dining experience we had hoped for.

Irene V.

Yelp
Wow! The most savory short beef ribs. The meat was so flavorful and fell apart easily. Service was exceptional with a very clean, cozy and warm place.

Yelp
They may have to forcibly remove me from this spot...... We try and come up once every other year or so and they apparently opened just 6 weeks ago. The gentlemen running it were so friendly and welcoming. We sat outside in the sun next to the fire-that-shall-not-be-lit and just had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. Opening a restaurant is not easy and to get everything just right so soon was a testament to the passion of the owners. So how about the food? In a word, fan-freaking-tastic. We had the salmon with a glaze that clearly contained a schedule one prohibited substance (it was that good) and my wife had a lovely salad. Followed that up with an awesome cheese plate (mimolette for the win!) and garlic bread for two. (Pro-tip for you lovebirds, if you both have garlic breath, no one has garlic breath). All in all just a great spot! Can't wait to come back and have another round of wine and good food. No zoom required!

Yelp
Ah-mazing! The ambiance, staff and the food just terrific! We ordered a bottle of wine and the smoked salmon appetizer to start our evening meal. Holy cow the smoked salmon is to die for! Unfortunately you won't get a picture of that because it really didn't last long on our table! I was really hoping there could be free refills on the salmon. For dinner we both ordered the special, salmon Louie since it was so hot out. This salad didn't disappoint. The mixed lettuce, tomato, corn, roasted red pepper, pea shoots and so many other yummy things were so fresh and crisp. And again the salmon...delicious! The dressing tasted like it was made fresh in house! I just can't say enough about how good it was. We also ordered a baguette with butter. Yum! You have to check this place out! Totally worth it!
google avatar

LJ J.

Yelp
This tiny place is lovely - tucked off of the main road and facing the stunning bay. I highly recommend the squid ink pasta. It was delicious! For an appetizer, go for the white bean spread. Yum! Wonderful service and we were able to have our pups on the deck. We will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
We can't rave enough about how much we love this restaurant! We live in NC and travel to Washington state about once a year. August 2022 was our second visit to Savory. We came in 2021 and celebrated our anniversary here, but they were out of the Squid Ink pasta that first attracted our attention. Nevermind, all the other food was excellent, the ambience was so relaxing and the views were stunning. Not to mention the personalized service we received from Stefan and Ron (owners and amazing people!).

Hanna N.

Yelp
Not great. Slow service. Would not return. The best thing there was the bread but it was from Sea biscuit Bakery.
google avatar

Yelp
Wonderful little Restaurant! Staff super friendly and attentive, nice selection of wine and beers and delicious food! We started with some Charcuterie, that had a great selection of meats on it. Really enjoyed the Crostinis as well! I had the Mafalda Carbonara which was utterly delicious and my boyfriend had the Cod & Fennel which he enjoyed really much! We had a wonderful evening on our getaway on Whidbey Island and would recommend this restaurant to everyone!!

Yelp
We were staying in Langley and saw that this place had newly opened so we opted to stop in and put our name on the list. Shortly there after we saw that they had stopped accepting people for the list for the night and were a little curious if that was a good or a bad thing. Turns out that this place is amazing and they are popular as a result. This restaurant has an excellent menu, one that is designed for a full three courses (meaning do order an appetizer, an entrée, and a desert), that are designed to be matched up with wines that they have. If you arrive earlier in the evening you may get lucky and get an outdoor seating spot. No matter, the indoor chairs are comfy and the food is great. For a location that was under staffed we had amazing service with just the right amount of attention. The acoustics are such that you also can have a private conversation with your partner without having to listen to your neighbor or vice versa. The wines are mostly local and quite good. There is no easy parking, so plan on parking 5 minutes away and walking over. The menu is posted on their website. I will personally say that the pasta and soup are fantastic.

D B.

Yelp
Great location. Outside dining was great. Price of food for what was served was a little high, but okay. Service was disappointing. Don't mind higher prices if service is attentive.
google avatar

Tobianne G.

Yelp
My favorite thing about this place is the vibe. The food is great & service is great! But I will come back for the chill, slow down, breathe, enjoy yourself vibe. No need to hurry here. You're on island time. Space is limited, view is beautiful, no reservations.
google avatar

Dominika T.

Yelp
This tiny adorable restaurant spoiled us on every level... delicious pasta and desserts, good wine selection, beautiful views and charming conversations with locals. If you're visiting Whidbey Island - it's an absolute must! No reservations here so prepare to wait for your table - totally worth it!
google avatar

Kate K.

Yelp
My GOODNESS. We had a short amount of time to have a lovely bite before the ferry and this new spot in the heart of Langley did not disappoint. Four of us all had a glass of wine or beer (great selection, wonderful suggestions from our waiter), shared the smoked salmon appetizer (heaven), and all had a bowl of the pasta. The flavors were so spot on and *layered*. Just can not say enough good things about it. We were still talking about it today - at breakfast!
google avatar

John S.

Yelp
The sweetest little place I have ever been to. We recently relocated from Seattle to Langley. This restaurant is so freakin' cute. Maybe only six tables? We sat in cushy laid-back chairs. Our server was expert at food and the treatment of his guests (us). Our food and drink was perfect. The host was perfect. It was a really great experience and I cannot wait to go back.
google avatar

Mary M.

Yelp
A lovely new restaurant in Langley. Spectacular food, gracious owners, comfortable and relaxing. It's a cozy place so most likely you'll have to wait for a table so plan accordingly. The smart people will. It's worth the wait! We tried the Squid ink linguine with shrimp in a light cream sauce(heavenly) and the pork in miso broth with butterscotch glaze(wow!). We started with a delicious Cesar salad and finished off with some lovely desserts. We can wait to return and work our way through the menu!
google avatar

Luisa V.

Yelp
Great food, beautiful atmosphere, amazing view and a very friendly service! We had the short ribs, the squid ink linguine, a side of delicious ratatouille and a fresh and crispy caesar salad. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back!
google avatar

Jim C.

Yelp
Worth the wait! This new spot in Langley is cozy and comfortable with a nice view of the water. As a starter we enjoyed the smoked salmon with creme fraiche, crostini and caper berries. It was very tasty and a great mix of textures. We enjoyed salads and the Caesar was particularly good with a creamy dressing and Spanish anchovies that were not too salty and added a lot to the salad. For main courses we had the glazed salmon and an off menu special of jerked chicken. The jerked chicken was well spiced and served with a cool corn salad, a great combination. The salmon was served over rice with a spiced glaze and was cooked just right. For dessert we shared a chocolate pot de creme......this was really amazing, not too sweet and a near perfect consistency. We had a nice selection of wines that complemented out meal well. We'll be back......

Mark V.

Yelp
An exceptional experience, even if it didn't have incredible views of the Saratoga Passage and Camano Island. No reservations are taken, but put your name in stroll around town as you wait...it's worth it! There are only three upscale restaurants in Langley and all frequently have long waits for a table - we got lucky - in fact my wife and I ate at Savory on consecutive nights! Superior food, atmosphere, and service. Ron (one of the owners) is particularly attentive to ensure all diners are getting the best service. The food? Try the Caesar salad, Black Cod, Papardelle pasta, and oh my - the baguette with salted French butter - just mouthwatering! See you next time I'm on Whidbey - thanks Savory!

Yelp
This restaurant was absolutely, hands down 5-stars+++ From the moment we entered this gem RIGHT ON THE WATER in downtown Langley (Whidbey Island) and greeted by top-notch staff and the owners, we knew we were in for a treat. And indeed, we had such a stellar evening. We were a group of 5 and every single dish was A+++ Had both the smoked salmon and white bean/garlic spread as our two appetizers, followed by two Caesar salads then we divided and conquered on dinner so we could all share bites - two braised beef short ribs - boneless beef short ribs slowly braised with tamarind & roasted garlic, served over Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes with a reduction of the braising juices (OMG), one miso, ginger & Arbol chili braised pork over their house blend of basmati & wild rice, topped with a miso butterscotch glaze (OMG), one Mafalda Carbonara - curly Mafalda noodles tossed with roasted garlic, julienned prosciutto, Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh farm egg and cracked black pepper (OMG) and one Squid Ink Linguine (WOWZA) - tossed in white wine, cream, garlic & lemon zest with sautéed shrimp, diced tomatoes & fresh parsley (OMG). We had such an amazing time with the nicest staff (ask for Jim or Phillip) and the owners are absolute gems. It was WELL-WORTH the rainy drive from Seattle. We will be back, not soon enough. Tip: they don't take reservations so get there early to be sure you get a table. YUM!
google avatar

Diana Y.

Yelp
Wow. What a phenomenal evening. We were so impressed with the attentive friendly service, the cozy vibe, and the food was fantastic! Best Caesar salad I've every had. The soup of the day was vegan tarragon tomato and fantastic. Delicately balanced. Delectable moist salmon entree with wonderful wild rice. Can't wait to return. Great location in town with fantastic view during the daytime.

Yelp
We live on Whidbey and could not be more excited to add Savory to our list of favorite restaurants. I had the Mafalda Carbonara. OMG, it was crazy good. The noodles they use just grab the super rich, egg yokey, cheesey sauce that is loaded with crispy fried prosciutto. I mean loaded. Stefen our server and owner could not be more attentive. This place is going to be packed all hours. We had to wait an hour so we grabbed a glass of wine around the corner. It was so worth the wait . Thank you for coming to Whidbey Savory!

Susan S.

Yelp
Had read all the reviews and I must say, our experience was not even close to most of the reviews. We arrived at 4:15pm December 14th for our anniversary dinner. Only 1 other dinner was there. We ordered a bottle of wine and while enjoying a glass, I watched the other patron order the goat cheese app which takes around 15 minutes. I saw it delivered and then his entree was delivered about 5 minutes later which gave him no time to enjoy his app. He left fairly quickly. We both ordered the Caesar salad with anchovies. The romaine was cut into tiny pieces and there was not any zing to the dressing. It was basically just lettuce with a couple of anchovies. No croutons, just a couple of toasted slices of bread. My husband ordered the short rib served with gravy and sour cream mashed potatoes. His ordered arrived in a lop sided bowl with so much gravy on it, we both thought the gravy was going to spill out of the lower side. In fact, there was so much gravy that we couldn't even see the mashed potatoes or the short rib. The short rib was fairly tender, but did not have much taste and the potatoes essentially turned into liquid potato soup under all the hot gravy. I ordered the Carbonara which was just OK. There was a lot of it and I basically left half of it. My husband also left most of his. We did not take a chance on desert after our experience. So, a bottle of wine ($60), 2 salads, 2 entrees and $179 with tip. They had a friend from Seattle waiting on our table. After our salads, we left our knives and forks on the salad plate expecting new ones with the entrees. He told us to take our silverware and save it for the entrees. We did, but put them on our napkins as a precaution in the days of COVID. When he brought the entrees, he also brought spoons and set them on the tabletop. I felt like we were in a diner. The waiter and the owner manning the front spent most of our time there talking. There were also a couple of extra people in the kitchen with the chef. Their conversations got louder and louder. We left about an hour or so after arriving and there were no other diners when we left. We went across the street to another restaurant (where we had a lovely dinner the night before) and had an appetizer and desert as we were still hungry and wanted a sweet ending to our anniversary dinner which we got, no thanks to Savory.

Yelp
We love this new gem in Langley. They do a very fine job with food and presentation. We have gone early just for appetizers and the amazing view (when the weather was more conducive to outdoor dining), and in the evening just for tea and dessert, as well as for full dinners with friends and family. The cheese board is lovely. The service is top notch. I love that they are slightly hidden from Main Street. It makes it feel like a precious secret that you've been let in on. I know that they tried to ensure that they offer something different from other restaurants in the area, and they do. I look forward to dining with them for years to come. They are able to accommodate me being a vegetarian and my husband who has celiac disease.

Yelp
Savory is a gem. The kind of place you really don't want to tell anyone about because you're afraid you won't be able to get in .....but, that doesn't seem quite fair, so - here we go. Savory is teeny-tiny, with a beautiful view of the water. The mood is elegant and attentive but at the same time comfy and unpretentious. After only being open a few months I could hear the owner greeting most of the customers by name - this is clearly as much of a calling as a business. The food is thoughtful and flavorful featuring local ingredients, gentle twists on familiar favorites and all very approachable. The wine list is focused locally and has clearly been carefully curated. There are no reservations taken and the waiting list fills immediately, I would recommend arriving 15 minutes or more before they open on the night you hope to dine.

Diane R.

Yelp
Had the short ribs (great flavor!) and my partner had the fresh homemade pasta. Chocolate duo for dessert. We REALLY liked it! Get your order in by 8:30pm. The owners are super hands on and sweet. They really care. Great experience:))

Aaron R.

Yelp
A real miss. The system to try and even eat here is... just don't bother. We managed to fix our evening with a great dinner nearby so there are other options!

Ashlee N.

Yelp
First of all the ambience when you walk in is so cozy and welcoming. But glamorous and comforting at the same time. We were instantly greeted and seated. While this place is small and quaintly nestled in the corner of town it's menu provided an ample selection of food, wine and craft beers. The food was absolutely delicious and the dessert was just the right amount of sweet you need to end a perfect and I mean perfect dinner date with friends, family or loved ones!! Highly recommended and we will be back again and again!

Yelp
This place is so cute! The view from the deck is amazing (waterfront) and the inside feels so cute and intimate. The waiter was very polite and everyone loved their food. We had the carbonara, tagliatelle, and squid ink linguine. All of which were excellent!

Talia F.

Yelp
If I could give this restaurant 6/5 I would! What a special place. The outdoor patio is dreamy! Amazing fire pit with such great tables to watch the sunset. Better than the patio is the food and service! Black cod is PERFECT and the veggies are seasoned to perfection! We loved chatting with Ron and could really tell how passionate he was about the restaurant! The cheese plate was also beyond delightful. No reservations so get your name on the waitlist early!!! We will be back! Thanks Ron and Stephen
google avatar

Yelp
What a gem! Escaped to Langley for a few days and pleasantly surprised to find this fantastic new restaurant in town. Ambience, service, food all amazing! Seating is limited, so plan accordingly. Ron and Stephan do an excellent job of welcoming you and serving delicious fare. We had the short ribs and pasta carbonara and both were excellent! Highly recommend Savory and look forward to returning the next time we come to the island!

Yelp
Quite the find! This wonderful, new restaurant on Whidbey Island is a gem. We sat on their patio which has the best view in town. The food was superb. The owners were so kind and accommodating. We will definitely return.

Mary Claire C.

Yelp
We had arrived in town at 7:30pm and wanted a nice dinner. The hours posted were until 9 but we were told that he'd have to check with the kitchen to see if we could be seated. Lucky us they allowed us to eat there. The chairs were arm chairs that were impossible to position comfortably at the table. We were seated so close to another table that we could clearly hear their intense conversation. In fact we could hear everyone's voices over ours. There were endless fruit flies flying around us. I killed 4. The cheese was good. I had the fish which was a mild white flake fish on a bed of plain rice. But the glaze ruined it. It was a spicy teriyaki that way over powered the fish. It was the only flavor of the dish and it was awful. The server asked how we like our food and when I told him he got very defensive. He said that everyone else who ordered it liked it trying to invalidate my opinion. I think he said "flavor palette" a dozen times. It was only one flavor and it was horrible. Over priced pretentiousness in a cramped fly ridden space. Our first dinner in Washington was a bust.

Jeffrey P.

Yelp
I found this place on accident while on a roadtrip, and it was hands down the best food I had that month. The semi open kitchen was awesome given the size of the dining room, it felt very homey but this place was several steps above home cooking. You will not be disappointed

Elisabeth P.

Yelp
We adored this place, the inside has the feel of an elegant old living room, with some mismatched furniture and bottles of great wine on the walls. The food, particularly the dessert, was fantastic. So glad that we got in! One of our best experiences on Whidbey island.

Hal M.

Yelp
What a great find! The food was excellent (the Carbonara shocked me!), the wine list was clearly expertly curated and the service was friendly and engaging. DO NOT skip the cookies or chocolate cake for dessert. Sophisticated dining on Whidbey Island. Great job to the team at Savory and thanks for an excellent meal.

Barb W.

Yelp
A perfect pub ... owners that care and connect to patrons, really good pub food choices, sports on the TVs... and great staff!!! Outside seating options and good ambiance inside.
