First time in and we find a close, tight, and not intimate dining room that still has a warm feel to it. Wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable on the menu, and helpful. They are skilled in being "seen but not noticed" as they fill glasses and bus tables. Food is a cajon-fusion flare. It is well seasoned and cooked to order. Absolutely delicious. Expect to pay over $100 on this gem of fine dining in Tallahassee. Without a reservation, expect a wait.

Our first time at Savour was excellent! The service was amazing from beginning to end. David helped make our first experience wonderful! We got our reservation the day before and we weren’t able to book a seat in the dining room at the time we were wanting but secured a high top near the bar. I would prefer to sit in the dining room next time as the bar area was a bit loud for me especially for this type of setting. I had the bouillabaisse and it was excellent. The broth was well seasoned and the dish was loaded with seafood. I would have preferred the bread on the side with the rouille to spread myself but that’s being picky. It was simply lovely. My husband had the ribeye and said it was perfectly cooked. Presentation was amazing. We also added the bayou mac and cheese to our meal because I can’t pass it up. It was realllly good. Well seasoned and cheesy and also used my favorite pasta, cavatappi!! Again, being picky, but the pasta would be epic with crawfish especially with the bayou/cajun moniker. Definitely on our list of places to return.

This is my all time favorite restaurant in Tallahassee. First of all, the service is top notch. They’re very attentive and they make you feel special. When I made the reservation I put in the notes that it was a late Valentine’s dinner and they remembered when they sat us and said Happy Valentine’s. They also wrote it on a note on our take home bag. It’s the small details! And the food was some of the best I’ve had. The pecking duck flatbread appetizer was amazing, it had a kick of a chili-glaze sauce with sweet molasses to balance it out. My husband loved his steak (which was cooked perfectly) especially with the salt & vinegar fries. And the chicken I had was extremely tender and flavorful, I could pull it apart with just a fork. The mac n cheese was perfectly cheesy and creamy. And the bread pudding finished it all off being warm and soft on the inside, with the buttery flakey crust on the outside. Topped with a crisp streusel topping. We just couldn’t stop saying how good everything was the whole night and days after. If you’re looking for a new restaurant for a special occasion I highly recommend them to be your next spot, you won’t be disappointed!

We thoroughly enjoyed our first time visit with this restaurant! The food (tender steaks and cooked to perfection), the service with Gabrielle (Great recommendations, attentive , friendly , and polite), and the atmosphere was perfect! The owner takes the time to confirm that you have an enjoyable visit! Nice touch! Thank you and we will be back again!

It was our 10th anniversary and my wife was looking for a new nice restaurant for us to try. She found Savour, read a few reviews, suggested the place to me, and made our reservations. When I read the reviews about how couples were offered a complimentary glass of either champagne or wine, and received a handwritten note from the staff welcoming them and thanking them for choosing their establishment to celebrate, I was really looking forward to our experience. It was very busy and LOUD when we walked in, no doubt thanks to it being 8:30 pm on a Friday night a week before Valentine's Day, and the legislature will soon be in session, so there are a lot of suits in town. Nevertheless, we were warmly greeted, our table was "prepared" and we were taken to it immediately. Much to my disappointment, there was neither a note (but remember it was a Friday night and the place was jam-packed, so I figured there was no time for note writing) nor a complimentary beverage... HOWEVER, we were offered and we _gladly_ accepted a complimentary dessert at the end of our main course. We started with the Korean BBQ beef tips with pineapple sweet and sour kimchi. Although served in a "small" cast iron dish, there was more than enough for the two of us. The beef tips were sooooo tender and yummy! And the kimchi had a beautiful balance of heat and flavors that nicely complimented the subtle sweetness of the beef tips. There was no discernable pineapple flavor, which made me happy! For our main courses, my wife ordered the char grilled filet mignon with caramelized onions and smoked mushroom relish, asparagus, and housemade Worcestershire. She also ordered a side of the seasonal mac and cheese. I had the ribeye with heirloom carrots and garlic mashed potatoes. I don't recall what the sauce under the potatoes was - neither the name nor the flavor - so it probably didnt need to be there. Regardless, rest assured BOTH meals were absolutely, fabulously delicious!! And the two white Russian cocktails I had were divine. For our complimentary, celebratory dessert, we shared and LOVED the Foster's banana creme brulee. It was petite, but after the first two courses, we were secretly relieved for the smaller serving. It was so very tasty - not too sweet, and perfectly brulee'd! Yummmmmm... We can't wait to go again!! And highly recommend Savour for a lovely, delicious, unrushed evening.

I made a reservation, via Open Table, for my birthday. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the hostess. She escorted me to my table and there on the table was a hand written card from the owners of the restaurant. ..talk about customer service! My waiter was Sam and he was absolutely amazing! He made sure to check on me often and was genuinely invested in my dining experience. Sam recommended the Italian sausage balls as my appetizer and the dish was sumptuous! I asked for a "girly" beverage...sweet but not too much alcohol and he whipped up one without hesitation. For my entree, I ordered the Chicken Francaise, minus the heirloom tomatoes and Olive Orzo. I also treated myself to a side of their Bayou macaroni and cheese. Overall, the food was good and I had more than enough to take home. My only complaint was that the rice was lukewarm. For dessert, I was gifted the Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding. It was simply to die for! It was well seasoned, moist, and hot. To the entire staff at Savour, thank you for making my birthday a glorious celebration. Although this was my first time dining at Savour, it certainly won't be my last experience!

My Wife and I went to Savour for our Anniversary dinner. The entire experience was exceptional! We were greeted politely and were graciously given a choice between a complimentary glass of champagne or wine for our special night (we chose champagne to celebrate). We were seated and we both noted that the lighting was perfect, not too bright or dark and the ambience in the restaurant was very enjoyable. We ordered an appetizer (Cast-Iron BBQ Gulf Shrimp) which was delightful. The cocktails we got were also amazing. Full of flavor, but still nice and strong (lol)! I ordered the Chargrilled Filet Mignon and she got the Bone-in Veal Chop for our entrées. Both were beyond delicious and cookes to perfection! We would 100% recommendend Savour for any special occasion, or if you just want a delightfully delicious and enjoyable experience!! Two thumbs up, 10 out of 10!! Loved it! 💯👍👍

My husband brought me here to celebrate my birthday. Everything was superb, from cocktail ls at the bar to complimentary birthday dessert. The ambience sublime. Service by Gabrielle was top notch and the food delicious! It was our first visit here as new residents, but is the first of many more to come!

Yelp
Excellent service and amazing food and drinks. My wife had the ribeye and I had the New York strip and both were cooked to perfection.

Yelp
Make sure to get reservations in advance because this is the place to be in downtown Tallahassee. It is a small restaurant and starting at 5pm it is extremely crowded. Definitely a local hotspot. The owner and servers are very accommodating and friendly. I ordered filet mignon, Wolverine drink, and key lime pie for dessert. The steak was good quality and a large piece of meat (matched with price). The steak sauce they make is very very good and I asked for extra as the filet was charbroiled. It came with asparagus but I asked for carrots which I also enjoyed. The filet did not come with a carb- which I actually appreciated. Only steak and vegetables felt like a clean, protein-packed meal (minus the key lime pie). I did not love the key lime pie. It was definitely good, just not the best I've ever had... which would probably have to be in St. John USVI or Key West.. it was tart, which was nice- but sort of dense either with sugar or butter... it felt more like a very thick lemon bar style key lime pie. There was also not enough of the topping cream to complement the tart lime and texture of the pie. Overall it is a good place with a great somewhat romantic atmosphere that seems more like a fantastic date night location. Worth a visit for sure.

Yelp
Everything great - drinks, food, service, and setting. I had the Sweet Tea brined Pork Chop which was just awesome. Huge Thanks!

Yelp
Very good food and nice atmosphere. One of the best restaurants in Tallahassee. It is very hard to get a reservation so that is disappointing.

Yelp
Don't send three ladies to this place and expect them not to show out. We ordered all the things. The whipped feta was my favorite (blueberry compote on the side). The snapper was just ok, hard to explain. The mac and cheese, carrots and mashed potatoes were the stars of the side show. The brussels and fries again were fine, but not as flavorful as I expected. The dessert was a great late night snack. Beautiful decor. The drink selection was excellent. Our server was friendly and full of suggestions.

Yelp
OMG!!! Chefs kiss!! Savour is PHENOMENAL and I regret waiting so long to check it out. The ambiance is cozy and definitely gives a high end French quarter feel. The food is absolutely delectable and the attention to detail is superb. I highly recommend and I will definitely be returning soon.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant, delicious food, perfect cocktails, impeccable attention. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
My wife and I had dinner at Savour last night. This location has changed hands several times over the last ten years and each restaurant has been consistently good. Caesar's salad: Good but a little too warm and over-dressed. Ahi tuna appetizer: The tuna was of excellent quality but the sauce drowned out the flavor. Barbecue Shrimp: OK. Tasted like someone dumped a bottle of seasoning on them and added cayenne. Crispy Brussels Sprouts: Excellent French Fries: Heavy, not crisp, and tasted like they used the same seasoning as the shrimp, minus the cayenne.

Yelp
First off- the service was impeccable. The best/most accommodating service I've ever received at a restaurant, seriously! They typically offer parties 2-6 for reservations and they were willing to accommodate our party of 8. Our server was incredibly sweet and funny! They customized my mocktail based on flavors I requested (it was delish!) and finally they brought back a rotating menu item for the graduating girl in our party. The food was yummy! Totally recommend the Brussels sprouts. Amazing bread/butter! I The aesthetic is SO CUTE! The bathrooms are stocked with hygiene products. Truly had a great time here, you can tell the vibe in a place is good when the conversations flow effortlessly. Great time!

Yelp
‡‡‡ UPDATE ‡‡‡ Another date night at Savour and it was fantastic...again. The Service: Alex, Jess, Sam! The Vibe. The Drinks. The Food: Grits & Greens, Bronze Grouper Vera Cruz, Chocolate Bread Pudding. Added more photos...

Yelp
Ambience, service, and food are all excellent. The venue itself is small, a little dark, and always busy but not crowded during dining and happy hours. The cocktails are especially delicious. Recommended coming during happy hour as this place is pretty pricey

Yelp
What a lovely place for a romantic dinner! The chandeliers over the bar are dazzling. The decor is chic yet cozy. We were greeted warmly and seated at a table for two in comfortable high back upholstered chairs. I started with the spinach salad which was fresh, but I didn't love the flavor of something in there. My friend had the escargot pot pie, and loved it. For the entrees, I ordered the vegetable stew and he had the charcuterie and cheese board. The stew did not have much flavor so I used all of the truffle oil I was given. A few of the vegetables were crunchy which isn't what one would expect in a stew. The pacing of the meal was a bit off since we hadn't finished our appetizers when the entrees arrived. One of the owners apologized for that when my friend gently pointed it out. Our adorable waitress recommended the chocolate martini since we didn't want dessert. I gave in. Beautiful presentation and tasted like it should. All in all, a delightful experience with just a few minor issues. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I have to say that the ambience and service we got and that I observed from other servers was great. It's a fine dining establishment for sure. The cocktail I got was really good and they had several signature cocktails that I wanted to try. The appetizer we got was a special for the day with a glazed pork belly served on slaw on a piece of cornbread. They all tasted good but the dish lacked cohesiveness in my opinion. The pork chop served with stewed tomatoes and okra was very good. I'm not an okra fan but that part was delicious. The pork chop wasn't bad but charred in a couple places and a little overcooked overall. I wish they offered the pork chop medium or medium well. My wife had the scallops served with corn and beans. They were cooked really well and tasted good. The corn and beans were cold and took away from the dish overall. Overall, the food was good but missed a couple marks from making it great. The other people dining seemed to enjoy the restaurant so maybe it was just what we got that made us feel the food wasn't as good as the service and ambience, which was excellent. The menu does have a good number of options, so I'd be willing to try it again.

Yelp
Been here a few times the last time the lighting was better and more inviting. The duck flatbread was amazing! And the steak always a hit. We did order a seafood dish don't recall the name and it was ok definitely stick to the meats.

Yelp
I've been coming to Tallahassee 4-5 times per year for 10 years. I don't know when Savour opened, but wow have I been missing out. Walked out of the Doubletree and turned towards one of my usual spots and spotted Savour. Looked in the window and saw a bar and sat down. Drew introduced himself and shook my hand, while introducing me to Victor at the bar. Nice ambiance, cool music playing and even the noise from the other diners blended. Old Fashion was perfect, along with a Caesar salad. The Ribeye was well marbled but not too fatty. Great glass of Pinot and conversation. Can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Once again the food was excellent. Very sophisticated flavors in the poke appetizers, shrimp with grits and Thai snapper. Great ambiance and service!!! Cannot go wrong.

Yelp
I have heard about this place for years but finally got the chance to experience it for myself. It is definitely deserving of all the praise it gets and it truly is one of the top places in town. First word of advice be sure to book a reservation. Place was packed on a Thursday so luckily we knew to make reservations. We started off with drinks, and all the cocktail are named after superheroes and are super strong by the way. We had the Ironman, Superman, Wolverine, and Phoenix cocktail. All of them were fantastic and there were several others I plan to try the next time I am here. Our server Tristan's was very helpful to us with helping us to decide on what drinks to have and did a wonderful job explaining the menu to us and provided some great recommendations. For our appetizers we had the BBQ Shrimp and Bison Meatballs. Both of them were fantastic. Shortly after our entrees arrived and the taste of everything was fantastic. Items on the table consisted of Filet Mignon, NY Strip, Shrimp and Grits, and Blackened Grouper. I had the opportunity to try a little bit of everything and it was all cooked and seasoned perfectly. Even as stuffed as we were, we couldn't turn down the chance to try the dessert. We had the brulee and the peanut butter chocolate ganache pie. Eating at Savour was a fantastic experience that everyone should experience at least once.

Yelp
Had such a wonderful experience with my family here on my graduation weekend. The owner gave me a complimentary glass of wine, as she said they do for all graduates which is so sweet. The grilled shrimp appetizer was delicious & cooked perfectly. The sticky beef tips were also delicious, they were slightly crispy with a slightly sweet orange-type of sauce. Additionally, our waitress Jessie was fantastic. Overall, such a great experience & I highly recommend for anyone wanting to eat a nice dinner in Tallahassee.

Yelp
You are paying for the atmosphere, food was good, service exceeded expectations. Good for an occasion, would dine again.

Yelp
The male host on the phone was very kind and got us in last minute. Ambiance is classy and eclectic. Seating is comfortable. Owner gave my daughter and her boyfriend complimentary glass of champagne because they were graduation from FSU. Very nice surprise. Service is exceptional from start to finish. Starter of soft goat cheese with blueberry rosemary compost and roasted pitas was so flavorful and delishes. Our main dishes were fish special and steak all were Flavorful. If you are wanting a meal prepared in a new way with lots unique flavors and the potato purée infused and all blends well together with the fish and steak then call and make your reservation right now. The owners both came to the table at various times to see how experience and meals were. Spent a second talking with us. Nice touch. Let's talk about the most amazing bread pudding we have ever had. Light, flavorful and delishes. We order a peanut pie and crème brûlée that was out of this world too. You will leave Savour happy, relaxed and extremely satisfied.

Yelp
Still my favorite restaurant in Tallahassee. The food is outstanding, the restaurant itself is warm and welcoming, the service is attentive, and the owners are incredibly engaged. It can be hard to get a reservation but we snagged a high top by the bar. They have a charging list of inventive cocktails, which is a great way to start the evening. I started with a wedge salad which is served with onion straws on top. That adds a nice texture to the salad. I then had one their evening specials: bison meatloaf. OMG was this fantastic. The meatloaf was moist and packed with flavor, and the house made bbq sauce was exceptional. And the serving was huge! I had enough for dinner the next night. There have 2 sides that I absolutely adore. The first is their onion rings which, sadly, have rotated of the menu. But the truffle Mac and cheese is on the menu and it's wonderful. Cavatappi pasta is covered in a rich cheese sauce that has just the right amount of truffle. They say that these sides can be shared, but who are they kidding. One bite and you will not be sharing it with anyone. Drew, the owner, has shared always been there when I've eaten there. But what I find wonderfully impressive is that he not only greets and seats customers and checks in in every table, but if sees something needing to be bussed or cleaned he takes care of it himself. What a way to lead by example. I can't wait for my next visit.

Yelp
I Love Savour. Great ambience, great food, and best of all, a great bartender, Victor. They make you feel so welcome when you walk in the door and nothing disappoints. First, there's Victor. 5 stars for him. Creative drinks, knowledgeable, great wit and humor. He can whip up something for you that's delectable based on what your taste buds are craving at the moment. The food is always top notch and they don't mind modifying the menu to please you. I have a tick-borne disease and cannot eat mammal meats. No problem for Savour. The owner is a chef as well so he comes up with great creations in collaboration with his chef. The ambiance is what you need it to be. Romantic? Yep, you have it. Fun? Yep, you have it. Business meeting? Yep, you can do it there. Several "private" booth spaces are an extra nice touch for your evening. If nothing else, stop by and let Victor whip you up a signature cocktail. You may have only come for the drink, but you'll end ip eating and you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
I consider this review a 4.5 rating. I googled best restaurants in Tallahassee and Savour was high on the list. I dined with a friend. We both had baby iceberg wedge salads. They were tremendous. Fresh, crunchy, delicious. My friend ordered steak frites and I had the Thai snapper. His steak was huge and it was cooked perfectly. It was tender. He took half of it home. My snapper was a generous portion and very firm with amazing seasonings. The vegetables were crunchy. Savour has a very good cocktail list. The drinks are very creative. We passed on dessert. Two negatives: the restaurant was full and incredibly loud. I had trouble hearing our conversation. One waiter was annoyingly loud too. The menu was somewhat limited. Just a handful of items to choose from. Something like eight entree choices. But, I'm sure all are delicious!! I'd go back for sure.

Yelp
I've been visiting Tallahassee for years. My daughter is an FSU student. We've tried many restaurants in the city many are mediocre at best. However, Savour is absolutely delicious and a pure delight. The food was incredibly delicious & the service was top notch. We met the owner he was so friendly and took the time to get to know us. It's been a long time we had an owner make us feel special when we are ordinary people. He made us feel like we were celebrities. I would highly recommend Savour to anyone looking for a fine meal and experience. This restaurant is a GEM! I know if this restaurant was in a big city like Miami it would be booked for months. Thank you for an outstanding experience! We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Yelp
The food is outstanding. The service is five stars. The ambience is beautiful. We had a spectacular dinner. The owner's are amazing!

Yelp
Good food with a New Orleans slant to many items. It's divided into two long narrows spaces, and the bar can actually be more pleasant compared to the dining room, depending on whether you are seated next to an obnoxiously loud six-top like we were. Interesting cocktail list, and a nice selection of wines by the glass. Friendly service.
google avatar

Yelp
After many recommendations, I decided to book a dinner for my husband and my sixth anniversary. We were greeted right away and made to feel special on our day with the word we would get complimentary champagne to celebrate. The server was helpful with recommendations and noting the specials. We decided to go with the burnt ends that came with grilled baguette for dipping in the au jus-like sauce the burnt ends came in. The burnt ends were so tender and closer to a day long cooked roast than bbq burnt ends. We had to get extra bread to sop up all the marinated goodness and our server read our minds before we could even ask. My blackened grouper was cooked to perfection and laid atop coconut rice. We ended the night with bread pudding that rivals some from NOLA. Lets not forget their superhero cocktail menu because my Superwoman drink and Gambit helped everything go down nicely.

Alex H.

Yelp
Great food, rude staff. The hostess refused to sit our party of 5 at a booth even though we had reservations. If you're just going here on a date night the food is excellent, but if you want staff that will do a good job waiting on you look elsewhere. Sad to spend $500 on dinner/drinks and be forced to sit someone you don't like. Try the huntsman instead. We won't be back.

Yelp
Went recently for a second visit. It's a touch pricey in my opinion but does offer a unique experience. It is stuffy yet comfortable and fun. Wouldn't seem to be a successful combo but it works, there. The service has been good all three visits. The bar area is casual and was lively when we have been there while the main dining area was quiet and more stately. It's what you make of it but I would not shy away and intend on making a 4th visit in a few weeks time.
google avatar

Concerned C.

Yelp
Fantastic. So far may favorite place in Tallahassee. Classy yet not stuffy. From the courtesy the moment you walk in to the staff constantly checking on you to the owner coming by to make sure everything is OK. Fantastic. And the food... Fantastic. Will definitely be returning!

Danielle A.

Yelp
As always, the service is top-notch, the food is excellent, and the ambience of the restaurant is so comforting. I've been here several times and I've never had a bad meal. I particularly love the monthly charity drink, and it never disappoints. This month's was a women's veteran charity, which speaks to my heart!

Yelp
This restaurant came with a recommendation from a local It's did not disappoint! The food was delicious! The service impeccable and the ambiance so elegant ! When in town I will be back again An extra kudos to the bartender and team they are awesome!

Yelp
A Must in Tallahassee! Totally Lovely Place to Dine! Downtown amongst the oak trees that are elegantly lite is Savour. As you enter you are greeted by well dressed and very polite staff. The bar area is beautiful! Have a cocktail while your table is prepared. Mine was a passion fruit martini made to perfection. Once seated with a very nice wine list and menu the fine dining began We began with the whipped feta cheese appetizer Totally delicious with the jam and pita and feta. We also had the Marconi and cheese it was perfect Al dente My entree was the grouper which was cooked to perfection. My husband is a vegetarian he enjoyed the grits and greens a most wonderful entree. My daughter enjoyed the grouper as well. The wine was perfectly paired with the meal, Silver Oak, Alexander Valley, CA. As it was my husbands birthday he was treated to the peanut butter ganache pie which was fabulous! We all three enjoyed it. For a night out, fine dining experience I highly recommend Savour.

Dave O.

Yelp
Food quality has gone down recently. Veal chop very tough, Mac n cheese very salty. I don't know if there is new cook staff but they need to improve QA.

Yelp
Exquisite. This is one of the best restaurants we have in Tallahassee the Quality of Food and Service is unmatched. I've been three weeks in a row already. Appetizer: Beef Burnt Ends so flavorful. Dinner: You can't go wrong with the chicken or pork. Deasert: We had a blueberry bread pudding with a lemon icing some of the best I have had! Loved the key lime pie it is so tangy . Make a reservation. They have a dinner special and dessert special that frequently changes. BEST IN CLASS: Fine Dining

Yelp
Our anniversary! We chose to celebrate 23 yrs married here! It was amazing! I booked our reservation online & had added it was for our anniversary. I say this b/c at another in-town restaurant when I marked special occasion it wasn't acknowledged so I wasn't sure what to expect. Not only did Kim (owner) greet us but acknowledged we were early (I had called thinking we might be a few minutes late) & wished us a happy anniversary! She told us we would also receive each a glass of champagne! How touching, even if my husband didn't partake (not a wine/champagne fan) tho he was offered a beer in place. And our table was set with a sweet frame again acknowledging our special occasion. The champagne flute was beautiful! We started dinner with the Honey & Bourbon burnt ends, my hubby got the signature drink of the month (I forgot the name) then I ordered the Phoenix. For our entrees I ordered the Miso-glazed Redfish served over 'dirty' fried rice while hubby ordered the Southwest Rubbed Bistro Tender! I loved my fish but wasn't as impressed with the rice & have no idea where the bok choy was. The corn & sweet potato fries with the Tender were amazing so was the Tender - cooked perfectly! For desert my husband ordered the adult key lime (which was served with a 'taste' of Moscato to counter the tartness of the lime while I let our server (who's name I forgot but she was phenomenal) chose the Peanut Butter Whiskey & Banana Crème Brûlée for me. I also chose an espresso & combined it with cream & a shot of peanut butter whiskey to accompany my dessert. We now know why Savour has been one of Tallahassee's top restaurants & we will be celebrating more, even it's just an ordinary day. Thank you Drew & Kim!!

Yelp
I really enjoyed my first visit to Savour. Emphasis on the first because I plan to return. The atmosphere is chic and certainly fine dining nestled in the heart of Downtown Tallahassee. We were greeted and seated promptly! Alyssa took great care of us, she was suuuuuper attentive. I tried one of the custom cocktails. The drink menu apparently changes often and this time they were named after Superheroes. I tried the Superman. It wasn't terribly sweet, but I enjoyed it all the same. My date started with a Caesar salad. The dressing had an interesting bite to it... somewhat of a mayonnaisey taste we decided. Still good. On to the entrees. I tried the pork schnitzel! It was the special and it did not disappoint! The meat was seasoned and fried to perfection! The accompanying corn, Lima and tomato succotash was super tasty. My friend tried the burnt ends and the Mac and cheese. I really enjoyed the latter. My friend wasn't crazy about it. For me it was exactly as Mac and cheese should taste at a fine dining establishment. I didn't try the burnt ends. For dessert we split the peanut butter pie. It had an Oreo crust and the peanut butter filling was sweet, smooth and delicious. There was a layer of dark chocolate ganache on top we both felt we could've done without. All in all a wonderful meal, great ambiance, lovely service and delightful company!

Yelp
Savour is located in the old Avenue Eat & Drink space. My friend joined me there for a birthday dinner. The customer service is excellent! I came in to the owner asking how I was and welcoming to the restaurant. My friend made the reservation and he and the waiter ,Mitchell, knew my name and knew about my birthday! Really nice! They offered a free dessert! Peanut butter pie with a candle and a decoration. Fir our meals, we shared the pickled beet salad and the barbecue shrimp. I didn't care for the salad. The dressing didn't give me a lot of flavor, but I realize that is more of a personal preference because my friend liked it. The barbecue shrimp was delicious. It came with a sauce and bread to dip in it. I was hoping that they would be in shell, but I know that isn't appropriate for a classy restaurant. For my main course I had redfish with a veggie"dirty rice". My friend had the duck with hericot vert. Both were delicious!! Overall I really enjoyed the food and experience and will definitely be back.

Yelp
Enjoyed this place for dinner while in Tallahassee for work last week. Service was fantastic and the food was great as well. Salt and vinegar fries were so good and the beef tips (just ordered the app rather than get a big entree) and it was more than enough.

Yelp
From the moment we walked in we knew this was going to be good. No reservations and met by the hostess / owner she put the process in motion. Sit over here. Grab a drink and. We will find a spot at the bar. Must try is the croquettes. Then salad ,Denver steak and shrimp/grits! All perfect. Overall just a great experience.

Yelp
Passing thru on our way to Sarasota. Read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Sat at the bar. I must say Sam and Jake two very personable young men took very good care of me and my beautiful girlfriend. Delicious expertly crafted cocktails, wonderful duck wings, shrimp appetizers . Nice vibe... you'll enjoy it!!!

Yelp
Without question one of the best places to eat in Tallahassee. Upscale restaurant ambience, and food to match. We have been there with large parties and small and always consistent with exceptional food and service.

Yelp
The food was delicious! We enjoyed the experience and our waiter was very helpful with selecting food and wine pairings. The hue is a nicer restaurant so come prepared for a fancier atmosphere and fancier food. Definitely a must for date night!

Yelp
Everything about this dining experience was perfection. Let me start off by saying the first person you see when you walk into the restaurant is the owner. I found that so charming and personal! For a Thursday night at 8 they were pretty busy, but thankfully the owner found us a high top in the bar area. Victor and the other bartender were wonderful and took good care of us. The décor was so romantic and cozy, the chandeliers were just beautiful. Definitely a good first impression, and it only got better from there. To start we got their burnt ends. I had read the menu wrong and thought they were cold, so I was a little put off by that, but thankfully Victor clarified that they were not and they came highly recommended by him. They came in a mini iron skillet with some ciabatta bread. My only complain is I wish it came with just a tiny bit more because the juices were too good to not soap up with the bread. The burnt ends were so flavorful and tender, and I am not usually a fan of mushrooms, but they just melted in your mouth. For entrees we got the scallop entrée special and the sous vide flank steak. The scallops came on a bed of farro, and while it was delicious it was not as good as my flank steak. The scallop I did try melted in my mouth and the farro was cooked perfectly. At times farro can be a little too grainy and hard, but I really enjoyed how the farro was cooked and the brown butter sauce. When ordering my steak I was not asked a temperature so I was a little worried on how it would be prepared, but it was cooked to perfection. To order that any other way would have been sacrilegious. The steak was topped with cojita cheese and chimichurri, and it came with cream of corn and sweet potato fries. I would have loved it with some asparagus or some other green, but regardless it was delicious. Lastly, for dessert we got the peanut butter whiskey crème brûlée with brûléed bananas. I am always apprehensive about ordering crème brûlée anywhere because it is my absolute favorite dessert, but this one exceed my expectations. The sugar was caramelized perfectly and the texture of the custard was spot on. The attention to detail in this restaurant is impeccable, you can tell how much thought went into everything, down to the women's bathroom. The bathroom had wrinkle release spray, toothpicks, hairspray, etc. They did not leave anything unaccounted for. You get what you pay for at Savour.
