Savoy Theatre

Saw Sonata Arctica here, lovely place. Fairly good sound (lacking that bass kick but clear) and decent seats. On the small side but not uncomfortable. Looked very good too. Overall nice experience.

Located in the very center of the city, it is a venue for both the professionals and amateurs. It is interconnected with the name-sake high-end restaurant.

Attending a performance at Savoy Theatre was a delightful experience. The intimate atmosphere made me feel connected to the performers. The staff were attentive and the venue's location in the heart of Helsinki made it easy to find. I look forward to returning for future shows

Good sound quality and intimate feel. I saw Devin Townsend perform an acoustic set. Bring cash for leaving your coat. Very few bathrooms but things move along well regardless.

Do not buy tickets here! I bought a ticket, they cancelled the concert and only returned PART of the price. So I lost 6,10 euro just because they cancelled a concert. I contacted the theater but they didn't even answer.

It’s an absolutely beautiful venue but it’s not for screening movies. We went there to watch a movie in Love & Anarchy Film Festival and people on the upper part had issues with seeing the subtitles because someone’s head was blocking it. The ventilation was horrible as well. Overall it was an uncomfortable experience.

The scene is well visible from almost any seat at the first level. Annoying charge for coat hanging.

Great acoustics but little old fashioned. Not enough legroom 4 me. 🤔
