Savva is an exceptional fine dining experience, and it’s no wonder it has earned a Michelin star and the title of “Best Restaurant of the Year.” From start to finish, everything about this place impressed me.
The service was impeccable—staff members were attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making the entire evening feel special.
The cuisine is a true showcase of creativity and mastery. Among the appetizers, the Olivier and Mimosa salads were elevated to a whole new level, and the marinated mushrooms were perfectly balanced in flavor. For the main course, the fish was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
However, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the desserts. The mushroom ice cream was a fascinating and delightful surprise, paired with a delicate pastry that was creatively shaped like a snowman, adorned with marshmallow accents. It was not just delicious but also a visual masterpiece.
Savva is a culinary gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. This restaurant truly deserves all the accolades it has received!
