The service was impeccable—staff members were attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making the entire evening feel special. The cuisine is a true showcase of creativity and mastery. Among the appetizers, the Olivier and Mimosa salads were elevated to a whole new level, and the marinated mushrooms were perfectly balanced in flavor. For the main course, the fish was cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. However, the highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the desserts. The mushroom ice cream was a fascinating and delightful surprise, paired with a delicate pastry that was creatively shaped like a snowman, adorned with marshmallow accents. It was not just delicious but also a visual masterpiece. Savva is a culinary gem, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. This is ultimate experience of tastes of Russian cuisine. For the very special evening of celebrating your visit to a great country. The true value of whole history mirrored in the major accents in delicious taste of each piece. This is how you will remember your tourist experience in Moscow, trust me and some Michelin experts. Reserve a table beforehand and be as generous in tips as Russian soul is. Personally I recommend mimosa Salad with black caviar, Deer tartar and Salmon with beet.

Lovely restaurant with great food and service great wine list and inventive combinations of flavours and textures

Amazing all round!! Great service, good wine, except food and everything was perfect! I highly recommend the chanterelles and morels vareniki, but honestly everything was 100. The desert was a little strange, mushroom and pine nuts in chocolate? But, I appreciate the creativity. Really perfect place!

I went there twice and both I had great experience!First of all interior design is like a place, They give you a warm welcoming and then usher you to your well decorated table!Special thanks for miss Alina!She was very friendly and helpful!Let's talk about food , from soups I had Borsch and cold soup Okroshka both good but Okroshka amazing! Main dishes I had Pogjarsky Cutlet and Beef Tagliata!Beef Tagliatta was beyond perfect , Pogjarsky cutlet was ok! Desserts Sundial 9/10 , Pavlova 7/10 However one of my favorite restaurant in Moscow!Maintain your quality!

Unfortunately, we expected more… When we first got there the hosts told us that our table was booked on a different day, however we reserved it earlier the same day and made sure that reservation info is right a few times. Restaurant was 1/4 busy if not less, so we got a table on the second floor anyways. While ordering we got a problem because my partner wanted to get a Chef’s set and I chose meals from the menu, but apparently they can’t serve it at the same time. (Waitress told me that kitchen just won’t be able to do both menu and a set together, which was surprising). Waitress didn’t say a word in English so I had to translate everything myself which was unexpected from the restaurant like SAVVA with a Michelin star. Also, instead of receipt waitress got us a shot of vodka… Food from the menu was nice, however the set «FARM» was disappointing. Oh, and a dessert didn’t have the mushrooms in, even though it was written in the menu.

AMAZING! From food to location to decoration and staff I loved it and I totally recommended it! We had an amazing time! I suggest to try the white cloud dessert 🤤❤️
