The new Thai restaurant in Mission area, it is so different than other Thai restaurants I’ve tried in the city. The food is authentic and flavorful in a modern way. Great interior and the vibes are so cute. They just opened a fee weeks and their foods are bold. Service and atmosphere inside the restaurant is also amazing. Will definitely be back and highly recommend

New place and a must-try!!! My dinner at Sawaan was next level. I had the Fried Shrimp glazed with homemade tamarind sauce sweet, tangy, crispy perfection. Then came the juicy marinated pork, grilled just right with a deep, savory flavor. All were good with sticky rice. It’s the kind of dish that reminds you why Thai street food is unbeatable, full of flavor and heart. Real Thai taste and feel like real Thai heaven ☁️✨

This Thai restaurant is amazing!! So glad that we have this new spot in the neighborhood. We have been here twice and can really feel how much thoughts have been put into the food, menu design, service, ambience, and even the plates and utensils feel unique and high quality. 👏 It’s modern and creative, like look at the shrimp donuts!! I’ve never seen something like this. The donuts were so much more delicious than I thought it would, thin panko layer, solid shrimp inside and not oily at all. My favorite was the crab on rice. You do get good amount of crab, and it was well seasoned. We came back and ordered it again. We also loved the fried chicken, green curry and macarons from the first visit. However, the macarons were not offered this time, the lemon macaron was so good!

Best authentic Thai food I’ve had. The curry was amazing, meat was tender and service impeccable.

Stumbled onto this gem, and so glad I did. This place not only has an extensive creative menu, but also an adorable interior with great staff. We had the drunken noodles, coconut shrimp donuts, and papaya salad. All were great with large portions. Will definitely return for these donuts.

A relatively new restaurant with warming up reception during Sunday lunch. Food is relatively good with room for more taste sensory breakout. Sauces, especially the spicy one, go well with the Cloud Donut (crispy shrimp with panko). Would love more crunch for the Purple Fries though the sauce did not work for me. Expect the Golden Massaman to take at least 15mins. Pretty food presentation and good ambiance at this small comfy venue.

Okayyy this new place is Aaaahh-mezing! We got the Crispy Tamarind and Purple Fries and omg we devoured everything. My daughter is usually picky but she was all in — dipping, crunching, smiling, saying “this is soooo good” the whole time. Her Thai tea didn’t even last five minutes Honestly can’t believe they just opened — it already feels like our new go-to. 10/10, we’re coming back very soon!

Promotion for soft opening free thai ice tea I had the lemongrass fish with jasmine rice along with Hatyai-style crispy chicken. Every dish was freshly prepared and full of flavor. The staff were warm and welcoming — it really felt like dining at home.
