"The Public House is Sawtooth Brewery’s Ketchum location, which has a lunch and dinner menu that could please even your pickiest friends. Go for bison sliders, Korean street tacos, and a customizable Idaho baked potato, but always add a house salad with their housemade herbed lager vinaigrette. Choose from 20 locally made beers, and buy one for your buddy using their chalkboard system of paying it forward to friends. After you tire your kids out with their first ski lesson, bring them to Sawtooth for mac and cheese, hot dogs, and root beer floats." - Hayden Seder

Great spot to grab a bite in town after skiing at Sun Valley. Staff was very friendly and food was great. I had the elk burger with "frots" (half fries/half tots) and their house made root beer and it was great. Portions are large! Atmosphere was also nice. Not to loud and a good amount of seating. The pretzel was also very soft and tasty. Their house made stone ground mustard it is served with is amazing!

Super friendly staff! I had the gyro with some of their slaw and both were really good! Fun music too :) They have a front/east facing patio and a back/south facing patio.

This place has really grown over time. They serve some of the best gourmet food, and you can tell the ingredients are always fresh. I had the mushroom soup, and it was delicious—clearly made from scratch, unlike some places that just use canned soup! The beer selection is fantastic, offering a great variety. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, perfect for enjoying a good meal. It's hands down the best spot to watch football and enjoy great food at the same time!

We were happy to try this place because of their menu that had good options for a larger group. We were happy we could eat outside. We tried the fish and chips, the gyro, the Cobb salad, the brisket sliders and the ginger chicken sliders. The frots (fries and tater tots) were very crispy and delicious with the fry sauce. My husband loved the fish and chips (one of his favorite choices and orders often). The Cobb salad was enormous and the ranch dressing tasted homemade. The service was excellent! Also I forgot to mention this is a brewery with lots of tasty beers on tap!

What a spectacular brewery, the beer is incredible. Would recommend the big woody light lager. Also, would recommend the elf Burger, one of the better burgers I’ve had.

Couldn't believe we spend $50 on a dried out, overcooked burger and luke warm fish tacos that tasted like It could have come out of a frozen box. No one bothered to come by to check in on us and it wasn't even busy. We've eaten there before and I was actually pretty decent, but we'll pass the next time we're in town.

Fun, casual Sun Valley atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great menu that accommodates kids and dietary issues. Great nachos with home made salsa, yummy salads, hearty burgers.

Delicious and laid back. Beer is OK, but they do have some special aged options. The elk burger was amazing. Taco salad was good too. A few of their beers are on nitro, Delicious creamy goodness. Try the happy hour. Outside seating is available and the views are very nice. Can't wait to come back.
