Five Stars Isn’t Enough William from Guest Relations was absolutely outstanding. He helped us coordinate a private sunset proposal on the hotel’s balcony for my sister and brother-in-law, and the effort he put in was beyond anything we expected. He truly did everything possible to make the moment perfect, and we are incredibly grateful. The hotel itself is stunning and fully embraces over-the-top luxury — which is exactly what makes it special. The amenities are excellent: towel warmers in the bathroom, immaculate housekeeping, and nightly touches like slippers, chocolates, and fresh water by the bed. Beautiful gardens, a rooftop with incredible views, and elegant lounge areas throughout. We will absolutely be booking again. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had.

This is the type of hotel and experience that you will carry with you for the rest of your life. The hotel feels like your own curated parisian escape that envelopes you in luxury and sophistication as soon as you walk up to the hotel. The staff were wonderful and quickly got us checked in and up to our room after our overnight flight. There was never a question about their ability to make your dreams come true for your trip to Paris. The location is wonderful! As soon as you walk out the front door you are met with the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast is wonderful. We are already planning to make this our home base for our next trip to Paris.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location in Paris. We had two rooms next to each other - a perfect situation for our family. Check-in was very easy and the champagne was greatly appreciated. Rooms were extremely clean and well appointed. The king cake for epiphany was a nice touch! We enjoyed the large hot shower and the Dyson hairdryer. I requested a late checkout due to the snow storm and was granted it with no problem. The staff goes out of their way to make the stay excellent. Close to Metro stops. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Paris.

Location is great with amazing views. The staff was very helpful, friendly and allround professionals in their hospitality. We felt wanted and seen! Food was delicious (specially the breakfast) and the roomservice was quick. Overall, the hotel had a warm, cozy, yet atmospheric vibe. Definitely will be coming back!

Fantastic hotel with a great location. All of the staff (with the sole exception of the concierge) were very hospitable and friendly. Breakfast upstairs was fantastic and the bars had a cool vibe. In fact, the entire hotel had a cool vibe. The rooftop was closed unfortunately when we were there (early August) but a lovely hostess allowed us to check it out. We had two rooms and both were well appointed and were very clean with large bathrooms. The only hiccup was the behavior of the concierge (he was completely unhelpful and seemed put out when I was asking him questions about transportation options - something I wouldn't comment on typically, but for a concierge I found this strange). All-and-all, we would stay there again in a heartbeat as the rest of the staff and the hard product were first-rate.

This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. A very luxurious environment with stunning décor and an exceptional attention to detail. The staff are incredibly professional, prestigious, and genuinely welcoming. I requested a quiet room, and they exceeded my expectations by giving me a beautiful, peaceful space. A truly high-end hotel experience that makes you feel like a celebrity. 💎

Brilliant location, with an overwhelming decorative style (especially now for christmas). Dedicated and charming staff which makes you feel at home from the very beginning. Nice little somethings in the guestrooms ( welcome pralines, Madeleines, artisinal juices - probably all subject to variations). I spent hours, working out of the christmas garden in the patio underneath a heating lamp. Spectacular views from the roof top and breakfast restaurant. Price-wise very much upscale, but considering the location in the 7. Arrondissement, walking distance towards the fancy end of Rue de Sèvre, it might be not too much out of proportion. Very much enjoyed my stay!

On arrival was booked into a room with balcony over the courtyard. I do NOT recommend this. The room was TINY TINY TINY, dark and the view claustrophobic. No clock in the room. Door locks an issue. The hotel overall has so many mirrors and is quite dark. It can feel trippy. Many other guests have made the same comments. Kinu restaurant is exquisite! The decor, the vibe, the food and service is incredible. It's where you have breakfast and a wonderful dinner with a DJ and fab mixologist.|Room service offering is limited and they struggle a little with orders but the Duty Managers do a great job in addressing.|I moved to one of the rooms with stairs overlooking the streetfront and it is STUNNING!!. The house car (Maybach) is gorgeous and the drivers really polite and professional. So so much better. Spacious. Light. The bathroom is beautiful. There is actual seating and a workspace. A better TV and super high ceilings. I would come again.
