Easily one of the best pizza places around. Stonebaked is the best type of pizza. Can’t go wrong with a classic cheese. Decently priced slices and their big slices. Only downfall is that the cheese on top can come off. All branches are really nice and consistent. Will definitely be getting a full pizza soon for the family. Can’t go wrong grabbing a slice when putting in fuel.

First time I've used Sbarro , we were actually heading for Domino's when I remembered seeing this outlet a few days ago... Great food and great customer service from the bloke serving Salim... He was working the Saturday afternoon shift... 👍 Food was nicely presented in the cabinets and we will definitely be using Sbarro again soon. Top job today... A new customer to the brand... very satisfied 🍕😋 (D) 😎

i ordered from sbarro tyseley on just eat, they accepted the order and 5 mins later i get a phone call telling me they are out of wedges and stromboli that i ordered. I was so stressed and said why did you take the order and the man on the phone lied and said it auto accepted which is a lie as from other places i have been in, the restaurant has to accept the order... i have had orders refused too... disgusting scammers, first and last time ordering. If you are ordering on just eat, be aware that you will have to pay for the order if you cancel regardless as its seen as us cancelling when the order is being prepared even when it isn't. Update: it was cancelled on their end, maybe the shop was just trying to scam me by telling me to cancel so I would pay.

Sbarro in HG is gone. Not sure if this one will last but I hope it does because my slice was spot on

I ordered a firecracker slice & a pepperoni slice. I’m extremely disappointed and genuinely concerned after eating at Sbarro. I had a meal from here earlier this week, and within hours I developed severe food poisoning which has now lasted six days and counting. The food itself was incredibly greasy, poorly prepared, and clearly not handled with proper care. What’s even more alarming is that the symptoms have not gone away this has significantly impacted my health and daily life. I’ve eaten at many places, but this experience has been the worst I’ve ever had from a food hygiene perspective. I would strongly advise others to think twice before eating here your health is not worth the risk.

Do not order! Person tried to scam us 5 minutes after our order. Called us and aggressively asked us to cancel our order in justeat so he can get free money! If we didn’t knew better, we would’ve been scammed!

Had a great experience at Sbarro! We were served by a lovely staff member named India, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She made us a delicious Pepperoni Pizza, perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crisp and flavour. BIG thanks to India for her excellent service and for going the extra mile.

Been waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order the staff are at the back on a phone call laughing, i called them but they still didn’t hear me, wouldn’t come to this one again
