The Hawaiian style pizza and the 4 cheeses are recommended! very good flavors and the dough was very crispy but the service is very bad it's like they don't want you to order their food

After dropping half my toppings, she scraped the oven and got toppings mixed with burned char which she put on my pizza (which immediately went into the trash). Unacceptable and absolutely disgusting.

Ordered several different items. The spinach Stromboli was my fav over pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, as well as the other Stromboli option.

Not good. At their defense I came at closing but it was not very good food unfortunately.

I asked questions about the pizza Did not answer, they look so miserable and they also say thank you , i think they are not happy , i feel sorry for those two ladies

The service was okay nothing above and beyond just moderate. The food was good don’t get me wrong but the day after my father and I could not stop going to the bathroom. Stomach pain was a 7/10 for us and lasted about the whole day. Don’t know what exactly in the pizza made us have bad stomachache, maybe it wasn’t heated properly or the ingredients but it was just bad to have to miss work for a pizza.

12/16/23, went there and haven't had Sbarro in over 20 years. 4 stars overall. Took 1 star off because they gave me just 1 plate when I asked for 4. I ordered a supreme whole pizza. I was told around 15 minutes. It was ready in 15 minutes. It didn't taste like I remembered but it was very good still. See photos.

I stopped by the other day to pick up my birthday slice on my way to work and it was a good experience! Friendly service, albeit a little slow but they were helping a customer in front of me who seemed to have a complicated order. I got the veggie slice and honestly it's not the best pizza. The cheese and sauce are just okay, the toppings are standard. I don't know that I would be back to buy a whole pizza but I guess it's a good snack while you're shopping.

The worker named "Sofia" was being a general nuisance and rolled her eyes when I had requested my order VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The Area seemed it had never been clean and the workers looked miserable doing their job! Food was absolutely horrible and seemed like no effort was put in.

I had a pretty good slice of pizza from this place, that could of been much better if they would of left it in the oven for about a minute more, given that it was not even warmed, especially toward the center of the slice. I had the works slice which was a pretty large slice of pizza. It came with pepperoni, sausage, green & red peppers, onions, and mushrooms with a red sauce. The slice had a medium to thin crust which was good, but like I said, it was not warm towards the center. The toppings were good, especially the pepperonis and peppers which had a fresh texture about them. The sausage was of decent quality and so was the cheese. Service at the counter was good when I ordered and friendly, but when I told the girl who took my order that the slice could of use more time in the oven, I received that semi shrug, that usually signifies "I don't care," "Oh well," or "that's not my problem." Please care because it results in a better product, happier customers, and in the end, more profits.

I've been here a lot of times cus my son always wanted to get food here even though I keep telling him not to. Why? Customer service is horrible at this place. Some times My son want to get spaghetti with meatballs here. Every time when I get that. I will either will get the meatballs or not get them at all with the same price!! I only got one meatball with his spaghetti so far. I'm not sure how many it includes. I feel scammed!! Employees here will stare at me without saying a word for a good few seconds until I had to say something. Obviously I was in line trying to get something. This is not right. I do not recommend to get food here. Employees obviously don't care about customers here at all.

Joe was here today. One man show and killin it. Two other employees there. The girl was busting her butt too. Some other guy comes from the back and watches them both work their butts off. Joe cleared a whole line with such efficiency and was so sweet. That girl made bread twice, and two pizzas. These are two good employees. Get rid of that younger guy that had his thumb up his butt.

Tasted good to me. Good value too. Nice service.

yuk. A slice of Cheese Pizza for the Grand. She chowed it down. the 2 rating is for her. I had a Spinach Strom...still cold and just gross. I'd definitely give that a 1 Even the Dr. Pepper was off. How is that possible? A great big chunk of ice. almost NO soda. Hard pass in the future!

I was there March 18,2022 around noon. They were pretty busy. There was a young man working counter. He got everyone through quickly and had a great attitude very organized. Pizza was good too.

[VERY UNPROFESSIONAL] When I Fined and Dined at this place I was treated with horrible customer service. The girl (with black hair I think her tag started with an S) handling my pizza would drop the ingredients and place them back. I had asked her if the pizza was lactose free and somewhat gluten free and she made a subtle annoyed face and told me no. Maybe I am overreacting but I found that super rude when I was in pain later that day.

Well Mr. JACKERY adorned on a business card they are plain and 6.00 for 100 but gas is 6.00 and hour and I need to remain silent and .busy. I met Adam the supervisor in shift, wasn't Adam the first man also? Well Adam needs his own cards and just need to be working alongside him.

Your average Mall Sbarro pizza place. Ordered a slice of pizza and a spaghetti.. average 3 star rating. The Spaghetti noodles were a little dry.

Worst pizza I have ever had!! Ham smelled and tasted like it went bad. The sauce, bread and h all bad.

I was wandering around the Parkway Plaza Mall and discovered that the food court includes Sbarro. I had not had for years. I very much enjoy my pepperoni pizza combo. The staff and manager were delightful. They let me sample the lasagna. I'm sure I will be back.

While I was at the mall, I had lunch at this Sbarro. I ate the Pepperoni Stromboli and Baked Ziti. The food was fresh and tasted great. The employee who helped me was very sweet and nice. I'm glad I chose to go here instead of wait in the line at McDonalds.

They used to be here before but didn't last now they are back but it's like they are not even trying. I got a pepperoni stromboli and it was not worth the $5 I paid for it. I should have just gotten a little Caesars pizza which is much better.

The pizza is good the only issue I've with them is they don't honor the online coupon. Why advertise on line saying $20 for 2 large pizza then when I call they said no 2 for $25. This is so wrong!!!

This place has great pizza as well as other Italian foods. The staff are welcoming and seem to want to please. Everything looked clean and everyone did a great job. Thank you , we'll be coming back ALOT .

Getting pricey in El Cajon!!! Spaghetti & Meatballs 7.39, Pizza Slice 3.99, Bottled Water 2.29, 9% Tax 1.23. Total $14.90....no combo pricing anymore. Eat at home. Meatballs were 99% bread crumbs. Staff were nice so 3 stars and a tip. Geez, really? 15 bucks + tip for sketti and a slice at a food court? P.S. Spaghetti was al dente and sauce not bad, kudos for that.

Ever since this sbarro got new management the pizza has deff gotten a lot better. I feel like it's also pretty fair in price and my goto place to eat for pizza if I'm in the mall shopping.

Ordered a whole pie on Saturday during lunch. Was promised 15min wait, 25 mins later got are pizza and half was still raw and falling apart. Seems good thou if u order small orders.

Great Food Cheap Prices. Great Customer Service I Recommend you Try It Out. I Work At The Mall And This Is One Of My Favorite Places To Eat. One of the BEST Calzone I've ever had.

Im on lunch , I only get half an hour and I ordered 2 whole pizzas they said it'll be done in 15 mins they never even made the fucking pizzas so now I'm stuck wait the last 15 that I have waiting on this pizza , go to Subway way faster

I have gone to many Sbarro's in the San Diego area. This one has one major downfall, constantly I go there and the bottom of the pizza is burned. Today was just bad customer service. My husband, father and brother and I all went to the food court for dinner before a movie. This place had advertised a meal deal. (2 drinks, 2 slices of pizza and 2 movie tickets for $25) We requested this meal deal and in a snotty tone were informed that they no longer participate in this. Kindly we mentioned that they should take down the advertising if they were not going to offer it. A deal like this is why we went to the mall early instead of eating dinner at home. When we mentioned that they needed to take down the sign advertising it she told us that's not her problem, its her managers job and he wont do it, but also wont participate in this deal anymore. Her attitude and false advertising made us choose not eat there, and we told her that she should inform her manager that the false advertising was a big reason we did not eat there. As we are walking away she yells "That's not my fault!". I have worked in customer service, and this was truly poor service. If I were not about to move cross country I still would not return. One bad experience will stick with a customer. FYI: The other ones in town though out San Diego county are great and I have never had a problem. I am unsure of what is wrong with this location.

I know it's fast food spaghetti but I just love the flavor! The spaghetti with marinara with a breadstick and a coke...heaven.

Manager and staff are great. They keep the place clean and pizza doesnt dissappoint. Im glad sbarro made it to this mall. Much better than the previous Pizzeria that was there before.

The service was great and was pretty fast. The pizza was great as well it tasted real unlike other places i been to in the mall where the ingredients tasted like they just put a walmart pizza in the oven. The pther appealing thing to me about this sbarro is there low prices best bet for your buck in the food court in my opinion.

I got a supreme pizza here and it was the greatest piece I've ever had. They got my pizza to me fast and it was quite affordable. Im def coming back here again.

I started my new job here next to the food court and I was looking for a great meal for a price that wasn't going to put a whole in my pocket. After looking around I decided to try Sbarro Pizza. With their different flavor pizzas it was difficult to choose but their service was so great that I was recommended a slice that was not expensive at all. Turns out they recommended a delicious slice of pizza. My overall experience was great eating here, the prices weren't high, the service was great, and the food was amazing! I recommend this pizza place to everybody!
