Decent Food, But Rewards System Is a Joke. We stopped at Sbarro and grabbed a couple of pepperoni strombolis. The food was actually pretty good. Warm, fairly soft, and surprisingly easy to cut with just the standard plastic knife and fork they gave us. No need to go hunting for extra utensils, which was nice. Now for the weird part: the rewards program. The receipt and signage all push you to sign up for Sbarro Rewards and promise a free slice of pizza for joining. So I did it. Easy enough. But when I tried to redeem the free slice, the gal at the counter told me she couldn’t do it because she didn’t “have a button” for that. Seriously? So, in the end, we got decent strombolis but the whole rewards thing felt like a waste of time. If you’re going to advertise a perk, make sure your staff can actually honor it. Otherwise, don’t bother.

I visited the sbarro location at the Las Vegas Premium Outlet. There was a young lady in line ahead of me. The lady ordered a drink and a slice of pizza. The lady photographed gave her the customer her total, the customer paid and got her receipt. As she was walking away, the customer grabbed a ranch sauce cup (79 cents) and the cashier lady if it was okay if she could have it. The cashier said “yes” and the customer left. I was next in line. I order two slices of pizza and drink. As a first time customer, I figured I’d get the same treatment as the previous customer. Boy, was I wrong. I grabbed a ranch sauce and watched the cashier add it to my total. I asked why was I charged and not the previous customer. The cashier lady said boldly “because I gave it to her and I’m charging you!” I respectfully gave her back the food and drink. I will NEVER go to another Sbarro location again.

Wasn't sure what to expect from a mall food-court restaurant, but it was fantastic. The food was appealing, fresh, hot and delicious! The "meal" (which was a DEAL) comes with the entree, salad, dressing, a large garlic breadstick, and a drink. The staff was very pleasant, and asked several questions to make sure everything was just right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This place sucks. Nasty old food sitting out for hours, service is lacking the guy had an attitude. The place looked sloppy. My food didn't taste good, waste of money. I suggest skipping this one, it's gross.

First time visiting the outlet mall since I've been in the area. Stopped by Sbarro's for lunch. Ordered the lunch combo mushroom & spinach slice of pizza , Caesar salad & a bottle of water that I had no idea would be an upcharge. I'm not sure how long the pizza was sitting out but based on the taste or lack there of, I'd imagine a while. The salad didn't look too fresh either. I even attempted getting another slice. The lady behind counter who switched out stated it would more than likely be the same. She was right the same as last slice overcooked, hard & tasteless. This is my first time being disappointed at a Sbarro's. Overall experience was subpar customer service with an unappetizing overpriced meal.

We went to this pizza place twice while we were at the mall with the family. Since we're all vegetarians, we asked the staff to make us a fresh veggie pizza, and they were really cool about it both times. The pizza was even better than we thought it would be, and everyone loved it. The pizza chef, Carlos, is really good at what he does, and the lady at the counter helped us out with our order. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Walked up while store was still open and ask about breadsticks which we had just seen a fresh batch come out of the oven. The person at the counter said they had no breadsticks, I asked about the ones that had just come out and she said this are for an online order. Didn’t offer to make any, just left it at that. They weren’t busy and this was about 5:30 so they weren’t closing as far as I could see. Don’t want my business, no problem. You won’t get it. Hope others see this

It was in the food court at the mall and I guess I just don't usually go to these places very often because I could not believe the price of a slice of pizza. Four slices of pizza and two small drinks was $23. Drinks were like three $4 a piece if McDonald's can do it for a dollar why can't the other fast food restaurants lower their drink prices it seems a little excessive to me especially since my grandmother used to own a little sandwich shop and the cost of a drink was like $0.07 including the cup the straw that soda. I'm sure things have gone up since then but even if the cost was $0.50 and you sold everything for a dollar and a half you're making a pretty good profit. This was a special day so for a one-time thing I went with it.
