Decent Food, But Rewards System Is a Joke. We stopped at Sbarro and grabbed a couple of pepperoni strombolis. The food was actually pretty good. Warm, fairly soft, and surprisingly easy to cut with just the standard plastic knife and fork they gave us. No need to go hunting for extra utensils, which was nice. Now for the weird part: the rewards program. The receipt and signage all push you to sign up for Sbarro Rewards and promise a free slice of pizza for joining. So I did it. Easy enough. But when I tried to redeem the free slice, the gal at the counter told me she couldn’t do it because she didn’t “have a button” for that. Seriously? So, in the end, we got decent strombolis but the whole rewards thing felt like a waste of time. If you’re going to advertise a perk, make sure your staff can actually honor it. Otherwise, don’t bother.

I visited the sbarro location at the Las Vegas Premium Outlet. There was a young lady in line ahead of me. The lady ordered a drink and a slice of pizza. The lady photographed gave her the customer her total, the customer paid and got her receipt. As she was walking away, the customer grabbed a ranch sauce cup (79 cents) and the cashier lady if it was okay if she could have it. The cashier said “yes” and the customer left. I was next in line. I order two slices of pizza and drink. As a first time customer, I figured I’d get the same treatment as the previous customer. Boy, was I wrong. I grabbed a ranch sauce and watched the cashier add it to my total. I asked why was I charged and not the previous customer. The cashier lady said boldly “because I gave it to her and I’m charging you!” I respectfully gave her back the food and drink. I will NEVER go to another Sbarro location again.

Wasn't sure what to expect from a mall food-court restaurant, but it was fantastic. The food was appealing, fresh, hot and delicious! The "meal" (which was a DEAL) comes with the entree, salad, dressing, a large garlic breadstick, and a drink. The staff was very pleasant, and asked several questions to make sure everything was just right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This place sucks. Nasty old food sitting out for hours, service is lacking the guy had an attitude. The place looked sloppy. My food didn't taste good, waste of money. I suggest skipping this one, it's gross.

First time visiting the outlet mall since I've been in the area. Stopped by Sbarro's for lunch. Ordered the lunch combo mushroom & spinach slice of pizza , Caesar salad & a bottle of water that I had no idea would be an upcharge. I'm not sure how long the pizza was sitting out but based on the taste or lack there of, I'd imagine a while. The salad didn't look too fresh either. I even attempted getting another slice. The lady behind counter who switched out stated it would more than likely be the same. She was right the same as last slice overcooked, hard & tasteless. This is my first time being disappointed at a Sbarro's. Overall experience was subpar customer service with an unappetizing overpriced meal.

We went to this pizza place twice while we were at the mall with the family. Since we're all vegetarians, we asked the staff to make us a fresh veggie pizza, and they were really cool about it both times. The pizza was even better than we thought it would be, and everyone loved it. The pizza chef, Carlos, is really good at what he does, and the lady at the counter helped us out with our order. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Walked up while store was still open and ask about breadsticks which we had just seen a fresh batch come out of the oven. The person at the counter said they had no breadsticks, I asked about the ones that had just come out and she said this are for an online order. Didn’t offer to make any, just left it at that. They weren’t busy and this was about 5:30 so they weren’t closing as far as I could see. Don’t want my business, no problem. You won’t get it. Hope others see this

It was in the food court at the mall and I guess I just don't usually go to these places very often because I could not believe the price of a slice of pizza. Four slices of pizza and two small drinks was $23. Drinks were like three $4 a piece if McDonald's can do it for a dollar why can't the other fast food restaurants lower their drink prices it seems a little excessive to me especially since my grandmother used to own a little sandwich shop and the cost of a drink was like $0.07 including the cup the straw that soda. I'm sure things have gone up since then but even if the cost was $0.50 and you sold everything for a dollar and a half you're making a pretty good profit. This was a special day so for a one-time thing I went with it.

Yelp
I'm not sure I have the right location but we had lunch at Sbarro in Premium Outlets Las Vegas South today. We had mushroom slices and they were delish! The gal behind the counter was friendly. Other diners in line were making all kinds of changes to their orders and the gal was pleasant as could be. Good food and nice help. Works for us!

Yelp
We decided to grab pizza from Sbarro for dinner tonight and their pizza really exceeded my expectation. We got their Supremo Pizza which had Italian sausage, bell peppers, pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms and onions on a New York style crust. The crust felt kinda rustic - it was super soft and fluffy but kinda crispy at the bottom. The pizza was super well baked. I loved the cheesy flavor in each bite balanced with the meatiness from the Italian sausage and the pepperoni along with the freshness from the peppers. It was delicious. I would definitely get this again or try their other pizzas.

Yelp
The pizza tasted good and looked fresh. The service was lacking. Staff was confused and unable to manage orders or direct customers to follow the signs and order before proceeding to the register. They were trying to serve people's orders to customers who went straight to the register without ordering

Yelp
Placed an order for 1115 am pickup Order was ready when I arrived Brought it home the family size Stromboli was great but the entree size macaroni and cheese was TERRIBLE was like a macaroni soup all watery and no bread crumbs on top , I know they know how to make it properly as I've ordered it before Whoever made it Sunday morning should be retaught how to cook it Tried calling back Sunday 2 times and Monday 4 times they don't even answer the phone Extremely disappointed $10.89 plus tax down the drain

Yelp
SBarro will forever be flat out one of my favorite pizzas spot. Of course they're a little pricey because you traditionally will only find them in food courts. But whenever I go to the mall...you can guarantee I'm firing up a slice from them. It's worth every penny!

Yelp
Grabbed a free birthday slice from Sbarro at the South Outlets. Its Sbarro, most people know what they are getting (you can see it before you buy it lol). However I was a bit surprised at the taste from this Sbarro. It was a bit above average, not sure if it's a fluke or just a bit different prep at this location. Overall pleased with the experience!

Yelp
Fyi: These gas station locations popping all over Vegas DOES NOT have pasta menu. It's pizza only.

Yelp
Located in the Las Vegas Premium outlets south. Some of the ladies working here are really nice but some don't seem to speak much English so there is a bit of a language barrier. The food was fresh and tasty though. Sometimes a slice of pizza from the food court is what's needed after a day of shopping.

Ashley K.

Yelp
So disrespectful. I will never choose to eat here. I was ignored over multiple times by older gentleman working. Seems he only wanted to help those who looked like him Unacceptable

Yelp
Just went to the Sbarro pizza in the outlet mall. I walked up to the counter, there was nobody in line. They had a total of 5-6 random slices of pizza on display. My son only eats cheese pizza. I asked how long it would take for a cheese pizza to be made. The worker said 40 minutes and walked away. I followed him down the counter and asked "really 40 minutes for a slice of cheese pizza"? He looks back at the empty line and says " yeah we are really busy". For a business the survives on selling pizza I would assume the staff would actually be interested in making and selling pizza. It is very disappointing. Sbarro has always been our favorite. My advice for all shoppers is to save your time and the walk and buy pizza at the Villa Pizza in the other food court.

Yelp
After shopping at the Outlets, I decided to grab a little bite to eat. My friend and I went to Sbarro's. We grabbed a pizza! It was Ok, not the best.
