Google
We stopped into Sbarro and ordered two pepperoni strombolis. At first glance, they didn’t look too appealing, almost like they’d been sitting around since the morning. Once we bit in, they actually tasted better than they looked, but they were still on the greasy side and had about half the amount of pepperoni than we’re used to in these strombolis. On the plus side, service was good, and the cashier was very polite and friendly. Overall, tasty enough, but not quite what we were hoping for.

Michele L.

Google
They specializes in New York–style pizza sold by the slice, strombolis, breadsticks, salads and baked ziti. We came for a bite after a show at the New Orleans Hotel. They were unstaffed at the time and so customer service was super slow. Some staff could have been at lunch. They took one of our orders, put the stromboli in oven and walked away. No one was around to take orders for about 10 minutes and no acknowledgment for customers waiting to put orders in. We got the Jalapeño Cheese Stromboli and it was super spicy. Almost too spicy if you can’t do extreme spice. They looked golden brown and had a good amount of filling. They also do not allow refills for soda unless it was a large, which they did not explain when paying for our order. So, we had to buy another drink.

Christopher D.

Google
$20.99 plus tax for two reheated pieces of old pizza. Includes a medium drink but you can’t get refills on it unless you pay an extra dollar to get a large drink. The slices are not XL, barely bigger than a large anywhere else. The quality was below average. Overall this is a rip off and a waste of time. Used to be good and now just a money grubbing corporation. You’ve lost my business which you’ve had since the 90s because of this. Do better.

Michelle S.

Google
I normally eat here every time I come to town and stay at The Orleans. The 2 guys working there had the worst customer service skills I have experienced in quite some time. They were fine with the lady that came up right behind me. Praying for the disdain some people have for other people that don't look like them.

Daniel

Google
This has become a bit of a tradition for me. Being next to the poker room at Orleans, I always grab a slice when I am here to play poker. No complaints.

Google
I ordered lunch at this dumb unfortunately the food had bad taste and there tomato sauce was cold and tasted out of a rusted can to make things worse I asked for a cup of water and three of there employees said we can't give u a cup of water so if the customer chalked on his food he will die they want to sell u Kroger 25 cent bottle of water for $5 that's why las vegas is dying bad food high prices and bad srvice👎👎

William K.

Google
Nasty reheated pizza, stuck to a sheet of waxed paper, I should know better! Payment process is also so slow, my slice is getting cold! I've got to stop eating at Sbarro and so should you!

John C.

Google
It was supposed to be an "authentic" jumbo NY slice of pizza. It was the farthest thing from it. The pizza slice was really small, cold, and tasted like cardboard. The pizza fell apart when I picked it up, like it was old.... For $50 for 2 small slices of pizza, a small Stromboli, and 2 small sodas, i expected a lot more. I could have fed my whole family with far better quality at the local pizza place. Please put out better product, or at least give me the "jumbo" size advertised on your menu.

Yelp
Sbarro inside The Orleans Hotel and Casino was very good. We got 4 pizza slices, potatoes, a stromboli and 2 fountain drinks. Everything came out great. It's also in an easy to get to location if you park on the ground level of the parking garage on the side of the hotel. The seating was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.

Yelp
We stopped into Sbarro at the Orleans Casino Food Court and ordered two pepperoni strombolis. At first glance, they didn't look too appealing, almost like they'd been sitting around since the morning. Once we bit in, they actually tasted better than they looked, but they were still on the greasy side and had about half the amount of pepperoni than we're used to in these strombolis. Bulk cafeteria style seating which is par for food courts. Tables were clean.
google avatar

Barry Y.

Yelp
In the Food Court, you step up to the counter and order. They have pizza, BREAKFAST PIZZA, an idea that has never really taken off. It is seldom seen. You should get a slice to try it At Sbarro it's a pizza dough, with cheese, with some scrambled egg and then some sausage. The sausage is where it loses points. It's see Italian sausage, not breakfast sausage. Still it all fit together well. The service is brisk, and pleasant. The area is clean. It gets the extra star for the service and because it's still a unique idea. One slice is $6.27 including tax.
google avatar

Cindy K.

Yelp
The pizza was simply not good. I got a cheese slice and the crust on the edge was so hard I couldn't even bite it. It was really greasy and the sauce was overpowering. I got the pepperoni Stromboli. I had about four bites of it and decided that would be enough of that. I ordered two breadsticks. I don't know how something can be doughy, dense and dry at the same time but they did it...it was like cement in my mouth. I was feeling nostalgic for my mallet days and food court sbarro pizza. It's been a long time since I've had Sbarros. Maybe it was never that good. I also will mention I Doordashed this and when I reached in the bag there was condensation and it was wet. I won't be making the mistake of getting Sbarro again.
google avatar

Yelp
Staff is great very friendly and upbeat, Gretta was amazingly nice even when some of the ppl in line ahead of me were short and rude with her, Shelly the manager was back behind the counter working just as hard as anyone else. As a person with 15 years of experience, a yelp elite I was beyond angry when I checked out and was not able to tip these awesome ppl. I know how hard it is to work all day in your feet and I know they are not being paid what they deserve I doubt they get more than 15 bucks an hour and they can't get tips! Shame on sbarrro! This is Las vegas, not some mall in Indiana. This is a tip culture city. Smh it killed me when they said they couldn't accept tips per corporate. Won't be back till that changes. I stop at this food court often as a lyft driver. I'll be sure to let my fellow drivers know.

John V.

Yelp
The ABSOLUTE worst wings I have EVER had - I'm talking lifetime worst!!! Really only greasy tasteless scraps of fatty meat - it would be a stretch to even call it chicken
google avatar

Fill C.

Yelp
Exercise caution and watch your tab. I paid with cash because a friend of mine had a $100 tip added surreptitiously to his charge. Fortunately he caught it before it could stick. They recanted and corrected it but I find it very strange that any tip gets automatically added on. As a result of this I used cash and counted my change carefully. The food was okay. Service was lackluster and attitude was indifferent. I only ate here because I was going to a course and we had very limited time to eat and the people I was with went here.
google avatar

Jay E.

Yelp
I mean the food is what you'd expect it to be. Average but tasty when you're in a lovely place like the Orleans. Surprise me the most was how rude there employee was that cashed me out. While I understand that having a tattoo of a star in between your eyes limits your employment options, doesn't mean you have to be rude. Sorry you have to work for a living. It's what grown-ups do.
google avatar

Albert L.

Yelp
They don't have red peppers, they gave me a fuddruckers bag, the cashier has a bad attitude, refills are for large cups only (but no sign saying so), combos aren't a thing anymore... I know I'm not going to get world class service but to have that face and just treat me like crap is beyond wow. Probably not the wow they're going for.
google avatar

Jon V.

Yelp
No photos needed.. it's pizza! New York style? C'mon, now! The slices were not great. I'm lost for words. The pizza slices are similar to frozen style you get from grocery stores. $8 a slice? Rip off!
google avatar

Jared K.

Yelp
Well, you would think it would be hard to mess up something as generic and widespread as Sbarros, but they did. We had to throw ours away. They literally must leave this pizza out for days. Absolutely disgusting. Worst pizza we've ever had. Whatever you do, don't visit this dumpster disguised as a pizza place. Go literally anywhere else.

Vanessa M.

Yelp
We waited 45min for a whole pizza pie. When the time was up we were told that they forgot and had to wait another 15mins. If it takes only 15mins to make in the first place why are they having us wait now a whole hr. No apology, no discount, no we will make it right attitude. I don't believe they want repeat business from locals. Our pizza still not ready. Starving, we had to get a refund and left.
google avatar

M B.

Yelp
I haven't been back to Sbarro since Covid. I thought the food was as good as ever! I had a tamale and taco. The taco was amazing! Can I say it may have been bigger than I expected? What could be wrong with that. I am amazed that this Business survived Covid. But if you're interested in a great tamale, taco, Verde mix, this is the right place.
google avatar

Dan M.

Yelp
Can't get there. I got a slice late at night, so that might be why the pizza looked the way it did (see photo), but that shouldn't be the case. For what they charge, the pizza should be on point at all times. It didn't taste bad, though. I got this slice for $1 because some dude told me he had a $40 comp from playing in the pit. I don't know what that means, but he asked me to just give him a $1. Deal. Recommended if it's late at night and you're hungry. Otherwise, there are much better options here.
google avatar

August E.

Yelp
Not the best but good food. Just convenient if you can't leave the Orleans for an event. But the staff is horrible. They are rude. Very immature. Their conversations amongst themselves is more important than helping the customer. There were 5 people behind the counter doing nothing. Felt like I was being ignored until their conversation was done. (I went there twice during my stay and same results for both.)
google avatar

Joshua M.

Yelp
Some tasty slices of pizza at this restaurant. Great customer service as well. The Black lady that is working there is very courteous and professional I believe her name is Chrissy.
google avatar

R T.

Yelp
Worst customer service experience to date !!! Whoever answered the phone and treated my wife like a pice of dirt and made false accusations about prior commitments !! You should be taking out the trash not answering the phone wow you should be ashamed ! The owner should listen to your customer service skills ! 1-10 a one ! First of all missing items, no tast Meatballs drenched in tomato sauce Puke !!! Tasteless super geesy slice of what the call pepperoni pizza wow ! Horrible !! Entire order was tasteless and I would never recommend this place to anyone ! To all my peeps !!! Stay far away go next door to their competitors place 100%
google avatar

Colleen B.

Yelp
I got the wings. The to-go packaging was cool a little tin box :) thanks for including the ranch, and all the napkins a girl could ever need. Good stuff, thank you. Tasted fresh and great.
google avatar

Kelly S.

Yelp
We had hit or miss customer service here, ranging from good to angry employee who's isn't happy to be there I guess. Always try to smile and be friendly but 80% of the time it is met with hostility here. Really gone down hill. Won't be back.
google avatar

Mike B.

Yelp
The people that work here are ghetto af. Rude, unprofessional and confrontational. Hey i get it they pay you shit, dont take it out on me boo. The food is total crap and very expensive. Large soda 5.49????? 1 slice of pepperoni 8.19?????? Wtf..i have no idea how this place stays in business, from the poor service to the overpriced garbage they serve i wouldent eat here again if you paid me....

Melody G.

Yelp
Food is very salty and service is bad. Employees are watching while people are waiting.

Renee B.

Yelp
All we wanted was a piece of pizza. What turned out to be a great 4th of July weekend was tainted by an employee with an unnecessary response to a simple question. We did not know the store hours, only 4 pieces of pizza n the counter. Asked if this was all or were they making more or were they open 24 hours...... Response from server was hat you see is what you get. Asked again same questions, he became verbally abusive, such as the F word, threatened to beat up my husband, told my husband that he was to F-ing fat and didn't need to eat anything, while children were standing next to us listening. Manager couldn't even control him which says a lot about this server. Last time at this establishment!
google avatar

Rob A.

Yelp
You're familiar with this pizza if you've patronized any of the typical mall food court pizza um choices. The staff here is friendly and responsive enough but that doesn't get the place a higher score. Bland flavor to be had if you decide this is where you must satisfy those pizzeria cravings. Ultra convenient based on location alone because it's right on the gambling floor and close to the parking garage so you'll pass it coming and going. If you really have to have pizza, pasta or bread sticks right now, a stop here will tide you over but your taste buds might ask you to treat them better next time. Carb up!
google avatar

Mike F.

Yelp
We were at the Orleans to catch a movie and decided to grab a bite to eat before going in. You'll find this place in the little mini-food court over near the Poker Room. (+) the employees were all very friendly and helpful. Certainly no complaints there. (+) the prices were fair when considering that you are still in a casino (+) portions were fair and filling. I especially enjoyed the Baked Ziti very much. The extreme pepperoni stromboli was tasty as well, with a real buttery flavor to it. (-) while the portions were tasty and filling, the food here is VERY greasy. Very. As in they need wet wipes instead of napkins. Like, a trip to the bathroom is an immediate necessity as soon as you are done eating. This place was A-Ok. Certainly nothing to go out of your way for, but if you want a quick, (relatively) cheap bite to eat while at the Orleans, it should do the trick. I wavered between 2 and 3 stars, but the employees were nice, so here's to the benefit of the doubt! 3 stars. A-Ok.
google avatar

Maggie C.

Yelp
Go to The Orleans Hotel and Casino and you will find Sharro at the food court. Stromboli ($6.69); Our sausage, pepperoni & bacon meatball was slightly too bread-y. Meatball ($1.99): kinda dry :( The worker looked unhappy and she threw the meatball container on top of the wrapped stromboli. I opened the bag at the counter and the meatball sauce leaked out. Please stay home if you don't feel like working. Just saying.... 2 stars!! Sbarro is not yummylicious!!
google avatar

Ticha B.

Yelp
Inside the Orleans Hotel....this Sbarro isn't bad. It is located by the parking garage and poker tables and serves its purpose if you're hungry and need some carbs to fill you up. When you think of Vegas...you think of gourmet. Sbarro is fast food Italian. They open early and close late, perfect for Vegas! I ate here a few times when I stayed at the Orleans. When you're actually in Vegas for something other than partying and gambling, and you're there for a softball and paintball tournament, Sbarro serves its purpose for quick eats. The service is good here if I remember, the food actually came out fresh and hot, plenty of seating, smiles from the cashier and food servers. When you're working fast food inside a Vegas hotel and you can still be happy to be at work...that's good in my books.
google avatar

Bruce A.

Yelp
Haven't had Sbarro in years and this one is located inside The Orleans Hotel and Casino. We were hungry for some good ole pizza and got some Sbarro. Definitely impressed with the quality, size, and price of the slices of pizza. It was super yummy and filling. The Garlic Breadsticks were also fantastic. Highly recommend enjoying a slice in-between gambling ;)

Oscar P.

Yelp
One slice of pizza one small salad and a drink for $30 ..smfh charged me for 2 slices and they didn't want to refund me my money back but they had too .. the ASS with the glasses her name is LEX that helped us was ignoring my husband when he went to ask for a refund .. pizza was cold after they put it in the warming machine ..bad bad customer service .. preppie check your receipt there probably pocketing the money .. never going the again should have went to Subway
google avatar

Sarah N.

Yelp
We were hoping to rely on good ole sbarro for some pizza and pasta. Never had any issues with this chain before, but last night changed my mind. It was a rough experience from waiting in line and seeing conflict between staff and customers was brutal. It seems like they needed more staff members for that shift due to high traffic. But nothing was as brutal as the food we were given. The pizza was below subpar and baked ziti was off putting. This morning we felt sick to our stomachs. Definitely never coming back here again. 0/10, we don't recommend.
google avatar

Tom B.

Yelp
The pizza is really pricey almost $9.00 for 2 slices but if you do the survey on the receipt you get $2.00 off a bill of $6.00 or more. If the pizza is fresh it's really good if not your better off waiting for them to make a fresh one of your getting slices

Sabrina S.

Yelp
Staying at the Orleans with 2 kids (2 and 4yrs), we needed a quick bite to take back to our room and eat. We grabbed pizza, pasta, salad and a drink for a very reasonable price. The staff was nice, but Willie was fantastic! He was all smiles and had me smiling from ear to ear in no time! He made the experience great! The food came out warm, but was probably not terribly fresh. It still satisfied the tummies of two picky eaters plus a mom and a grandma who were exhausted from driving and ready for bed. While we probably won't go back again this trip (too much yummy grease), we would definitely go again if we saw Willie behind the counter.
google avatar

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
I feel like, if they are open 24 hours, they should have everything on the menu. It's also New Years so they should've been prepared for the late night rush. They had no baked ziti at 1230a for the rest of the night. I love Sbarros but just be more prepared.

Jim K.

Yelp
Great food but really impressive service! Super friendly and efficient!
google avatar

Ellen L.

Yelp
Sbarro in the Orleans food court. Stopped by for a quick dinner before catching a movie. Line moved fast...quicker than the one at Fuddruckers and Subway. Stromboli combo (includes drink and one side) $11.99 Fountain drinks: Pepsi products, Dr Pepper, fruit punch
google avatar

Sue G.

Yelp
This Sbarros is inside Orleans. We go to the movies there a lot so when you get out your hungry head down and the food court is on the way out to the parking lot. At night I think the food sits way too long and you feel rushed trying to decide what you want to eat. They push trying some piece of garlic bread which is hard and has no taste. I am not a big fan of their pizza. I think it is either too greasy or too doughy. The pasta dishes taste too over cooked and the sauce like tomato paste. Not a fan and have had WAY better in Vegas! Don't bother if you know whats good for you! Subway down from them is much better!
google avatar

John S.

Yelp
The only reason I eat here, is that I prefer this food to the food I get served (at work) in the Orleans EDR(Employee Dining Room) Sabarro's can be a hit and miss. Sometimes you can get a good slice and sometimes you can get a charcoaled slice. The charcoaled slice consists of them sticking the slice in the oven to heat it up and you get the black burnt parts from the oven. I like the pepperoni, but I don't like the pepperoni slices they use. The staff is friendly. Basically pizza is... When it's bad, it's still pretty good.
google avatar

Ajae R.

Yelp
Stopped by last night after watching a movie with my siblings. The food here looks good but tastes like tomatoes and salt. We tried their baked ziti, roasted potatoes, spaghetti & meatballs, and their chicken parmagiana; cannot say anything positive about any of them. We kept picking at our food hoping it would magically start tasting better. The ladies preparing my food were nice. The cashier was not. I'll probably just go to Subways for a quick bite the next time I watch a movie at the Orleans.

Angelica G.

Yelp
If I could do a zero star I would for the employees at this facility. We are local people and here for a tournament and all we wanted to do was go downstairs to get some pizza. No one was at the counter where you order so my family and I went to the cash register where we were told we have to order at the other end. I asked the worker how we were supposed to order if no one is there and then went to wait to place an order. While the man was helping the next customer he was starring at me and would not break eye contact. I then smiled, waved, and asked him what he was starring at. He then proceeded to tell me to "fuck off" and to "go fuck myself". Then he started making racial slurs at my friend. He made a big scene when he was the one harassing me. Security was called and while we were waiting there was an older women who told my friend he acts like that all the time. Surprised the workplace allows such a person to work there. Disrespectful, ignorant, rude, and should veer far away from customer service if he hates his job because that's what it seems like. Unfortunately nothing will be done to this employee I'm assuming but he should maybe become a truck driver the way he speaks to his customers. Being a local I know the Orleans is a dump so I guess he's just keeps the dumpy persona working here.
google avatar

Estefania C.

Yelp
Ehh this pizza is gross greasy and tasteless. Worse than school cafeteria pizza. It also is not very cheap for a ehh piece of pizza. My little cousin did not even eat her slice she just bit it. I would definitely go to the other food in the hotel's food court. Very bland. To top it off my pizza was kind of cold even though they had just popped it in the oven.
google avatar

Mayra C.

Yelp
Great pizza & fresh salad love the strawberry lemonade. Everything taste good. Will definitely be Back. But the seating area is always dirty floor & tables.
google avatar

Adrian D.

Yelp
Do you hear that? That's the sound of a failed franchise that's trying it's very best to tap out and leave this world, yet continues to be kept on life support against it's own will. Sbarro is an old war horse that's been through many brutal wars (read: bankruptcies) and has weathered many storms (read: ownership issues) It's worn, decrepit body doesn't even have the strength to beg for rest, let alone mercy. Yet here I am, pitching in a few dollars towards the hospital bill to keep ol' Sbarro alive. Feels bad, man -- and that's not just the emptiness I feel after I eat. I feel something else too: GUILT. I've been contributing toward keeping flavorless, dry crust on the market, a crust that favors the flavor profile of cardboard than it does anything remotely related to pizza. I've helped a slice stay alive that manages to be a simultaneous two-punch body blow of soggy AND needing more sauce. Even with a heavy hand on the seasonings, the fact still remains: this is garbage. She's dead, Jim. She's dead. Well, she should be anyway, and I pledge to finally stop being cruel to her -- and the rest of the marketplace. It's time you rest now, Sbarro. You might be cold now, but you'll feel warm in a bit (just like your pizza.) Just close your eyes, and walk towards the light.
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
Well, I debate because the food was just ok, however the people were really friendly. So I wasn't sure between a 3 and 4. The service brought it up a star. The food was well, hey fast food Italian. It was good enough for lunch. They tough sell on the up sells, bigger drink, combo, etc. which I didn't like, but overall not bad.
google avatar

Gar S.

Yelp
I'm seeing some bad reviews for this location, but I had a very good experience when I was there last week. The people were very nice and I got very good service. It's in the food court of The Orleans casino, towards the back. I really like Sbarro's pizza, so I like to stop by when I have the chance. The pizza was a little greasy, but most pizza with cheese and pepperoni is, so it's not a big deal. Again, had very good service.
google avatar

Annalyn D.

Yelp
If you want to wait more than an hour for just a slice of basic pepperoni pizza, definitely go here. Ridiculous.
google avatar

Kristi C.

Yelp
The service at this location was horrible. They are supposed to start serving lunch at 11am. We get in line at about 11:15am and I ordered some pasta and sauce for my niece. I was told they don't serve that until 11am and I reminded the lady it was 11:15am and she said it will be out in 3 minutes. No big deal we can wait a few minutes. So in about 3 minutes I saw the cook bring the food out so I'm thinking great we are going to get our food now. No, instead I watched them serve many other people. So finally after 5 minutes go by I asked asked for the food and they finally gave it to us. Just a bit more customer service and the situation could've been rectified.
google avatar

Lizzie L.

Yelp
This place, doesnt deserve even 1 star.. they are such a B*tch... wont take my order and they dont even have any customer in line... giving me a f*ckin' attitude :/ They need to train their employee, how to provide good customer service...
google avatar

Christina S.

Yelp
I work in another restaurant in the Orleans so I frequent this Sbarro while on my short break. The pizza is hit and miss, sometimes it's really good and fresh, other times not so much. Most of the staff is nice, however the male manager is often rude, no idea about saying thank you, or even a smile.
