Hotel is very well located. Breakfast is outstanding but You need to choose room type carefully. Some rooms do not have a fridge and phone. Also You could not open the window as much as you want. That is why some rooms could be airless ..

Great Hotel in a very nice area of Copenhagen. Cool and artsy niche. Room was great but could be more ventilated. The bathroom area was very small and a bit tricky to ”step into” the shower. Delicious breakfast. Very nice staff. Will come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights stay at the hotel. Great location close to the Metro and shops. It had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The staff were very friendly, efficient and catered for all our needs. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable, although we would have benefited from a few more clothes hangers.|Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food to choose from. |We would definitely stay at the hotel again if we were to come back to Copenhagen.

Air cooling system is not sufficient enough for a stay during summer. The temperature rose to 24,5 C during night and at lowest it was 23 C. Staff blamed this on humidity but hard to believe as the air didn’t seem to be moving at all at night. Changing rooms didn’t change anything. Breakfast was good but finding clean cutlery was hard as plenty of them were dirty. Staff was kind and helpful although the refund they offered was free coffee and cake. Location is great as hotel is next to a metro station and the Frederiksberg is beautiful and having a stroll there is very relaxing.

Hotel is well organized. Great facilities for guest. Breakfast and room was fantastic. Service staff was attentive. Very close to metro. Great view of the city from our room. Would highly recommend to anyone contemplating a stay in copenhagen.

Fantastic place to stay. Great location and near a Metro station. 20 minutes from the airport. A converted theatre and has the theme running through it. Great breakfast and comfortable beds.

Really really loved the view. 12th floor rooms have an exceptional view. Breakfast was really good too. I’m leaving 4 stars though because their plumbing is clearly not maintained. Within a minute of me being in the shower, it all over flooded and the whole bathroom was like a mini pool. It is something that should be maintained by the team, and should also be noticeable by the cleaning team as soon as they clean the shower
