Ok, where can I start? We have been to a few Michelin starred restaurants and omakases, but nothing can compare to the experience. The variety and creativity combined with juices, sauces, ingredients that were fermented for several months up to a year was insane. The service was exceptional and the chef explained every dish in detail how he created it. The menu changes 4 times a year so we will come back soon. Thank you very much!
