The restaurant on the 34th floor has a wonderful atmosphere. Advance reservations are highly recommended, as it is usually very busy. The food exceeded expectations, especially for cheese lovers 🧀 — there is a wide selection of imported cheeses, truly impressive. The highlight of the meal was the 600-gram steak, perfect for sharing between two people. The staff recommended Australian beef, priced at 3,400 THB. For those who enjoy steak cooked less than medium, the meat was incredibly tender — soft, juicy, and literally melting in the mouth. By the end of the meal, we were very full. Great value for both quality and portion size. The staff were professional, attentive, and gave excellent recommendations. Note: The restaurant has a dress code. 👉 Closed-toe shoes are required. Overall, a very impressive experience — perfect for a special occasion or a dinner with someone special. Highly recommended 🥩✨

Definitely loved the experience at Scarlett Wine Bar & Restaurant. The medium-rare steak was cooked perfectly juicy, and full of flavor. The lobster pasta was rich and elegant, with generous lobster and a sauce that paired beautifully with the pasta. Ended the meal with a dessert that had just the right level of sweetness, not overpowering at all. The server named “Man” did an excellent job. Attentive and very professional, made our whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable. The rooftop view is amazing, although the price is on the higher side, it’s absolutely worth the quality and a visit!

A vibrant rooftop bar overlooking Bangkok skyline. With all the good ratings, I failed to find it meeting expectations. The food plating was nice but the taste was just average. The duck confit was bland. The pork tomahawk was overcooked. Octopus was tiny with the price paid. Not generous. The settings were nice but too noisy. Not easy to talk. The view at night was quite stunning indeed. Perhaps, the selling point.

The food was delicious, especially the truffle risotto. The atmosphere was amazing, with a breathtaking view of Bangkok. We made a reservation to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, and the restaurant surprised us with a cake as well. The staff were lovely and provided excellent service.

This is truly an incredible restaurant! The view is top notch. We ordered several dishes and everything was excellent. I also got a couple mock tails and they were really good!

The best selections of cheese and very reasonable price wine. The service is amazing as the staff is very professional while friendly. Don’t miss the sunset view and the happy hour, reservation is recommended.

Simply a fantastic experience. Scarlett was recommended by a friend who lives part-time in Bangkok. My wife and I went on our first night visiting the city and it was absolutely incredible. Started out with a couple happy hour 2 for 1 drinks then moved on to the dining room. It happened to be a full moon! The views from the 38th floor were spectacular, the wagyu steaks (porterhouse and tenderloin) were out of this world, and our server—I think her name was Khwan?—was exceptional and very friendly. Highly recommended this restaurant.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! The steak was cooked to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and exactly how I wanted it. The wine selection complemented the meal beautifully, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. The views of Bangkok at night were breathtaking. But what truly made the evening special was our waiter, Khun Man. His positive energy, genuine friendliness, and professional service turned a great dinner into an unforgettable one. He made us feel truly welcome and added such a joyful touch to the experience. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!
