Truckers don’t waste your time coming here. Appt time 10am, checked in at 9:30am, was the only truck there, still didn’t get the door till 11:30am, then another 2.5 hours on the door, out at 2pm. They don’t care about your time.

The truck GPS take you to SE Bluff Rd to SE Altman Rd don’t make a left turn from here you will end up grounding or get stuck in the ditches will be very tight maneuver instead keep going ahead in the next intersection large area make a turn around and go back to Altman Rd same story when you come back or better route would be SE Dodge park blvd, the guy at the warehouse was very helpful and unloaded quick.

The yard men at this shipper are extremely rude and they over loaded me and when we returned they got mouthy to the point I just turned around and hopped back in my truck cause that is not business like behavior. We showed them weight tickets proving my fact of them over loading us by 940 lbs and all they had to do is cut one pallet but decided to have awful behavior instead and just take the whole load back and told me this is my fault. I really hope that they do not do this to another truck and lie about the weight and know that it is important to count PALLET weight when loading a truck. This might of been a one time mistake but it could of been handled better then it was. We had no problem hauling the load if weighed what was stated on the rate sheet. We haul 43-44000 lbs all the time but when you over load a truck you should do the right things a cut the product.

The clerk for shipping has a little man attitude. Truck driver doesn't know what the east end of the wearhouse is. BUT I was told it's the freezer. Guess truck drivers have to be mind readers too here. I don't treat people rudely. But the shipping man seems to think it's OK for him to be very rude.

My sister gave me a 2.5 bag of your frozen IQF Blueberries,100% Highbush Blueberries. They are absolutely the best blueberries ever!! The natural sweetness and flavor are out of this world!! I love eating them frozen or particularly thawed.

Great natural smoothies, and also organic options. I like to support Oregon businesses for any kind of meal delivery services. I am very pleased with the customer service by Stef J. I plan on being a long term customer. Thanks again for providing a great locally sourced smoothie delivery service.

I purchased a 3lb Scenic Fruit organic frozen blueberries from COSTCO in South San Francisco, California, back in 2019. After I thawed a bowl full of blueberries one night, and I started to bite on the blueberries, then suddenly I had my teeth cracked and chipped. At that awful night, I did not know what was going on. When I spit every thing, ran my fingers through, it felt like sand. I retrieved two pieces of my broken teeth, and I was overwhelmed trying to sanitize my mouth so that I won't get infection. Few weeks later, I received a Product Recall Notice from COSTCO, notifying me that that product had glass in it. After that, I went to COSTCO, filed an incident report. Then, weeks passed before I heard from Liberty Insurance Company, which Insures Scenic Fruit. Few phone exchanges and multiple emails back and forth, and NO ONE WANTED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. What a Disgrace?!?
