Schaller's Stube Sausage Bar

Excellent! I had a classic worst, and it was delicious. I especially love the Dusseldorf mustard and the pretzel bun. Great addition to the other taco trucks nearby. It's nice to have some variety!

So glad I was able to catch a wurst downtown! Friendly fellow who recommended the Thai-themed one and it was actually pretty good! Clean, easy menu and super tasty.

This place was amazing! I had the currywirst and my boyfriend had some other heavenly wurst. I lived in Germany for a while and grew up in Wisconsin so I have a soft spot for Bratwurst and this place did a pretty damn good job I'd say!

Bratwurst is just alright. I tried the potato cakes, cucumber salad and potato salad. They were not good. Don't go expecting you'll get food that tastes like Germany because you won't it's bad. If I were drinking all night and just got a bratwurst that would be fine. The sides are below average.

Just ate at the Schaller's Stube Austin and it was awesome! About time someone gets Bratwurst right! We had THE CLASSIC and Steuban's Reuben. I highly recommend! Oh don't forget to order the potato pancakes too... so good! This is my new weekly lunch spot for sure.

Lovely staff with even better food! Their corn dogs are crisp and delicious and the currywurst is a lovely blend of savory and slightly sweet. 100% they will be seeing us again!

Solid brat. Very good cabbage\kraut. Hard for my carnivore person to admit, but the star was the vegan sausage, it was delicious and nuanced. Pretzel was legit and the house made mustard was baller. Yum
