Our friends who are recurring customers brought over the chocolate cookies...to die for!! I wanted to make them for my husband on Valentine's Day, so I ordered the Essential Baking Stock-up kit on 26 January 2024 for $88.00, but not received as of 9 February. Their website does not offer a drop down menu where I might check the status of my order, and also no phone number. Only contact is an email address, but they don't answer those. Googled the Ashland OR location and called the number listed, but nobody answered so I left a message....no response. Just saying - don't expect fast service... I finally cancelled my order with the resolve of not ordering from them again. UPDATE! Finally got an email a few days later, saying they were out of stock with one of the kit items - no apology for not telling the customer, which I find a bit arrogant.
