Stopped in for a quick bite before some family pickup at DIA. The young lady at the register was sadly, completely clueless. I put my order in for an original and a drink and I took a seat. It wasn't too crowded just a few people in line when she called out 'avocado'. I went up and asked if it was mine (even though I didn't ask for avocado) and she said 'No, it's not'. Ok. I Wait 5 more minutes and the two people behind me to order got their food. Mine's still not ready though so I ask her, "Where is my original?" another young lady from the back came and opens the bag that had been sitting there all along. She says, "It looks like it's been opened up(not to mention sitting there for 5 minutes!) "I'll make you a new one."
Another 5 minutes later and she comes out with the sandwich and places it on the counter. The two of them look at me and turn away. No apology for the mistake,poor communication or additional time necessary to get my sandwich to me. I told them that they really "need to get their acts together and that this is sad." No response.
Result: A Sad customer experience by an untrained, and worse yet an uncaring staff.
