I will NEVER return. I ordered 2 kids meals consisting of cheese pizza with bacon, chocolate chip cookie, and orange drink. I was given just cheese pizza. No drinks or cookies. Once I went back in with the food and asked them to fix it, they took the pizzas and added burnt bacon strips to each of them. Then they gave them back. These are KIDS meals. Other places would remake the order not add burnt food to it and microwave it!!! I ordered a combo meal with a side salad for myself and only got a sandwich and the wrong salad. No chips or a drink. Nasty a$$ food. One of the pizzas tasted like it had jalapeños on it. My 4 year old daughter’s mouth was burning. I tasted it myself and instantly got angry. The nerve of the staff. They need to do better with these burnt dry cookies they expect our children to eat. Trifling kids meals at Schlotzsky’s!!

My co-worker and I come here often for lunch. Today was awful. My cheese on my flat bread was cold and not even melted, the bacon was raw and we waited 25 minutes for our order. My co-worker's sandwich was given to another patron, who returned it and then was given to my co-worker after she went to window and asked for it. They sat it aside until she asked for it. Not happy at all!!

Stopped by to have a quick lunch. The place was slow, only one other customer here. Floors and tables were spotless and clean. The food came out pretty quick and appealing to the eyes, Great Job. Only issue the Ac seemed like it wasn't cooling right, the place had ceiling fans going. It was tolerable but not the best. No lost stars because lts my first visit.

WOW. I DECIDED TO TREAT MYSELF TO A GOOD OLE PASTRAMI SANDWICH. WENT TO SCHLOTZSKYS ON WHEATLAND ROAD .. DALLAS, TX. THE PLACE WAS NEAT & CLEAN.. BUT, IT WAS NOBODY THERE BUT ME. SO I GOT MY ORDER QUICK. IT'S WAS DELICIOUS TOO.

OMG!! First time coming to Schlotzsky’s ever and the the worst. As soon as we came in the cashier was on the phone and eating while speaking to us of course with his mask off. They forgot my salad and on top of that gave it to me smeared in cesar dressing. Not to mention the cook’s rudeness to another gentleman that asked him a simple question.

Food is always delicious here. No wait the place was clean and the staff was quick.

This location is constantly in disarray. The dinning room and restaurant look fine and clean but they're always struggling with an ice machine that never seems to work correctly and always running out of food items like almost all chips or cheeses. The mac and cheese was a disgusting mushy mess too. Sandwiches are thankfully good and meet standards from other Schlotzsky experiences. If that's all you want or expect it'll be fine, just don't expect much else. Feels like a leadership or management failure.

The absolute WORST! There clearly is NO Management at all. I ordered 2 deluxe sandwiches, with ham only they ripped me off and only put Ham on ONE SIDE of my sandwich. My Turkey Avocado looks like they took a bite out of it. I do not understand why they are still in business. Someone needs to clean house, starting with the owner. I wouldn't give this location a star.

I ordered an Original sandwich on jalapeño bread to go. I'd never tried that bread before and didn't like it better than the bread the sandwich normally comes on, but Schlotzky's is always good. The food came quickly and the place was clean. I wish the chain was still in Florida!

Somehow anytime I want to order Cinnabon delivery from here, their store is having issues accepting orders. Every time. I'm fat yall. And I like me some cinnamon rolls. I've tried to do this at least once a month since I moved here in August last year. "Well, Jonathan, maybe skeedaddle your rump down there and get them yourselves, eh?", you likely say. I'm not the one with a Yelp page people. At this point, it's not me it's you, Schlotzkys. Shame, your sandwiches could rival that of Togo's for all I know. I never will know.

As a former Schlotzskys manager, costumer service was terrible. Girl in the front with red hair was just on her phone with AirPods in her ear, while taking my order didn't look up once at the costumer. Just kept saying "aight" after everything I ordered. When I was done with my order she got on the phone and said "what you want Ni**a" loud enough that the other costumers in the lobby probably heard. Just terrible terrible service Edit: got home to eat and they messed up my sandwich terribly. Ordered a Bacon Beefy Smokecheese. Only part they got right was the beef. No cheese, onions added, when I didn't ask for them, tomatoes. No Condiments. Called and they didn't offer to remake it or a anything just got an "ok"

I was surprised at how good the sandwich was. I ordered the meatball sandwich. I couldn't finish it because it was big. I will be back

TRASH!! They have a bunch of unsupervised children working at this location. I ordered the Chicken Caesar salad, the kid said they were out of Parmesan cheese; so I opted for the salad with the strawberries and candied pecans. First the other kid made me salad in a small container fit for a toddler, so i had to take it back in to get remade. This time the salad was in the right container and it looked good, so i took it home. In the process of eating it, i was wondering why I was continuously chewing on a piece of lettuce that wouldn't break down. That's because it was a piece of PLASTIC in my salad!!! I call back to speak to a manager, the kid says there isn't one there, and to call back the next day to speak with Hugo. Well, magically during normal business hours, no one is picking up and they still have my money. As much as I love their salads, I'll never eat at this location in particular again.

I get the medium original every time that I go to Schlotzky's. It is always pretty consistent. Tasty and it hits the spot. I gave one star because the cashier was so indifferent that I do not know why they are even employed there. He wouldn't even take his eyes off his cell phone while he was attempting to take my order. Very disappointing.

Have bought the roast beef sandwich here many many times and have never had a problem till today. Ordered Grubhub delivery and when I took my first bite 3/4 of the beef came right out. I picked it our of my mouth to look at it and it was all grissle and fat. So basically I got a sandwich with a paper thin piece of beef or a medium sandwich. The guy that answered the phone just kept say uh huh when i explained the problem and he'd tell the manager but people usually get at least a name/phone number. Nothing. Really disappointed in the store.

This location has their doors locked with a sign on the door saying to place an online order. I placed the order then received a call saying they couldn't fill the entire order because they were out of some items. I asked them to cancel the order. They did but they didn't know how to refund the money, told me to call the manager. I called several times, never got a manager but finally got someone that said they knew how to do the refund. No refund has appeared. I have called and called and neither the manager or the other person is ever available. I finally called the home office and they were absolutely no help at all. They told me to dispute the charge through my bank. That's a huge hassle for something that is not my fault and should be taken care of quickly and easily by the store. The food is always cold there too. Rotten customer service and an uncaring corporate office

I just came from the Schlotzsky's that's in Mesquite Texas at 9 o'clock and I don't know what they're doing to their sandwiches but they sure are messing up for the price that I paid for a number one medium sandwich it should've been made right i've been going here for years and never ran into a problem it's the only Schlotzsky's that's close to where I live but I guess I won't be going there anymore due to employees not Taking pride in the sandwiches th

Horrible service. 30 minute wait for one sandwich. No thank you. I could go anywhere else for less of a wait and a better sandwich. Won't even try again. Ordered online and got an order ready time and it was still a 30 minute wait when I showed to the store. Pathetic.

I placed my order through DoorDash. My drink was not delivered and I found 2 hairs in my sandwich the hard way. Luckily, DoorDash support refunded my order, but I will not be dining with this Schlotsky's location again.

Unfortunately this place is being run by kids. No management, running out of food items, no orders are right or timely. Guests all around are asking about their food, complaining and these kids can't keep up. The owners need to do better, plain and simple.

The cashier couldn't tell me what was on the sandwich, luckily there were photos on the menu....then, a 20 minute wait for my food....with no warning prior to my ordering...I should have known better and just left.

The food was great and delivery was on time. Only issue was with the orchard salad, it is supposed to have grilled chicken. The problem was there were only about 5 or 6 cubes of chicken. The picture shows about 4-5 slices of chicken that are about 2-3 inches. They need to work on it.

Now I'm a sandwich lover. And what these uneducated sandwich makers do isn't right and can't even be considered edible food. First off they have to be taugh howt to make a sandwich. Not just toss it together. With half the filling out side the bread. Second they have to be taught how to cut a sandwich in half and all the way through. Not cut it on the top and leave the bottom half uncut. Plus cut it in the center not on one quarter . Third is to use fresh bread and meats. Forth. Make sure the sandwich isn't soggy. Now I've had some bad sandwiches before but this beats them all in a bad way. The place is just Bad..bad all around.. Bad management. Bad service and bad to worse food. I received my So called sandwich and it was cut like a first grader used dull sissors. The bread was old and soggy and the bottom was falling apart. Couldn't even pick it up because fingers went through bread bottom...mind you it wasn't supposed to be loaded down with water or what ever made the bread soggy..it was like they set it on a wet cutting board. The meat was old and didn't even smell right. Even the chips were broken to pieces. I thought it was just my sandwich but no.. Every Ones sandwich was pathetic. All wound up in the trash. My advice.. Don't go to this location. They don't care what they give you as long as you give them your money. I will be reporting this to the corporate office and see if there is anything that can be done. Management at the store will not do anything to make anything right. They blame you. For their bad service and food. Go to the Buckner location. They treat you right.

This restaurant has nothing but RUDE EMPLOYEES even the MANAGER is RUDE!!!! And they're are so slow they just talk and be on their phones! Worst service ever. The kid who took my order just had ATTITUDE! And not to mention their rest rooms are DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dining area was very dirty. None of the tables were wiped off. The drink station was filthy. Crumbs and wrappers and spilled drink all over it. Waited for 15 min for my pic 2 when I was on my lunch break. Went up to ask about status , the cashier asked what was I talking about. The food came out shortly, and the salad tasted horrible. Not sure if it was the cold cuts or the dressing but something was foul tasting . Very disappointed. The one in sulpher springs is fabulous

We love to eat at Schlotzsky's, just not this location. I am not exaggerating when I say all the tables were dirty when we walked in. Crumbs were all over the floor and chairs also. When I asked for napkins to wipe down a table so we could sit and eat, the girl behind the counter never offered to clean it. Disgusting.

I will never ever come to this Schlotzsky's again! Not only did they have horrible customer service, but the food was terrible! My bread wasn't even toasted and the inside was still cold! They forogt my kids drinks and cookies and were inconvenienced when we asked for them. They do not honor the kids eat free on Sundays like many other Schlotzsky's do, or any other coupons for that matter.

After waiting 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by the employee that was suppose to be working the register, she couldn't even get an order for two sandwiches & a med drink right.

I'll give it 5 stars just cause I feel it's being neglected. I don't know why this place and Quiznos don't get the love like SW. These sammy's are awesome. The Muffalotza was nice.

This is a great fast food resturant, just not this location!! Dirty, rude service, and sloooow!!! Please take better care of your establishment ppl. You never want to make your 1st impression the worst impression. Train the teens who work there better. They are terrible!
