New Restaurant Openings for Seattle, May 2025 | Eater Seattle

"Took over the space of the now-shuttered bar Pour Decisions; reportedly owned by Liz Nielsen (who previously owned neighborhood bar Stepping Stone until it closed late last year) and will serve drinks plus sandwiches, soup, and salads, according to MyBallard." - Harry Cheadle

Lovely experience at Schooner Street brewery on a happy hour. We enjoyed $5 pints with a nice selection of beers. They offered l wine and coolers as well. . Unfortunately, no cans to go so we couldn’t bring other options home to try at a later date. Would definitely return it was very welcoming place with lots of space. Looks like a nice patio as well.

Really enjoyed this local brewery! They had awesome live music, lots of outdoor activities and great tasting beer. Looking forward to going back and trying out some more of their menu!

My wife and I visit breweries often and this is our new favourite. Amanda was extremely helpful ans accommodating and gave A+ service! The only problem with this brewery is we don't live next door. Can't wait to come back with the whole family.

A hidden gem is indeed the most accurate description of this establishment. A beautiful open space interior, complimented by 2 pin ball machines (Led Zepplin and Foo Fighters), a Pac Man machine, and some board games. They have triva nights on Wednesdays and live music on the weekend. To top it off, they have a wonderful patio that overlooks a pretty landscape that allows you to view stunning sunsets and nature. The staff are a joy to chat with and provide excellent service. I highly recommend checking this place out. They have tons to offer.

Can’t wait for Schooner to officially open - I was fortunate to be invited in by Scott (one of the owners) to sample some beer that will be on offer - everything was excellent. Personally I tend towards IPA’s, and was pleasantly surprised by their West Coast IPA called Karate Balls. This brewery will be a great addition to the area for craft beer lovers!! Looking forward to sitting a relaxing over a few pints here…..

I had a great experience here with my dog. He was welcomed with treats, and the live music was great. The bartender, Lauren, was super friendly and even hooked up a non-acoholic keg for me. I definitely plan on enjoying more music at this venue. I should mention another plus - you can bring your own food which is a nice accomodation. Proof you don't need to drink beer to enjoy a brewery!

This place was amazing to host a baby shower and they have a large event space with lots of seating and even pin ball and arcade game machines along one wall. The cost was very reasonable and we could bring in our own food, decorations, and non-alcoholic drinks for our event. There were a number of beers on tap and we tried several that were super tasty! In the summer it looks like they also have a beautiful patio and large outdoor space. Can’t wait to check it out as the weather gets nicer! Thanks for an amazing experience for our event!
